Bio: Rain's parents are aristocrats from France that moved to England when he was just a child. Believing that their child was better than all the other kids, he was raised at home with a nanny and tutored by the best and brightest of the world.
While he is gifted academically, he has no real knowledge of the outside world. Television is strictly prohibited in favor of books, and the only time he very rarely goes out is for the occasional banquet or opera.
This all fell apart, however, when his father, who was vying for a spot as the Prime Minister, was forcibly removed from his position due to a scandal involving treason. While no real trial was ever held, their family estate was seized and they were forced to relocate, and he was forced to attend a private school, since the family could no longer afford his private tutors.
