My Heart, My Soul, My Love
Words cannot spill,
The feeling that I feel.
You chose me out of free will,
It's me you healed.
The sky never seemed so wide,
The air never felt so warm.
I think of you with such pride,
Stitching the heart that was once torn.
The two days still in my mind,
How I treasure that time.
We never left each other behind,
I stayed by your side and you stayed by mine.
My heart fluttered when you grasped my hand,
Placing your lips on my skin.
The feeling of love was grand,
You easily made me grin.
Now I can feel the distance take it's toll,
My love for you hasn't swayed.
Reaching you is my final goal,
I think about you every day.
But, do you still love me?
Do you feel differently since our part?
Yes this is hard, but I promise we'll be happy,
Just stick this out with me, I treasure your heart.
I know I'm not the best,
And sometimes I can be too cruel.
But I will change and still be different from the rest,
Do you think of me with pride? Or just a fool?
Your love is all I seek,
Where I'm locked into your heart.
To have your embrace as my greet,
After this, we'll never be apart.
No matter what happened in the past,
I just want to know if your mind has swayed.
I promise to change, and fast,
But please…tell me you'll stay.
I'll stop my drinking and rage,
And I'll even give you whatever you want.
I'm not changing myself, but putting a part of me in a cage,
Someone I will not flaunt.
I just want you happy,
Even if it means sacrificing my own.
I love you, but do you love me?
The past month, my love for you has grown.
Oh my love,
I will not push you away.
Please, don't hold a grudge,
Don't let your mind stray.
I wish to hold you,
Lovingly I will wait.
Oh I'll always be true,
Vast the sky, cast away my hate.
Each part of my heart,
You are my only one.
On that day, we won't be apart.
Understand that, Hun.
To me, you are my world,
Only you holds that key.
No one will have this girl,
You, my dear, set me free.
