Soon gave Hindeo a strange look.

“What?!” he asked. The young man shrugged.

“I mean why not?” he asked. Soon stammered a bit.

“Because…” she said. “It's a bad idea.”

“Why do you say that?” Hindeo asked. “Everyone wants to know your story!” Soon stood up from his chair.

“Come on,” Hindeo pleaded. “You and Mai-Pai would be perfect.” Soon froze. He was kidding, right? The older man whirled around.

“What?!” he asked. Hindeo nodded.

“It's just a documentary,” he said. “I am working with other people from the Exile.”

“How many have you asked?” Soon asked.

“Two,” Hindeo said. Soon about fell over.

“Seriously?” he asked.

“Uh-huh!” Hindeo said, nodding. “I'm waiting for them to reply.” The young man had his eyes on him.

“Please?” he asked. “Talk with Mai-Pai. She might be on board. You won't regret it.” Soon had his doubts. Hindeo stood grinning.

Hindeo wanted to do this since Soon gave his first lecture at his university. The young man dug in for research. The phenomenon and the stories fascinated him. The internet was enough to hold them. They needed to be on the silver screen. Be thought he was crazy.

“Do you really think this is a good idea?” she asked. Hindeo turned to her with a grin.

“It will be worth it,” he said. Hindeo could already picture it in his head. Already, the young man had who he was going to use first. It was going to take some talking to. But Hindeo was confident he could do it.

This movie would be a masterpiece.

Soon gave his girlfriend a blank stare.

“What?!” he asked. “You can't be serious.” Mai-Pai smiled.

“Why not?” she asked. “Sounds interesting. Plus, it could raise awareness.” Soon frowned.

“It just doesn't sound like a good idea,” he said. She took him by the hands.

“Relax,” Mai-Pai said. His eyes shifted back and forth.

“You do know who's behind this, right?” he asked.

“I know,” she said. “I talked to him on the phone.” The color drained from Soon's face.

“Oh…” he said. Mai-Pai's confused look on her face did little to ease him. His only thought about this project was “Oh boy…”

Oh boy indeed.
