The Three Ninja

In the village...

Shizusuki was trying to decide which three ninja he should take. He would need to cover a wide area to watch the entire village. He needed to watch a wide area so he needed the Byakugan. He decided to take Hinata, just to see how her training has gone. He makes his way to the Hyuuga compound and finds Hyuuga Hiashi standing outside the compound. "Hello Hiashi-san, is Hinata-chan around?" Shizusuki takes a bow.

"Ah, you're that strange one, I have a question for you."

Confused Shizusuki asked, "What is it?" I'm the strange one?!

"I sense a strange power from you, could you kindly tell me what it is? It seems to be complete opposite of that of that Sadosuke."

"I will only reveal that when the time comes, I'm sorry." Hmmm, he sure is sharp.

"That is acceptable. Hinata isn't in the main house at the very moment. Wait and I will locate her for you." Hiashi activates his Byakugan. "She is just coming from the hot springs, look for her there."

"Thank you Hiashi-san, sorry I couldn't answer your question at this very moment." He takes a bow and leaves.

"Just exactly who is that boy?" Was Hiashi's last thought before returning to his initial position.

At the hotsprings...

Shizusuki spots Hinata just as she was leaving. He hurries to greet her. "Hello, Hinata-chan."

"Ah, Shi...shizusuki-kun. How a...are you?"

"I'm fine, are you relaxed?"

"Ah, y..yes of course."

"That's good, I was wondering if you were going to be busy tonight."

"Ah y...yes, I have some th..things to do." What's going on, is he going to ask me out on a date?

"Oh, that's unfortunate, I was just granted a mission; a simple nightwatch and I needed three other ninja to go with me."

"Oh, I...I'm sorry. I d..don't think I'm wo..worthy of g..going with Shizusuki-kun...."

"Don't say such things! That's not true. Anyways, once this mission is over we're going out!" Shizusuki blurted out. Oh shit! Did I just say that?!

"Really?" Hinata looked like she was overjoyed.

"That's if you will go with me." Shizusuki said sheepishly.

"Of c..course I'll go with you." Hinata was smiling, and Shizusuki was dazed.

"Well, once this is over, I'll come and pick you up."

"Yes, until then. Goodbye, Shizusuki-kun." Hinata was too happy to stutter her words.

Shizusuki left to find Neji, with a wave of his hand from the back. Damn, I should have had Hinata-chan find Neji-kun with her Byakugan! Deciding to check at the training grounds, Shizusuki was in luck. Actually he had twice the luck it seems Neji and Tenten were both there. Hmmm, I could use both of them. "Oi Neji-kun, Tenten-chan!"

"Hello Shizusuki!" Tenten replied.

"Hello."

What are you two doing here?"

"Training, unfortunately." Tenten replied. I was hoping when he said "come with me Tenten," he was talking about a date.

"'Unfortunately,' what does that mean?" Shizusuki asked.

"Umm, nothing at all." Tenten waved.

"Did you need anything, Shizusuki?" Neji asked.

"Neji-kun, Tenten-chan are you two going to be busy tonight?"

"No," Neji answered

"I'm free, why?" Tenten piped

"How would you guys like a mission?"

"I'm game." Tenten said cheerfully.

"I'm in, also." Neji offered.

"Good meet me by nightfall at the village gate, and I'll explain the details of the mission."

"Hai."

"Alright."

Now with that settled, Shizusuki thought that he might as well also invite Lee to come along. He bid them farewell and headed to Lee's dojo.
