Polaris
Part 2

A few hours in the car, was horrible, but it was what it took to get away from the thing that could kill me easily, the humongous monster Krieger. We finally stopped, because we were so out of gas, that, the monster hummer had to redefine the way of being out of gas. I sighed, and glared at Jason “You owe me Orange Vanilla Sherbet, you jerk” I said coldly, shaking my fist at him, like I was really mad at him, I wasn't, just irritated he didn't save the precious sweets! I jumped out of the car, well, attempted too, Jason easily picked me up and set me back in the car like I weighed three pounds. I hated it when he did that, when, even though it was unintentional, and it was for my protection, I hated feeling small, even if I was. I sighed again, and ran my fingers through my ebony locks, and sighed again. Then, the gunshots, they startled me so much I fell to the floor of the hummer. The windows shattered around me, then, I heard it, Jason's muffled scream, I knew. . . I knew that Krieger had arrived.

Then, A note floated down from the roof of the hummer,

Dear Polaris,
If' you're reading this, that jerk Krieger got me, and is trying to blow up the hummer, My Hummer! . . . Anyway, get out of the car; otherwise, I'd have died in vain!
You're Beloved,
Jason
I scrambled out of the hummer, my body being cut by the shattered glass, I whimpered lightly, and froze when I heard the gruff voice of Krieger, “Vat girl, She's escaped me again! Not again! I vill get that wretch!” then she heard him swear and spit, then the sound of his boots crushing the dirt as he walked away, I stayed frozen until I heard the car start and pull away, then, I bolted out of the car, and was met with a 45 caliber gun. I wanted to scream, to cry, to fight, to do something! Yet, I stayed frozen, as my eyes trailed up the menacing figure holding the gun, I realized, that, He'd been bringing me to them, he betrayed me! For, the one who stood in front of me, was the one I cared for most. Jason, My Jason, stood before me.

Then, everything went black.
