O.o all righty than.I noticed that this fic sux but hope u read n/e way!I kno that there r gonna b short chappys now,shortter than useual but forgive me.The shortter the chappys the faster the ^dates I think...And I would like to inform you that I decided to change how long ago that girl died.It turns out that she died 26 years ago okay?If it would only have been two years ago than somebody else was bound to also know it.



Recap on last chapter...
Jesse just a death threat and is attacks.He gains a note saying the strangest stuff that he can't translate as to what he did wrong.At the end of the chappy he gets a phone call about some bad news that you guys will figure out what in this chappy...


The roads were clear but it seemed to have gotten foggy and hard to see.Jesse was going well over the limit but didn't care.His was in the middle of the road,heading towards the small hospital in the small town.He was now on a long stretch of road leading to hospital.It seemed so far away from any domestic place.Woods surrounded both sides of the abandoned road.His truck tore on the road.Headlights flashed infront of him and he swerved just in time to miss the dangorous game of chicken.His truck flung off of a small ditch and he quickly strapped his seatbelt on.Than the truck did a nose dive,unbalancing it and sending the truck rolling .Jesse could feel peices of glass connect with his skin and blood trickle down.It stopped,upside down and did a last semi roll,landing on it's tires.Jesse sighed and tried to start the now off truck.He twisted the key but it wouldn't start.He slammed the wheel and cursed under his breath.

He took the silver key out once again and stuck it in the ignition and twisted it.The engine made a sickening sound and refused to start.Jesse was stuck.

Jesse opened the truck door and unbuckeled his seatbelt.He had no cell phone or anything.He figured that he might as well get walking.There wasn't long to go and that was the good side of things.He made his way to the road and walked along the side.Lights flashed behind him and Jesse turned around,a hand shielding his eyes from the high beams.The car pulled over and honked at Jesse,whom jogged over to the stranger.Getting close he realized an old charger.The window rolled down and a girl stuck her head out,"Jump in Jesse,whadda ya doin out here anyway?"

"Kassey!"Jesse sighed at the burnette girl,"Look it's a long storey and I need to get to the hospital."

"I see!Those cuts are horrible!What happened?!Where's your truck or parents?!"Kassey asked,shocked.

"Long storey that even I don't know so let me explain later and can ya give me a ride now?"Jesse asked,sticking his head slightly in the car as it began to rain,it always seemed to rain in this town...

"Oh-yea!Of course hon!"Kassey replied,"Jump in sweetie."

"And now this is why you're my best friend!"Jesse smiled as he jogged around to the other side and jumped in the old charger.Kassey drove off as Jesse explained everything.

Kassey looked over frowning,"Don't let them leave you out.Jesse,you are better than that,don't let yout dumb ass of a father put you down.How'd he manage to get such a nice girl as your mother?That I have to wonder."Kassey looked over at Jesse,"Jesse,I love you and I want you to stand up for yourself.don't let anybody put you down."

By now they were in at the hospital.Jesse climbed out and thanked Kassey.He than walked in to the hospital and a couple people screamed and asked him if he was alright.Finally he made his way up to the service desk and a young woman looked at him and gasped,"Oh my!We'll get help for you right away!It must hurt a lot!"

"Naw-I don't mind.Actually it doesn't hurt at all.Am here to see if my mother's okay.Her name is Shannon Parkman.May I please visit her?"Jesse asked.

The young lady flipped through a couple papers,"Yes she is here and alright.I'll show you to her."the lady got up and walked out from behind the desk.She walked down a hallway and turned left.She stopped right on the cornner and pushed the door open a crack,"There you go honey."

The lady left and Jesse walked in to see his whole family there.His dad looked up and growled,than yelling,"Don't you care about your mother?!She was laying here and you weren't here!What kindda kid are you Jesse?!"

Jesse hung his head and quietly said,"I'm really sorry I wasn't here.It's just-"

"Excuses!Excuses!You look like Hell!You couldda bothered to clean yourself up at least a little instead of looking as worthless as you are!"

"I'm sorry,again."Jesse let a tears form.

"Oh great!The little bawl baby is gonna cry!How did I see that coming?!Go ahead!Cry!" James waited for Jesse's tears to fall so he could laugh at Jesse.

Jesse let tears stream down his soft baby-like face.It wasn't a fat face though,in fact it wasn't completely baby-like.It had strict features in all the right places.His eyes were big,not too big but to the point where it's a cute big.His head slightly droped and some of his blonde hair,pure light blonde,not golden,fell infront of his big coal eyes.His tears were silent,but,none the less,they were still tears and tears were for children,really young children,not a seventeen year old boy.Jake would've taken this better but,than again,Jake didn't seem to have many feelings nor care much about anybody.Jake.Jake would have been eighteen this year,one year older than Jesse yet a million times better and manlier.

James let out a sick laugh of pleasure at Jesse's fall of ego.Or-What little ego he had left.Everybody else just watched hopeless,afraid that James would trouble them or that they would get yelled at.Jesse just kneeled by his mother's bed.He looked at her now pale face and how weak she looked,hopeless.

A doctor walked in and spoke,"We've figured out what Mrs.Parkman has,Zeliocolopily,a rare disease.There is a cure."The doctor paused.Everybody looked up at him,"There's bad news though.The only person that might remember the cure was in a bad crash twenty-three years ago,and died.Also,more bad news.The insurance won't cover this."

"I can earn the money."Jesse spoke up,"Is there anybody else that knows the cure?"Jesse watched as the doctor shook his head,"Than can't you find one?!"

"I'm sorry.That would cost a lot of money that neither you nor I have and four years.By that time,your mother could be dead.There was that one miricle,but that was well done and over with.I'm sorry.All you can do is pray and make the next few weeks,years,or even days the best of her life."

The doctor gave a slight nod of his head before turning on his heels,walking out the door.Jesse gritted a teeth as he felt a piece of glass cut him deeper.A nurse walked in and shoved Jesse down on a bed next to his mother before picking glass out of him,"For you hon,this is free."

Finally the nurse finished with Jesse,who was now all bandaged up.Jesse sighed and got up,"I'm gonna go outside and think a little bit."

Jesse walked outside into the hot summer night.He looked at the ground and lit a ciggarate.He very usually smoked,which is how money got wasted.He heard a cute little giggle behind him and he turned around to see a girl with long blonde loose curls and bright intense blue eyes.She was in a reto mini dress costume from the 60's.The sleeves were normal but at the ends flared out and the dress was short.It was swirled with peach,orange,light pink,and white.She also had on white boots and a peach colored hat that was slightly tilted up.

She grabbed the ciggarate from his now slighty parted lips and he didn't argue.His coal eyes wondered up and down her body and outfit,"Smoking is bad.You waste too much money on ciggarates.Do you now how much people pay a year?Like a million dollars!It makes your teeth nasty and harms the people aruond you.It also affectes loved ones because of second-hand smoke.When you take it through a filter they are taking it directly.Did you now that?It's true.Uh-um."She nodded.

"And I care why?I don't even know who the hell you are.Now you owe me a fuckin ciggarate.Never mind,just get lost."Jesse scowled at the girl.

The girl frowned,"Fine! I thought that you would like to figure out your mother's cure!"she turned on her heels and began to walk away.Jese finally processed her words.The girl slightly glanced over her shoulder to see Jesse looking at the ground.His raised his head towards her and she turned her head the whole way forward.

"Wait!Please help me,help her!"Jesse begged.

"Fine.But first you gotta do me a favor.Don't tell anybody that I know the cure and help me figure out my past."The girl concluded,"I'm Jessica,your gaurdian angle."

Jesse's mouth slightly dropped open,"You're a lier!"

"Test me."Jessica smirked evilly,"You gained a best friend out of Philip,your stuffed pink bunny,which may I add you sometimes still sleep with.Oh yeah,in your fourth grade picture your pants fell down.In gym the one time you gave a good moon.In the previous years you tend to cry a lot with a ugly mean father.He's just a big meanie!And-"

" I get it Jessica." Jesse looked around for anybody that might have heard his embaressing moments as Jessica smiled innocently.

Jessica ran away and Jesse reached a hand out,about to call her name but she was fast and gone.Jesse sighed as he stuck his hands in his pockets,ready to walk back inside the hospital.Suddenly a black stingray pulled infront of him.Jesse slightly jumped back as a window rolled down,"Hop in pretty boy,after you tell your parents you're leaving of course."

"Umm-sure?Wanna come?"Jesse asked as Jessica smiled.She made a ' U ' turn and pulled into a parking space.She killed the engine and hopped out.She than followed him inside the building.People giggled and stared at Jessica's oldies outfit.Jessica,however,was obvious.Jesse watched as people whispered jokes about her as he walked futher away from her.He got far enough away so that it looked like he didn't even know her.Jessica looked around and her eyes finally traveled back to Jesse,whom by this time was very far away. She frowned and looked the other way but continued to look around the place instead of his face.

Finally they arrived back at his mother's room.Jesse walked in as Jessica followed.His mother looked up and smiled weakly,"Jesse!I had no clue that you had a girlfriend!"

Jesse stratched the back of his head and nervously laughed,"Really?Cause ummm yea well ya see-"

"She's as beautiful as an angle.She seems intellagent and interested with the past,around the 60's through the 80's I'm guessing.She's a keeper,just look how beautiful she is Jesse!"Jesse's mother exclaimed.

"Umm-mom?"Jesse blushed.Jessica was beside him,smiling.She thought Jesse was cute from the start and now his family thought she was cute and they were cute together.Jessica also blushed at Jesse's mother's compliment.

"Don't now how somebody as beautiful and charming fell in with you Jesse,that's absured!"James laughed hauntingly.Jesse averted his gaze to the floor.

"I think Jesse is charming and smooth himself."Jessica stuck up for him,lightly tugging on the bottom of his shirt.

His siblings filled the room with compliments and all Jesse could do was look at the few of the very people that stuck up for him.Immeditally he thought of her as a semi friend that he was only friends with until she went back to heaven or whatever.Seriously he didn't want to bother much with her and just wanted to get rid of her.

Jessica glanced at Jesse,she looked happy and he looked upbeated,as if something was bothering him.And in ordered to become a live human she had to get rid of her wings and powers until she would return with her mission completed.Jesse felt eyes on him and travled up to Jessica's face.She had a look of sympathy on her face,great.Just great,Jesse thought,that's what I need,to be pitied like a little helpless baby.

Through the blinds covering the window's Jesse saw a full blown full moon sparkle.That reminded him of why he was here in the first place for the second time,"Mom,and family,I gotta take Jess home and I have school and work tomorrow.I'll have to work extra to earn money so I need all the rest I can get tonight to have more energy in the morning and afternoon tomorrow.I'd hate to leave right now but I have to so good-night and good-bye."

Jessica paid her respects to the family by saying proper good-byes before walking out.Once again people were looking at Jessica's foolish outift.Jesse once again noticed and walked further away agian.Finally they got to the parking lot and Jessica hopped into her car,Jesse in the passanger side.She reved the engine before tearing out.Once on the road she dorve like crazy,swerving in and out of traffic as Jesse held onto the door handle with one hand while strapping a seat belt on with the othern.Jessica giggled uncontrolablly.Finally a red light stopped them and Jessica looked over at Jesse.The green light turned and Jessica started to fly but slammed the brakes gasping.She strapped her seatbelt on and giggled,"Safety first."

She once again tore away.The corvette was floored to it's full speed almost and the world seemed a blur.And anybody that loves or studies corvettes know that they aren't too safe in a crash with slick fiber glass.Jesse tried to stop her but failed before yelling something all girls liked,"WHAT ABOUT SHOPPING?!"

The car slowed down to a peaceful rate as Jessica's ears opened up,"What?"

"What about shopping?We got big malls and your clothes are outta date."Jesse concluded to the listening girl.

She shrugged,"Tell me where to go partner."

Jesse directed the girl to the mall.Finally they arrived and walked into the mall.Jesse looked at Jessica while she observed her surroundings.Her blue eyes twinkled with each new thing she saw.She heard music and began to follow the sound of the blasting alturnitive rock music,Likin Park,In the End.She swirved a corrner before coming across a punk/gothic store.She read the red words trimmed in black at the entrance,Hot Topic.She walked in through the curved archway.She spun around,taking everything in.She grabbed an outfit and took it to a dressing room.It was perfect!She got out,outfit on the hanger as it came.She walked up to the counter and asked them to hold it.She walked back and collected a few more outfits.Finally she was ready to pay.The man at the counter rung up her clothes and told her how much money she owed.Jesse slid in and was about to pay with the little money he had left in his pocket when Jessica reached into her white boot and pulled out only a couple 100 dollars bills,not all of them and handed the man one.He cashed it and gave her her change.

She gladly took it and stuffed both the change and recite in her boot.Her and Jesse walked out as Jessica suggested she change now.Jesse told her no but Jessica ran into a preppy store and bought clothes.Jesse could only see a large bag as Jessica flew past him into a public bathroom.She came out with the bag agian and flew past him.She ran into another punk/gothic store.She had another big bag and was about to fly past Jesse again,this time into a Pac Sun.Jesse,however,grabbed her arm and spun them both in a curcle,arms hooked together.Jessica giggled.Jesse noticed she was in a differnet outfit.

Her hat was now off and she had on hugging blue jeans that were light with a couple holes and slightly flared at the ends.Her shirt was skin color and came just a couple inches above her belly button.On it in pink letters it said American Eagle.She had on pink converses to match it all up.She giggled as he spun her around.With a slight thud she slammed into his chest,bounced off and giggled,"Ooops?"

"Jesse!"a familier voice yelled from the other side of the mall.Jesse looked over to see a friend,Shawn.Shawn had thick brown hair that hung down,a inch away from his shoulders.He had bright green eyes and a killer tan.He was wearing a red football jaket with white sleeves and blue trim.

Jesse smiled and slowly walked over.Jessica stood there,looking around before her still conjoined hand tugged her away,following the other person that had her,a.k.a. Jesse.They got over to the boy quickly and he stood there,smiling at Jessica and checking her out,"Hott girl Jesse."

"Thanks but she ain't mine.Her names Jessica by the way."Jesse introduced.

"Oh-so she's free?"the boy circled her.

"Well boy,you now my name,what's your's?"Jessica asked.

"Shawn."he stepped close to her,so close she could feel his breath on her.She back up when he advanced.

"Dude,personal bubble space.No need to be invaded please."Jessica replied as she backed up a couple spaces away.

She bumbped into somebody and they swang around.Their fist flew and Jessica ducked in time.This was going to be the beginning of a mall fight,it was easy to see...


O.o okay,tune in next time and see what happenes with the mall fight.Where's the mall cops when ya need 'um, ne?Well in this fic there will be no sign from them so that means that a hand to hand combat will be needed.Oh-yea.Just to clear a few things up,Jesse has no interest in Jessica right now and might never be able to see her in the way every other guy does.But yea-Jesse totally doesn't like Jessica.Sorry for the name choices,I realize I could have been much more creative but the name suited her and Jesse's name was already well planned out so yea...
