"Have you found them yet?"

Maya Ibuki threw her arms up in dismay.

"No matter what, I can't find them. It's like they disappeared."

Misato shook her head. First Kaji dies, and now Shinji and Rei go missing. That was 3 days ago. Right now, they where working on locating them.

"Hold on… I got something."

A few strokes of the keyboard, and an image came up. It looked like an Egyptian pyramid, but more machine. Enormous panels lifted, and settled on the sides, overlapping. And all everyone could do was gape.

"When did that get there?" asked Ritsuko.

"Unknown. It just appeared out of no where."

Suddenly, there was a bang, and a guard fell from the entrance. Five beings walked in, wearing black, seemingly skintight uniforms and black boots. Their heads looked metallic, and they had the faces of hawks, with red eyes. In their hands, which were bare, they held staffs that had ends that looked like pears.

One of them came forward. "Aray Kree!" =Stay where you are! =

In response, three guns shot at him. They struck him in the chest, and he fell to the ground. To their surprise, he stood up and pointed at them. The other four moved down and raised their staffs. They opened quarter ways, and lasers shot out. They nailed the guards behind Ritsuko, Gendo, and Misato while slowly moving forward. Misato shot at the closest one, but hit the side of the belt. Something sparked, and the head began to move. Misato realized that the head was a helmet, as it moved down to the neck. A flash of blue hair, and everyone lost their breath. There was no mistaking that blue hair and sunset red eyes.

"REI!?!"

Rei snapped her head to look at Gendo, and her eyes flashed a golden color. She pointed the staff in his direction and fired. He rolled, and scorch mark marked the spot where he was.

"Rei, what in god's name are you doing?"

Rei glared at him. "Tal'mac Nefertiri. Tal'mac Jaffa Horus." =My name is Nefertiri. I am Jaffa of Horus. =

He felt a pain in his back and fell to the ground. Rolling over he saw another warrior. He watched the helmet armor retract, revealing the glaring face of his son.

"Shinji."

Shinji narrowed his eyes and grinned. "Tal'mac Bakuub." =My name is Bakuub. = Then

he raised the staff he had and it opened in his face. "Hassac." =Fool. =

Before he could fire, he twitched, and fell to the ground. Poking out of his neck was a small green dart. Ritsuko lowered her gun and pointed it at Rei. "Don't make me do it."

The leader shouted, "Ha'taaka. Bradio! Ya'isid ma'gue!" =Come on! We must leave! =

"Bon'iqua?" Rei shouted back. =Why? =

The leader looked at her. "Yas. Swaic?" =Now. Understood? =

"…Ti'u." =Yes. =

The leader ran out, followed by another Jaffa. Rei looked at Shinji, then followed them. The last Jaffa watched them go, then at the other people. His helmet retracted, revealing the face of Toji Suzuhara. "Kel mar tokeem." he said. =Revenge shall be ours. = Then he left.
