No one listens, no one cares,
Turn your head to the sky,
Hear your lost words carried by the wind,
And all you can do is sigh,

Deafening silence, unheard screams,
Eating alone in an empty house,
Guilt and regret is all you feel,
And trust is a wall long broken between,

When your mask is all that's left,
And disappointments your only friends,
When bitter resentment is all that you see,
And your eyes are empty of life,

And all you want is to be free.
