Intro

 

Shinji was sitting in his usual spot, in his usual class, on a usual day. However, a few items were different; Asuka had finally been transferred to a supposedly “advanced” class.

Rei was already in class watching out the window per her usual, sitting in the desk diagonally left of Shinji.

As always, the teacher was rambling on and on about 2nd impact... All the students here knew the truth about it by now, but it seemed the teachers didn't realize it yet.

Shinji was already tired that morning, and this wasn't helping. He found it increasingly difficult to keep focused on class but after about another hour of this lullabying lecture he slipped into a daydream…
