Youmi ran through the streets, knocking down everyone in her way. ~ Damn kid! I'll get a hold him later,~ She didn't watch who she ran into,and bumped into someone. That caused her to fall back to the ground. She looked up, about to yell at whoever it was,when she noticed a symbol on the back of his shirt. It was the Uchiha clan's symbol.
Sasuke turned around to whoeer bumped into him, expecting to see Sakura or probably Naruto, but he didn't expect it to be someone else. His cold eyes stared down at Youmi.
She stood up, and dusted herself off, didn't see that her forehead protector fell to the ground. " I'm so sorry, i didn't see where i was going," She said, apologizing to him, and bowing to show respect. ~ This must be Sasuke,~
He stood there, and put his hands in his pockets,a nd stared her down. " where are you going in such a hurry?" He asked, seeing how strange her behavior was.
She stood up, and faced him. " I'm late for a meeting with my genin," She made up an excuse.
Sasuke raised an eyebrow. " Genin?" He asked her, and narrowed his eyes.
" Thats right, and if you excuse me, i need to meet them, i'm late," She said, bowed again, and started to run to her meeting.
Sasuke stared at where she ran off to. She's our age, and she's teaching Genins? How is that she's a jounin? Something cuaght his attention nearby, and he looked down that way. Down on the ground, there was the forehead protector Youmi had dropped. The sun reflected on it, and it shined in his eyes. He bent down to pick it up. His eyes scanned it, and his eye's widened. There was the symbolof the hidden mist on it. And in the midle of was a deep and long scar going through it. His hand clenched it tightly.
" Sasuke!" Sakura yeled down the street, runing down it with Naruto behind her. " Sasuke! Take a look at this," She said, stoping, and bent down and panted for a breath. When she was done, she handed the note she and Naruto found earlier.
Sasuke took the note, and read it to himself. He crumpled it up, and threw it to the side.
" What youdo that for!?" Naruto yelled at him. Then it caught him, what Sasuke was holding in his other hand. " Hey! whats that?" He said pointing to it.
He opened his hand to show them. " Some girl bumped into me, and droped this,"
Sakura examined it. " This has the hidden mist symbol on it,"
" Hey! Thats the same thing i saw when i was talking with Youmi, believe it! She must've bumped into you and dropped it,"
" Well, whoever she is, we need to find her, andask her a few questions," Sakura said.
Sasuke looked down at it, and tightened his grip on it. He looked back up, and nodded. " We should split up,"
Sakura looked at him. " Shouldn't we stick together, what if she attacks oe of us and are in trouble?"
" Yea, lets stick together," Naruto said.
Sasuke sighed. " Fine, we'll stick together,"
" Let's go!" Naruto said, leading the way.
Sakura and Sasuke followed, keeping their eyes out for anything suspicious.
Naruto stopped suddenly, causing Sakura and Sasuke to bump into him and her. " Naruto, whats the-"
Naruto covered her mouth, and put a finger to his mouth. " Sssshhhhh!"
Sakura got her face out of his hand, " What is it?"
He put his back against the fence, and looked around the corner. " Thats her, Youmi," He pointed. Sasuke and Sakura both looked over the corner, seeing Youmi eating some ramen.
Youmi felt someone watching over her, and she could feel it was Uzumaki, the kid she met before, and his two team mates. She continued to eat her ramen, pretending they weren't there to fool them.
" She knows you Naruto, why don't you talk to her first," Sakura said to him. " Then we'll follow after you,"
Naruto noded, and walked over to the Ramen shop, and sitting next to her. " Never thought i'd see you here," He said.
Youmi looked over from her ramen. " Oh, hello Uzumaki, nice to see you again," She faked smiled at him.
" Call me Naruto," He said.
" Of course, sorry,"
Sakura came over to Naruto and Youmi. " Naruto, who's this?" She asked, following the plan.
Naruto turned his head to Sakura. " Hey Sakura, this is Youmi, you know the girl i told you about before,"
Sakura looked over to Youmi. " Oh, you must be Youmi, your description matches what Naruto said,"
Youmi smiled. " Oh, this must be one of your friends, nice to meet you, ugh, Sakura wasit?"
Sakura smiled, and took a nod. Her other hand waved for Sasuke to come.
Sasuke walked over, the headband still in his hands, but in his pockets. He had a stern look in his eyes. He stared at Youmi intently.
Youmi saw Sasuke walk over. " Hi," She said to him. He walked over to her, and took out of his pockets a headband with a scar in the middle.
" Is this yours?" He asked,hlding it out to her.
~ Looks like he found it,~ She nodded. " Yes, thank you ever so much for finding it for me." She said, reaching for it.
He put it out of her reach. " Tell me about this first," He said,meaning the symbol on it.
She sighed. " If you must know, the time of the assasination, we had gone out for a mission in the hidden sound village-"
" Whose we?" Asked Sakura.
" Me and my Genin-"
" Genin? Explain how a girl your age is a jounin?" Sasuke asked.
~ Smart kid,~ " The hidden mist village reconized my abilities, and thought of me surpassing the Kage there, so they took me to special training classes taught by numerous Jounin. And soon, i became the youngest jounin,"
" Continue with your story," Sasuke demanded.
~ Rude too,~ " And we got a letter that it was Assasinated, and so we went to Konoha, on our way there, we ran into her, the assasin. She wasn't easy, we fought hard, i told my genin to get away as far as possible, and i fought with her. They didn't listen, and they all got injured badly enough we had to run as fast as wecould to
konoha, and i guess she then followed us here,"
Naruto was about to cry from that story. " sooo sad...." He wiped his eyes before the tears came out.
Sakura looked down.~ how can we suspect her, that story seemed like the truth, she looks so sad,~
Sasuke looked at the two. ~ Their being fooled so easily,~ He then looked back to Youmi. " Then show us that it's true, show us you have Genin," He said.
Youmi sighed. " If you must get down to the truth, i'll show you,just follow me," She stood up, paying first, and walking to the hotel room, they were staying at.
Saskura, Sasuke, and Naruto followed her to a hotel.
When the reahced it, she walked in, and revealed three kinds about their age aswell. A girl, who had blonde hair, and blue eyes looked at them. She had bruises and cuts everywhere, and covered in bandages.
A boy, he had black hair in a ponytail, and he had brown eyes. He looked overto them too, and he had cuts and bandages everywhere.
Another boy laid in bed, he was unconcious. He had the worse of it. His brown hair laid beside him as he laid there. The girl had tears in her eyes as she stared at her teamate. The boy looked at him with worry.
" Is this prooff enough?" She asked.
Sakura gasped. " I'm so sorry for causing you this trouble," she apologized.
Naruto stared at them, he was about to cry for real this time. He wiped his eyes.
Sasuke looked at the three kids infront of him. He sighed, and handed over the headband to her. She took it angriliy. " Now, if you don't mind," She said, looking at them. Naruto walked out, followed by Sakura and Sasuke. She closed the door, and the three kids dissappeared. " This always works," She whispered to herslef, making sure those three didn't leave.
