Kira sighed and closed her crimson eyes.
'How to get back at Marcia. Well I know I can summon Ice Demons.' Kira sighed again.
'Just do it!' a tiny voice whispered to Kira. 'Get that old hag back. Try a Fire Demon. You love Fire Magic.'
"Hm. A Fire Demon, huh?" At that, Kira smirked. "Yes. I like that idea."
Kira quietly got up. It was around 3:00 A.M. and Marcia was still asleep. Kira had to be very quiet, as Marcia was also a very light sleeper. She tiptoed over to her dresser and opened it. She rummaged around and pulled out a Summoning Book.
"Fire spell, Fire spell, where art thou? Ah-ha! Gotcha!" Kira read the complicated spell and said the Words of Command. A blinding red light filled the room and when it vanished a red mist was hanging in the air. Kira jumped when she heard a pounding at the door and was instantly glad she had locked it. The mist cleared and a figure was visible.
"Who are you?" Kira asked.
The pounding didn't cease.
"Name's Kura."
