A girl in a purple kimono walked through the streets of Konoha. She had brown hair,and brown eyes. On her back was a backpack, inside it, a large amount of weapons. A few minutes ago, she had stolen a scroll of every Shinobi of this vilage. She was reading while she was walking.
Naruto was walking down the same path as the girl, his hands behind his head. " Come on! How had is it to find an assasin?" He complained. He closed his eyes, and kept walking, when he bumped into someone. She fell back, and he did to. The scroll fell down infront of him.
She rubbed her but, and looked up, seeing a small boy, but what caught her the most was that he was wearing a forehead protector.
He stood up, and dusted himself off. He looked up, seeing he knocked over a girl about his age. " I'm sorry, so sory, i wasn't paying attention," He apologized.
She smiled, and stood up herself. " It's no problem, i wasn't paying attention either," She replied.
Naruto took notice of the scroll, and he picked it up. " Hey! My names in here! Believe it!" He said, getting excited.He showed it to her, it said, " Uzumaki Naruto,"
" Your name's Naruto? Well, mines Youmi," She said, she took the scroll from him when he handed it back to her. " Well, Uzumaki Naruto, nice to meet you." She smiled.
Huh? Why isn't she being mean? Well, she must be nice. He thought. " You too," He said. " Are you from around here?" He asked.
" No, i'm not," She was getting annoyed by him allready. She had an image of his head off his body.
" Well, where you from then?" He asked.
" None of your business," She said, and walked past him, bumping shoulders they did.
Naruto looked back at her, wondering if it was something he said. He watched Youmi turn around the corner. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw something shine. He turned, and barely dodged a shuriken that cut his cheek. He put his hand to his cheek, and oulled it back, and there was blood on his hand. He looked back to the shuriken, and saw a small note. He picked it up, and read the note.
" Dear, shinobi. bring all your shinobi friends, and come to the forest, now! If you know what's good for your dear friend, Haruno Sakura." He read the note aloud, then he crumpled it up. He looked down.
" She has Sakura! I'm going to kill her! Believe it!" He shouted. He then took off to find his friends. He ran around a corner, and bumped into somebody.He fell to tyhe ground, and so did the person. He looked up, to see Sakura there. " Sakura! You escaped!" He exclaimed, standig up with a smile on his face.
" Escaped from what? Why were you in a hurry?" She asked, getting up, and dusting herself off.
" Escaped the assasin," He answered.
" Have you lost your mind, i was never captued!" She shouted at him to get it through his thick skull.
He took the note out, asnd looked confused. " But this note said,"
Sakura took the note from his hands. She read it. " Naruto? Where did you get this?" She asked.
" Some shuriken was thrown with that note on it. I thought you were in trouble,"
" Naruto, you may have found a clue. She's in the forest, come on, we have to find Sasuke and Kakashi-senseii!"
Naruto nodded, and followed Sakura around to find them.
