Chapter 9......holy crap
"Hey, quit splashing me Ino!" The group was enjoying a relaxing trip to the beach. Sakura and Ino were playing in the water, Kakashi was reading Icha Icha Violence on the beach, and Naruto...
"Come on, Hinata, that coat can't be comfortable in the water, and you might drown with it on!"
...Naruto was pestering his girlfriend.
The specified girl, slightly used to this kind of treatment from Kiba, was only slightly blushing at Naruto's comments, and what he was asking. Finally, she gave in.
"All right, but you can't look while I take it off."
Naruto looked confused, and a little downcast. "But why can't I--BLEARGH!" Ino, seeing the chance, had pulled Naruto underwater, and Sakura held his head down. When the blonde boy finally managed to surface, Hinata had her back turned to him, her jacket off.
"Ino, Sakura, that was--" his words were cut short as Hinata turned to him, the red on her face obvious. She had a purple bikini on, and there was a pretty white floral design on the underside of the breast. After the expanse of her smooth stomach, Naruto saw that she wore matching bottoms, and the floral pattern pulled the eyes lower and lower...
"OI, perv! Quit staring!" Sakura smacked the back of Naruto's head and he shook his head, looking up to see the beet-red face of Hinata, who had seen where Naruto had been staring.
"I....N-Naruto-kun!"
"Naruto, I know you're girlfriend's hot, but!" Immediately, her hands shot up and covered her mouth as her face turned beet-red.
"S-Sakura-chan!" stuttered Hinata, who turned even redder.
"Pity I'll have to destroy you, hnnn." Suddenly there was an explosion, a few feet to their right, and all four ninja were thrown sideways. They quickly recovered, and their eyes shot up to see the smirking face of a blonde figure in a red and black robe.
"You...." Naruto spoke, "You're that akatsuki member....Deidara!"
"I am," the man spoke.
"Aayaaah, Deidara-san, you nearly hit me!" spoke another figure, rising out of the water.
"You need to be more careful, Tobi, hnnn."
"Hinata! You gotta go get our ninja gear!" Sakura cried out. The dark haired girl nodded, and ran across the water to the beach, quickly picking up everybody's shuriken holsters and weapons bags, she also grabbed Sakura's gloves. She turned back and ran to the fight again, just seeing Tobi running off to the village and Ino slumped in Sakura's arms. Kakashi had joined the fight as well, and now the whole group was staring Deidara down.
"You managed to beat me last time because I wasn't expecting to see eyes like Itachi's, but this time you're all toast!hnn!" He sent down more clay birds, which everyone dodged.
Naruto stood up. "He's mine!" Quickly he threw a volley of kunai and shuriken, which were dodged easily, then with blinding speed, Naruto jumped up and towards Deidara. The akatsuki member smirked. He headed down to meet the boy, but stopped as clones appeared around Naruto and they began forming a rasengan. Suddenly it expanded, turning green.
"FUITON! KAZE RASENGAN!" Deidara tried to dodge, but it was too late. The jutsu connected with the bird, and it exploded with a deafening roar. Back on the water, Kakashi's eyes went wide.
"He managed to master it completely?!" Deidara was thrown back by the force of the explosion, and he hit the water hard. Quickly he stood up, and began doing a hand sign.
"There's no way I'm going to be able to win here, but I'm going to finish it, and take everyone with me!hn!"
"Hinata, quickly!" Naruto shouted as he landed. The girl nodded and ran at Deidara. She settled into her stance.
"Hakke Hyaku Rokushi Sho!" Quickly, she tapped Deidara's tenketsu points, not stopping until she finished the jutsu completely. The man fell down, falling through the water, only to rise again, and float.
"Finish me, hnn."
"No," Kakashi said, "First, tell us about akatsuki. What are you planning?"
"We....wanted to create.....a village....to start wars...hnn..."
"Good, now you're coming with us. With Haku's permission, we're taking you back to Konoha."
"No....you won't" Slowly, he brought a kunai up to his neck, and before anyone could react, he slit his own throat.
"DAMNIT!" Naruto cursed. Suddenly Ino gasped back to life.
"Oh, no...." Ino whispered, "It's that other member....he broke my jutsu....Haku's in trouble!"
