Kasumi stood over Shasha.

"Are you alright?" she asked. The smaller girl looked confused as she stared up at her.

"Uh... who are you?" she asked. She and Kasumi stared at each other for a moment. In the distance, Ryuji held out his hand to Emmit.

"Here," he said. The other boy had his eyes locked on him as he took his hand.

"Thanks..." he said. "Where are we?"

"Still on this road," Kameko said. Sayako and the siblings started to stir.

"What the hell was that?" Sanya asked. Anna slowly shook her head. They turned their heads when they felt someone staring at them. Hisako and Coni stared at the brother and sister.

"What?" Sanya asked. The girl blinked at him.

"Are you okay?" she asked. Anna and Sanya looked at each other for a moment. Then they turned back to her.

"Yeah," Sanya said.

"What just happened?" Shasha asked. Everyone was looking around. Kasumi lifted her chin.

"I think he pulled us here," she said. All eyes fell on her. She pushed herself to keep talking.

"It's going to be kind of hard to explain," Kasumi began again. She thought about what she wanted to say. The woman needed to break things down in a way that everyone was going to understand.

"I am on a mission to take back my family's sword from my ex," she said. The words sounded uncomfortable when she said that. They kept their eyes on her. Kasumi winced as she forced herself to keep talking. It had to be done. This had gone on long enough. She broke down and told everyone the whole story. Nobody reacted when she was finished.

"Wow," was all Ryuji could say. Kasumi took a breath and sank to her knees. Akimi had a dull look in her eyes as she stood up.

"Are you going to kill him?" she asked. Her brother and sister stared at her.

"I don't have a choice," Kasumi said. Akimi gave her a little smirk.

"I'm in," she said. Her siblings looked confused.

"Huh?" Anna asked. Her sister turned and looked at her. The older girl shivered when she looked at the gleam in her eye.

"Are you looking for the Cove too?" Haruko asked. Shasha stepped foward.

"Yes," she said. Sayako sat up with a strange look on her face.

"Why the hell are you telling them?!" she asked. Shasha shrugged.

"I might as well," she said. "We're here, aren't we?" The former heiress formed.

"Wait," Kameko said, holding up her hand. Everyone turned their attention to her. She trembled for a bit.

"Everyone is okay with this?" she asked. "We're just going to time up like that?" No one said anything at first. Ryuji nodded.

"Yeah, I guess..." he said. There were no more words after that. However, there was only one more thing that needed to be said.

It's starting to hurt him. Karasu doesn't stop because he is used to it by now. Anything for the goal of power. There were no more limits. He was going to go all-in for his quest for power. However, there was going to be a bit of a problem. Something's changed. When did she get the resolve to fight back? He should feel something from this development. But there is nothing there. "I know a place where we can go to help us out on this quest," Kameko said.

"Please lead the way," Kasumi said. The girl closed her eyes and put her hand to her chest.
