Jakobi

My name is Jakobi I was half fairy and half human. My sister and her people lived in a fairy community, which was in the mountains in Pennsylvania; It was called the Stone Village.
I loved my sister, but I didn't care to prolong my visits. We welcomed the time we had together but I looked forward to going to my private house in the country. The fairy folk were all very close, almost no privacy, everybody knew your business. Maybe it was the part of me that was human but I liked my me time, when I didn't have to worry about Stone village politics.
Usually the way it works is whoever had the most power was in charge. Although I love my sister, I must say she is very power hungry.
Well one day recently she came to me with a crazy scheme, which is quite brilliant.
You see fairy folk are invisible to humans, only other creatures of the hidden world “Mystical Creatures”, could see us, and us them.
But for some reason humans could not. We all had our theories, they lost all that was pure in them, which is a good theory, because babies and young children can see us, and they are considered pure, but when they get older and life has taken all the pureness and uniqueness out of them it seems like their sense to see us shut off.
But as it is my sister was full blood Fairy, which they don't look like that Tinkerbelle crap, we looked like real humans, just thinner, more Flexible, and wings.
But every fairy had a unique set of wings, it goes along with there personality, who they really are deep inside, they can have black hawk like wings or beautiful dragonfly wings, it was kind of random.
Being half human though, I didn't have wings, sometimes it saddened me, but if I had wings I wouldn't be able to blend in with other humans so well.
My father was a fairy, and my mother a human, she was really very beautiful back then, and my father was very powerful. He saw something beautiful and in retrospect couldn't really have, yet he made sure he could. My mother could not see my father when they met, or when she conceived me. My father had raped her, and she had gone mentally insane after finding out about her pregnancy, I know all this because my father would meet her on a regular basis, she thought he was a ghost.
And when she found out she was pregnant, my father found out at the same time, and when she gave birth to me he had stolen me to raise me in Stone village.
So after I had grown into a man and I realized I also had a choice to live in human world, I had taken it.
But the night my sister Villy came to me with a proposal of boosting her power so she could become royalty of Stone village I became very curious, I had nothing exciting going on, what she offered sounded very intriguing.
She came to me with a blade in her hand and told me how she came upon a theory, about how if you kill a human with your essence you become more powerful. And seeing as I knew humans, and she had never even come close to one, she wanted and needed me to take peoples lives with the blade that she held in her hand, it was covered in her essence.
“What would you have to give me if I do your dirty work?” I asked.
“All the jewels you could ask for, and because I'm your big sister and you love me” said Villy simply.
“ You know I cannot say no.” my sister was all I had left in this world, our father had disappeared, we do not know if he was murdered or just decided to leave, this was years ago.
“You must not tell anyone about this!” she warned.
“You think me a fool?” I knew if I were to leak out any of this information that every fairy in this kingdom would go out and try and kill everyone they can, at least some, not all the fairies are cold heartless power hungry beasts.
“We will give your theory a test, the first kill I make with your blade I will come to see if your power has increased.”
“Deal, but don't make me wait to long.” And with that she left with her long blonde hair flowing like silk in the wind.
And for me this deal sounded like a thrilling way to pass time.
