Disclaimer: I don't own
Neon Genesis Evangelion or any other things that are related to NGE or Gainax
or co. so sue me. Who sues fanfic writers anyway? Did anyone played a Playstation
game that's A LOT like Evangelion??? Gainax should sue those guys who made the
game. Yes I mean XENOGEARS.

Authors notes: This is my
second part of my first fanfic, so enjoy! Btw I don't know how to accurately
spell "Tatewake Kuno" so I'll just trust my ears with my English version of
Ranma ½. Kuno as a Sensei??? Thank to Chewy(Billriddle1@home.com). so I thought
like "oohhhh good idea why didn't I think of it first"

Another thing, I'm not
gonna make this fic purely funny or romance or like that, but I'll just err, go
with the flow.

Shinji the Samurai Chapter 2 : The Blue Thunder Of Tokyo-3 High(part 1)***





[Shinji's Bedroom]



"Well WELL!! What did he
say" Shinji said VERY enthusiastic as you can see.

"Hold it hold it not so
fast little bub, your old man said yes"

"YYYYEEEEESSSS YES YES YES
YES YES YES OH THANK YOU KAMI-SAMA!!!!!!!!!" Shinji was jumping around like a
puppy who got a treat.

"but-"

"YES YES YEEEE----urggg……… but?" his behaviour has gone straight
down the drain.

"you only got basic hand to
hand combat training, the commander ordered that you also get basic small
blades combat training and a full special style Katana training. It all
improves your fighting against the angels, although I don't see what the Katana
training has to do with it"

"but Misato…….. You know I
said NON-lethal training"

"cheer up bub the Commander
said you can train with a Sakaba-sword, he said it's like…. A sword with a
reversed edge, the flat side is on the front and the sharp edge is on the back,
so noso worries my son" with that she poked his nose.

"but still…" Shinji wasn't
completely satisfied.

"No buts my young man, I'm
gonna get a six-pack"

Misato left with Shinji
close behind, Misato grabbed a six-pack and had long gone into her room. Shinji walked slowly over 1 of the sitting
cushions like a zombie, watching TV with Asuka unbeknown to him that it was 1
of the soap opera's Shinji hates. This all did not go unnoticed by the redhead.

'What is that baka doing
here? It has to do something with that incident earlier, I could have heard
some yelling in the room, maybe the baka got himself some big trouble, and it's
up to me to find out what and take advantage of it hehehe' Asuka was grinning
evilly.

"Ne, Shinji,"

"………." Shinji just stares
at the screen

"baka-Shinji?"

"………"

"o oooohhhhhhh SHINJI!!!!"
Asuka yelled

"…………"

'Hmph, what a baka, I'll
try something else'

"ooooooohhhh
Shiiiiinjjiiiiii, I'm bored" said with a seductive and bored tone.

Shinji immediately turned
red "WHAT!?! No way am I gonna kiss you again"

"BAKA! No way I ever gonna
kiss a skinny spineless pervert that much so dream on you'll never get a beautiful
woman as me"

"…………" He tunes back to the
TV with sudden realisation that it is 1 of Asuka's favourite soap opera(and
every Asuka's favourite show is Shinji's least favourite) and backs down
crawling back in his bedroom. 'how humiliating' hearing Asuka giggles.



Meanwhile, in the dark room
known as 'Misato's Room' a purple figure is staring at a laptop and is
occasionally gulping some beer.
'hhhmmmm….. Mr. Yamashiro…….. to old'
*tap* 'Mr. Makahutso………. to
short' *tap* 'Tatewake Kuno, hhhmm…. This guy certainly has a fine record
and is kind of handsome, I think I'm gonna hire this Kuno' typing a few
sentences, the screen flashed WAITING, after a while it says SENT.



[Next day in the morning at
NERV]



NERV Lounge, the place
where all the people are taking a break. Misato is wearing her usual uniform
with red jacket, waiting for a visitor to arrive, hopefully he won't get lost
unlike the first time with Shinji.

'……… 10:00 now' and if on
cue or a divine spiritual god(like me) or just a hell of a good timing, the
twin doors opened to reveal a man about mid twenties, brown obviously combed
hair wearing some GI's and is carrying a well decorated Katana.

"Welcome to NERV, I take it
that you're Tatewake Kuno, it is a pleasure to meet you sir"

"Ahh it is not only a pleasure, but a honour to meet thy great
Tatewake Kuno, also known as The Blue Thunder of Furinken High, charmed, milady
Katsuragi thou already have permission to, date me" a very charming but cheesy
voice spoke.

"eerrrmm…. Yes yes call you
can Misato and err…. Follow me please to your apprentice" Misato beckoned him
to follow her.

"Of course Lady Misato and
you shall have permission to call me Kuno, one of the few privileges only a few
people have"

"err…. Yes Kuno this way
please" 'weird guy, but lets see if
his kendo is that good'

In a Dojo-style room
complete with matching Buddha statues and wooden floor, A figure sits in front
of a big statue.

Shinji, wearing white
karate GI's and a purple bandana is sitting praying-monk-style and is bored
stiff. 'Dammit I've been waiting 20
minutes now what is taking them so long'

And if on cue, the door
shifted open and Misato and another person entered.

"Hiya Shinji-kun, meet your
new Sensei Tatewake Kuno" Misato said in a cheerful tone.

"Hello Mr. Tatewake"

"This is my apprentice?
Since we're working for a long time you can have full privilege of calling me
Kuno" he said with the same charming and fake tone.

Kuno stepped towards him
and is examining him in every point of view, and experimentally touching him in
places, moving a few limbs and stuff.

Shinji felt a little
violated and uneasy being touched in every place of the human body, except his
you-know-what.

"Have you got the weapons"
Kuno said to Misato.

"They're in the cabinets on
that wall" Misato pointed at the wall where a big Buddha statue is.

Kuno walked over the
cabinets and picked up a wooden sword(not the bamboo-kind, but the
real-wood-kind wooden sword) and handed it over to Shinji. Shinji studied it
like it was the first time he got hold of a sword, and it is his first time.

"Guess I won't be needed,
Ja Ne" with that, Misato left the room.

"Shinji, try swinging the
sword a few times" Kuno said.

With that Shinji swung the
sword in all directions and all possible ways.

"NO NO NO!!!! Stop this…
this MADNESS!!" Kuno was holding his head and is cracking down madly.

"What did I do wrong
Kuno-sensei?" Shinji asked, he had been trying a few moves picked up from some
movies and animes.

"Don't you see, I
can not bear this amateuristic movement, you ought to be a shame to yourself
showing yourself in public." With that, Kuno withdrew his own (steel, not
wooden) sword, the sword was really flashy and colourful but it was obvious
that it was clumsily hand painted.

"Swing your sword with your
emotion, and more importantly style, always
swing/slash/chop/jab/stab/smash/swat/etc./etc. with style, like this"
The view suddenly slow motioned as you see Kuno lifting his sword
slowly(actually at a fast pace but this is slow-motion) and swung his sword
straight down smoothly, gracefully, flashy and with style. "Try that
Shinji"

Shinji tried to copy his
move but he is obviously failing as he didn't figure out how he did the slow-motion
thing and he swung very cheesy.

"NO, AAAARRRRGGGGGG I AM
GOING TO DIE IF YOU DO THAT AGAIN!!!!" Kuno was on his knees trying to rip his
hair off.



[30 minutes later…]

Kuno has obviously lost
some hair at his sides, but he combed a new haircut so that nobody would
notice.

"YES SHINJI YES, FINALLY
YOU GOT IT RIGHT!!! DO IT AGAIN"

Shinji heard the words and
did the move again, complete with style and slow-motion.

"YES THAT'S IT SHINJI
SUUWWWING LIKE THE WIND!!!"

Shinji did it again.

"AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN"

Shinji did it another time,
he was getting really tired of this.

"YES!!!!" suddenly, a
squirt-like sound came from the room, Kuno blushed on his very surprised and
disgusted face. "Would you kindly direct me to the nearest men's room?"



[6 hours later]

"Kuno-sensei, I'm tired,
can we stop now??" Shinji was very worn off and very tired, his skinny body
couldn't take much.

"No my apprentice, you must
learn 1 more thing before you can go"

"What's that?"

Kuno rummaged through his
pockets and grabbed a small and colourful book and passed it to Shinji.

"What's this? 10001 poems,
taunts, calls and art of speech 'n grammar with style, by Tatewake Kuno"

"Learn the first 100
sentences and read through chapter 1 of speech"

"But-but-but-"

"No but's my dear apprentice,
laziness is NOT accepted here, come back tomorrow at the same time hush hush"
Kuno said while pushing Shinji out of the Dojo room.



"Well there's nothing
better to do anyway" muttered Shinji while walking away.



[Commander's Office]

The commander is in his
usual Position™ watching a small screen.

"Ikari, it will take 2
weeks from now before The Weapons are shipped from the Second Branch" An elder
voice spoke in the dark.

"Excellent Fuyutsuki, make
sure that SEELE doesn't know of….. The Things"

"That won't be easy, The
Weapons aren't the usual ones"



[Misato's Apartment]

The apartment, it was
always surprisingly clean. A red person was lying on the floor watching TV, and
it's not only the hair and clothing that's red…

The door opened and a weak
tadaima could be heard, some footsteps headed towards the living room…

"Where have YOU been!!!!"
Screeched a voice that belonged to the Redheaded Demon.

Shinji jumped right at that
voice, he should have known.

"Eerrr uhhm…. that is…. you
see…." Shinji stuttered on and on not making any sense.

"Because of YOU I missed my
lunch!!!!" with that, Asuka grabbed Shinji at his shirt and banged him at the
wall.

"OUCH! But I was at NERV,
doing some.. tests, yeah some tests" Shinji replied weakly.

"YOU CAN'T FOOL ME, YOU
WERE PLAYING HOOKY WERE YOU!!!" Asuka yelled before his face.

Shinji was too afraid to
say anything.

"HAVE YOU KNOWN THE HORROR
I SUFFERED FROM CAFETERIA FOOD!!!!! Of all the times Hikari isn't there. Such a
beautiful woman as me doesn't deserve food like that. TOMORROW MY SLAVE, you
COOK or you DIE" Asuka throwed Shinji down and stormed to her room.

Shinji crawled back to his
room beginning to read and study the book Kuno gave.



[Next day at the NERV Dojo]

Kuno and Shinji are in the
Dojo in the morning, training and practicing, luckily for Shinji, he made
Asuka's lunch in the morning to avoid the Wrath of the Redheaded Demon.

"Say it Shinji" Kuno
ordered.

"But Kuno-sensei, it is
so….. embarrassing" Shinji answered, the contents of the book was worse then
Shinji expected.

"Nothing is embarrassing
when you do it in style"

"But-but-but it's soooooo
embarrassing"

"DO IT!"

"eermm.. Nay the pigs
float across the sky as thy wield the axe of cows, Onslaught the chickens and
burn the eggs as a value of the shield" Shinji tried to copy Kuno's
charming voice but ended in a very odd tone. Kuno was on the ground rolling and
holding his hair just weak enough to keep his hair on.

"I'M MELTING I'M MELTING I
CANNOT STAND THIS INSOLENT FOOL AAAARRRRRGGGGG!!!!!!" Kuno was in his 'usual'
breakdown.





Next Chapter : Shinji goes
back to school, putting his new training in effect, but will the entire school
be impressed?? {in a deep DBZ-like announcer voice} Stay tuned for the next
