Why Are You Here?

< /u> I wish I coud feel,
Then we'd be happy.
My wounds should've healed,
But...no, and I wonder why you're still with me.

This feeling of love,
So fresh and new.
Yet you stay, feeling my shove,
I'd make you cry and blue.

Why are you here?
Why do you stay?
I'm still fighting my fears,
But, with me, you stay another day.

I don't deserve you,
But...I still want us.
You should find someone new,
Someone who won't hurt you in one crush.

I'm mean and cold,
And yet you still love me.
But when I cry, it's me you hold,
I love you, you set me free.

But I never want to make you cry,
When I do I just want to watch my blood fall.
Hurting you, I don't have to try,
Which kills me and I can't even crawl.

Hearing your tears,
It's then my wrists head down.
Their own crimson tears melt away my fear,
I'm greeted then with a thorned crown.

Do you stay out of love?
Is that why you're still here?
Please, just hold me in your hug,
I never meant to bring your tears.

Of all people I desire,
I want you by my side.
You're the one who lifts me higher,
The one who made me stop my hide.

I promise to never make you blue,
I'll stand by your side through-and-through.
I can be the one you can come to,
Because I love you.
