Kazuko had transformed back into a fox and Garron was wearing his black cloak that concealed his large sword, you where in your Dark form (that's what I'll call it for now) as you rode on Kazuko's back with Garron. “Kazuko must be pretty strong to carry us both.” you thought. He showed no sign of struggle when he leapt into the air and even now at such a high altitude. You landed at the back entrance and snuck in. “Where is she?” Garron whispered. “How should I know?” you whispered harshly. “Clear your mind, Alex.” said Kazuko (your all whispering ok!). So you did, you felt as though you were being pulled towards something then felt a familiar presence… Clara “That way.” you said. You all ended up in the dungeons and wandered through the many cells until you came to one that gave off a strange aura. “In there.” you said. Garron broke the lock and pushed the door opened. You went in and saw Clara on the floor, unconscious. “Clara!” you said, hugging her, ignoring the fact that she was out cold. “Come, let's go before Donovan finds out we're here.” Garron said already on his way out. You picked Clara up, surprised at how light she felt and followed him. You were just about out the back entrance when… “Freeze!” shouted one of the shadow guards. Kazuko blasted a fire ball at him and you rushed to the exit. You got out and heard sirens sounding off and yelling inside the castle. “Let's get out of here!” you said.

You jumped into the air, still holding Clara, and flew into the sky. The others followed. “Alex! Watch out!” you heard Kazuko yell. You turn back to see a very pissed off Donovan flying too close for comfort. You dove down, trying to loose him. It was no use, he followed your every move. You decided to use your new found powers (as soon as you gain new powers from a faerie, you have instant knowledge of them.) and make a fog. You made thick so that he would not be able to follow you as you headed back to the hideout.

You gently placed Clara on the mat in your hut and walked out, bumping into Kazuko. “Sorry.” you said, about to walk away, but he embraced you and said. “I was scared that he caught you…” you heard him whisper. “Well, he didn't. Calm down, its not like he's smart enough to catch me anyways.” you smiled. You heard him mumble something and asked “What did you say?” He shook his head “Nothing.” and he walked toward the fire. You noticed that Garron wasn't around (Nami was flying over a patch of daisies) and walked up to Kazuko and asked “Where's Garron?” He poked the fire “He said that he had to check up on something.” “Oh.” You sat down next to him. He tried to look away to hide a small blush, but you made him face you, making him blush more. You smiled at him “You're not very good at hiding your emotions are you?” He tried to look down, but you kissed him lightly on the lips before he had the chance to. He looked at you in complete shock, but then kissed you back, making you blush.

Suddenly, you heard the door of your hut open and close and you looked back to see a worn out Clara. “Clara!” you hugged her tightly and she flinched, you loosened your grip and said “Sorry.” “That's okay. Hey, what happened? Where am I?” she asked looking around, when her eyes stopped at Kazuko “And who's the hot guy with the wings?” she smirked. “Uh…” you didn't know how to explain to her what was going on without her going completely nuts! Before you got the chance to warn her, Kazuko walked up behind you and said. “Hi, I'm Kazuko, nice to finally meet you.” he smiled. “You're Kazuko?!” she exclaimed. “Oh, boy. Here we go.” You muttered. For an hour straight, you and Kazuko explained everything to her, and every five minutes Clara interrupted with an excited squeal. Finally after your explanation, it was Clara's turn…

*//Clara's POV//* (the morning following the night when the shadows attacked Alex for the first time) You were just about to go to Alex's house to find more info on the Darokei when you had a funny feeling that you were being watched. When you got to her house, there was a strange ominous feeling about it, like something evil was lurking about inside. You went up to the door and you were just about to knock when you see a slip of paper sticking out of the screen door. You unfold it and read it…: Clara, I will not be home for a while. I will call you later when I can ok? Love ya! -Alex…. You sigh and walk back home with a feeling that something bad has happened, but your friend was able to get away.
