Chapter 2

 

Yuki asked Yoko if she wanted to go to a movie and Yoko said yes after Yuki told her that it was a drama/romance movie. Yuki bought the tickets and met Yoko at the restaurant across the street. They had about an hour before the movie started so they decided that they would eat good, healthy food before the junk food at the theater. When they got to the theater Yuki got a few snacks while Yoko found some good seats. After the movie had started Yuki noticed two people that had come in late. He couldn't see the taller one's face but saw the smaller one. The taller one was Shino and the second one, Yuki realized, was Niro. During the entire movie all Yuki could do was think of plausible reasons for Shino and Niro to be together. When Yoko made advances toward Yuki for snuggling and making out Yuki totally ignored her which (a) really pissed her off and (b) that this is the same Yuki that wouldn't take a hint that she didn't like him at the time. She almost blurted out something to make Yuki pay attention to her but she didn't because (a) they were in the movie theater and (b) because she didn't want to seem desperate for attention. Yoko linked her arm with Yuki's and held his hand. Yuki looked down and put his arm around Yoko as expected. Since Yoko seemed happy Yuki went back to looking at Niro and saw that Niro and Shino where holding hands. Seeing this made Yuki infuriated and ignored Niro the rest of the movie.

When it was done Yuki sat in his seat until every body was gone and turn to Yoko and said, “The only reason that I went out with you was that I thought that I liked you but there's someone else that I like more then you. I'm very sorry you are still the hottest girl in school but you're not real.”

Yoko just looked at him for a moment and then asked, “What do you mean not real? I'm matter, I'm not see through or invisible so what do you mean that I'm not real?” By the end of her question her voice was a hysterical squeal.

Yuki sighed and said, “I mean that your fake, all your smiles and laughter its fake. You worry about what you look like all the time and you're always in check with your attitude. The one I love is real all the time and doesn't care what others think. Again, I'm very sorry but I have to tell them what I just realized. Bye.” Yuki walked out and as soon as he got home he sent and e-mail to Niro.

When Niro came in to his home that night he did his normal routine to go to bed but for no reason at all he opened his e-mail and saw that there was an e-mail from Yuki he wasn't expecting one so he opened it without a second thought:

 

To: inWONDERLAND

From: know_techno

Subject: movie how'd you like it?

 

I saw you with Shino at the movies tonight, or yesterday if you're reading this tomorrow, I broke up with Yoko and didn't regret it at all. It felt great (is that bad?) I did it because I knew what I wanted after I told her how fake she was and I realized how fake I am and how I hide from my feelings. I hope you come back to school tomorrow, or today, we need to talk face to face. I like you a lot and I want everyone to know it if you'll go out with me and I do realize that your going out with Shino right now so if I have to fight for you, I will. Did you get my last e-mail? I'll see you tomorrow or today I hope, okay. Bye.

 

 

When Niro was done the first thought that came to mind was that Yuki covered it so no matter when he read it, it would be right. <He's such a grammar freak.> Niro said to himself. The next day Niro went to school nobody was surprised when he sat in the back but when Yuki came into the classroom every one stopped talking. Yuki sat in the back next to Niro and everyone started talking again, Yuki and Niro stated lMing back and forth:

inWONDERLAND: HI

inWONDERLAND: y is every 1 acting lik that

know_techno: O didn't u hear I broke up with Yoko

inWONDERLAND: yeah but why is that a big deal?

know_techno: idk

inWONDERLAND: I gav up on u so u could b happy ☺

know_techno: I no that and when I waz w/ her I found that what I wanted waz u

inWONDERLAND: ok weird I thought that u where strait, & I am going out w/ Shino I just cant dump him because u say yr ready I hav a relationship w/ me

know_techno: I know that I said that in my e-mail

know_techno; is it not just physical?

inWONDERLAND: yes I read that and NO its not I told him that I wouldn't do that and he said that wasn't what he wanted from me until I was ready

know_techno: o that's so generous of him but do u truly believe him

know_techno: hes just gonna throw u away if u take to long to be ready for sex

inWONDERLAND: that's what I said and he replied that he luvs me for me

know_techno: how can he say that he barely knows u

inWONDERLAND: that's what I said too but he just shrugged and said “I feel like ive known u for yrs and I still luv u even if u don't yet love me the same way”

know_techno: wow that s deep

inWONDERLAND: yeah *sigh*

know_techno: and totally bull shit

inWONDERLAND: yeah *sigh*

inWONDERLAND: hey u tricked me

know_techno: no I didn't u read it and agreed

know_techno: now do u believe me and will go out w/ me NOW

inWONDERLAND: u no I cant, y cant u c that?

inWONDERLAND: I may not be in luv yet but I really like him and im glad that he can accept me 4 who I am

know_techno: yeah yr not in luv y wont u go w/ yr first choice, it was the right 1

inWONDERLAND: I wanna try because he does NOT leave the minute he sees a hot chick or guy

know_techno: sorry

know_techno: u must HATE me

inWONDERLAND: I don't hate u, I need to do something that I want to do even if it hurts me in the end

know_techno: I no that u want to DO me so y don't u?

inWONDERLAND: tempting but I cant bail so stop bugging me good bye

 

Niro shut his laptop and walked out of the room, and Yuki followed, even though class was still in session, but since class was almost over anyway and the teacher knew that those two boys were having a fight and he really didn't want to get in the middle of it, let them go Niro skipped the rest of the school day while Yuki, after he lost track of Niro, went to his next class. When Niro got home he realized that he was crying. He remembered that Shino was coming over later and decided to take a bath. In that nice hot bath he put in some stuff that smelt good. The ball of bath stuff dissolved and the really nice smell of fresh grass wafted through the apartment. Afterwards he ate and took a nap still rapped in his towel. The next thing he knew was that his doorbell was ringing.
