Episode 9:
Leave Me Alone!!!
(The woman walks up by the table where Shinn was to go to the restroom. As she passed, she gave Shinn an evil look. Shinn looks at her and her green eyes that glowed even in the light. Shinn looked at her with a confused look on his face.)
Shinn: (Thinking in mind) Hmm...she looks familiar. She looks like that one girl...that one girl I fought earlier.
Nuriko: Something wrong, Shinn?
Shinn: No!
Nuriko: If you're gonna give me dirty looks like that, I can kick you out.
Shinn: I wasn't looking at you!
Nuriko: Yeah you were!
Shinn: No! There was this one girl who went to the bathroom, she looked at me weird!
Nuriko: Yeah, whatever.
Siri: Hey guys settle down! Now Shinn, don't look at Nuriko like that. Lets just finish eating.
Shinn: You know, if there's one thing I hate, besides all of you, its being blamed for something I didn't do!
Siri: Shinn, just let it go.
Shinn: No! I can't!
Nuriko: Siri, can I just kill him now?
Siri: No, Nuriko. Not now.
(Just then, the woman came out of the bathroom. Shinn immediately gets out of his seat and points to the woman. Everyone turns around to the woman.)
Shinn: That's the woman!
Woman: What? I don't know what you're talking about, sir.
Nuri: (Scared) That's Hitomi! She's Hitomi!
Elaine: She IS Hitomi!
Shinn: Hitomi? Who the hell is she?
Hitomi: It sounds as though I don't need to introduce myself to you guys.
Nuriko: Hey! Are you trying to start trouble? If you are, you gonna haveta leave!
Hitomi: Its okay, miss. I just wanna have a word with Nuri and Shinn.
Shinn: What the hell do ya want with me?!
Nuriko: You guys can do whatever, outside.
Hitomi: Very well. We'll go outside.
Nuri: I don't wanna go!
Nuriko: Nuri, just go.
(So, Nuri, Shinn, and Hitomi walked outside.)
Shinn: Okay, I've had enough of this! Who are you and why do you look so much like that Yam-su girl!
Hitomi: I'm Hitomi!
Nuri: Her name is really Xuyen. She's acting like a totally different person. At night, she's-
Shinn: Hmm, so that's why she reminded me of that girl...that beat me up earlier.
Nuri: She beat you?
Hitomi: I am NOT Xuyen! I'm Hitomi! I have been sent here to kill you and take Nuri back to Saketown.
Nuri: Xuyen! Why are you doing this?
Hitomi: I'm NOT Xuyen! I told you!
Shinn: Okay. I've had enough of this!
(Shinn takes out his sword. Hitomi looked at him and grinned.)
Nuri: Wait! You can't fight her, Shinn! She'll kill you!
Shinn: I don't care!
(Shinn rushes Hitomi and tries to slash her with his sword. However, Hitomi suddenly disappears. Shinn looks around.)
Shinn: Where the hell did she go?
(Hitomi just then re-appeared from behind Shinn and kicked him in the back. Nuri runs to him and tries to help him up.)
Nuri: Hitomi, please stop this!
Hitomi: No! I'm gonna kill him.
Nuri: You can't! Why do you want to kill him?
Hitomi: Well lets just say a friend of mine wants him dead.
Nuri: But why?
(Shinn got back up. Back inside the restaurant, Elaine watches in fear as looks at the three through the window.)
Elaine: Do you think they're okay?
Nuriko: I don't know and really don't care.
Suki: Same here.
Nuriko: You don't care either? That's cool.
Elaine: Someone should go help them. I guess it'll be me.
Siri: Hmm...I'll go help too.
Kudosai: Why not. C'mon, Kudoso.
Nuriko: Well, if Siri's going...
Pimp: ...Fuck it.
(Everyone gets up and goes outside and except for Suki. Nuriko walks back in to try to encourage Suki to come out.)
Nuriko: C'mon! Join us!
Suki: I don't care about them, remember?
Nuriko: Yeah, but it'll be fun.
Suki: ...I guess. Elaine's gonna fuck around and get herself killed.
(Suki and Nuriko went outside. Everyone stood behind Shinn and Nuri while Hitomi stood at the opposite end a few feet in front of them.)
Hitomi: Oh! So you've all decided to jump in, eh?
Elaine: We'll fight if we have to.
Nuriko: Well what do ya mean "we" ? ...Just kidding.
(Sum walks out to the front door.)
Sum: NURIKO! BE CAREFUL!
Nuriko: I will Sum. Don't worry.
Kudosai: So...who's fighting first?
Shinn: Stand back guys. I'll take care of her.
Elaine: You can't take her on your own! You'll lose!
Shinn: No I won't!
(Shinn jumps forward and tries to slash Hitomi. However, she moves to the side and then pushes him. He fell face down on the ground.)
Kudosai: Shinn's stubbornness is gonna get him killed, ya?
(Kudosai leaps up high and lands a few feet from Hitomi. He quickly took out his iron blades and slashes at her, She quickly lifted her arm to block the attack. The part of her clothing where his blade touched ripped to reveal to reveal that she was wearing a special armor that protected her arm. Kudosai pulled away and then she punched him on the face. He moved back a few feet.)
Kudosai: Damn! She's good!
(By now, Shinn had got up and was about 20 feet away form Hitomi. He quickly formed a psychic energy ball and threw it at her. Unfortunately, She jumped up high in the air and the ball went straight toward Nuri and the others. They quickly moved out of the way while Hitomi landed on the roof of Nuriko's restaurant. The ball went zooming across the town and went all the way out to the forest, where there it exploded.)
Suki: Dammit, Shinn! Did you really think that was gonna work!
Shinn: Yes actually.
Elaine: You could've gotten someone killed! Not to mention you destroyed a lot of trees! Could've used those trees to make paper, or for firewood.
Shinn: Never mind that. Where the hell did she go?
Nuriko: She's on the roof.
(They turned to Nuriko's restaurant and seen Hitomi on the roof.)
Shinn: Hey you! Come down here and face me! What are ya scared!
Hitomi: Scared of you? Never. Not in a million years.
Kudosai: Lets try this again!
(Kudosai jumps on the roof in front of Hitomi and tries to slash her. She quickly jumps away and lands safely on the ground in front of Shinn. Shinn quickly threw a punch at Hitomi. She dodges and quickly kicks him in the gut and he falls to the ground. Nuriko changes into vampire form and rushes Hitomi. She quickly kicked her in the gut. Hitomi moves back a few feet. Sum was watching from the front door, cheering Nuriko on. "GO NURIKO!" Sum shouted. Nuriko then punched her in the face and swiftly waved her hand, making Hitomi move back a few feet and fall on the ground.)
Sum: ALL RIGHT, NURIKO! YEAH!
Elaine: She's good. Nuriko is a vampire isn't she?
Nuri: She is.
Shinn: (Finally gets back up) Heh...I could've done that too...If I felt like it...
Nuriko: Right...
(Hitomi gets back up.)
Hitomi: Hmm... you're good.
Kudosai: LIGHTNING BLAST!!!
(Kudosai, from the roof of Nuriko's restaurant, launched a lightning blast at Hitomi. It hit her right in the chest and she fell to the ground.)
Kudosai: Heh! I hit her too, ya?
Nuriko: Heh! I hit her first!
Kudosai: Oh yeah? Well mine was stronger!
Nuriko: Mine was stronGEST!
Kudosai: Aw screw you!
(Hitomi gets back up when Shinn suddenly kicked her on the back. She takes a few steps and turns to Shinn. She then tries to punch him, but he moves back a few feet. Nuriko quickly punched her in the gut. Hitomi jumps back a few feet and then smiles all of a sudden.)
Nuriko: why are you smiling?
Hitomi: You're pretty good...vampire girl...but...can you do...this...
(Hitomi laughs evilly and then suddenly disappears. No one sees her anywhere.)
Nuriko: Do what? Where did she go? Come back here woman! Anyone see her?
Shinn: Nope.
Elaine: I don't sense her anywhere.
Kudosai: She must've ran home! Yeah! We were too strong for her!
Siri: I wonder why she attacked us anyway. Nuri, do you know that girl?
Nuri: Well...kinda-sorta.
Siri: What do you mean by "Kinda-sorta"?
Nuri: Well...she's this girl I met from Saketown. I don't know much about her. Like sometimes she's really nice but the sometimes she's real mean. She's goes by different names all the time..I don't know
Siri: Weird. Well, she's gone now, but I don't think we've seen the last of her...
* * * * * * * *
(Somewhere at the battlefield where the duel of Nuriko and Shinn was held, Hitomi re-appeared alone.)
Hitomi: Xuyen, what the hell were you thinking! I would've beat them if you didn't interfere like that!
Xuyen: Well I couldn't help it! I had to see Nuri once more...
Hitomi: First of all...its nighttime. That means it my turn to take over this body. Sec-
Xuyen: So what! This body isn't yours to begin with! This body is mine!
Hitomi: Not for now!
** Xuyen and Hitomi, well their spirits, are trapped in the same body. So when they are speaking to each other, in this particular scene, its like Hitomi is talking to herself. You'll find out more about these two, like how the hell they became like this later in the series. **
Xuyen: Its MY body, Hitomi!
(Hitomi smacks Xuyen. Which is like smacking herself.)
Hitomi: You stupid girl! I was about to kill Shinn for you, but you keep screwing things up! I'm not gonna help you anymore! You take care of this yourself!
Xuyen: Wait! You're not going back to Saketown, are you?
Hitomi: I'm not going back to Saketown...yet. I'll stay until the night after next. Then I'm leaving. So you better be done with this by then.
(Hitomi takes over the body and jumps high in the air. Meanwhile, back at Hometown, everyone met up at the quad area to discuss where they were going to go next for Siri's quest.)
Kudosai: Okay, I say we go north to Sugartown. There might be demons there.
Nuriko: Demons in Sugartown? I don't think so! We should go south to Spicetown. There are demons there.
Elaine: Why don't we go back to Saketown?
Siri: There aren't any demons there. Besides if the demons I'm looking for were there, I would have found them by now.
Kudosai: Okay, so its either Sugartown or Spicetown. Hey Shinn. Which one do you wanna go to?
Shinn: Wherever. Lets just get this over with. Before I die of boredom or somethin'
Kudosai: Jeeez! Okay fine then, ya?
Nuri: Well I don't know any of those towns, but Sugartown sounds sweet.
Pimp: Sweets...or spicy stuff...
Shido: I say we head to Spicetown. The demons could most likely be there.
Kudosai: Okay, ya? That's two for Sugartown and two for Spicetown. Where does everyone else wanna go?
Elaine: Sugartown!
Kudosai: Three for sweets...Siri, Where do you really wanna go?
Siri: I really can't decide.
Kudosai: C'mon, choose Sugartown. Sweets! Everybody likes sweets!
Siri: Not everyone does.
Kudosai: Okay, not everyone. But c'mon. Most people like them.
Siri: I don't know.
Kurou: Aka, Sarou and I will haveta agree on Spicetown.
Kudosai: Damn! Now its five to three! C'mon people! Sweets! Ya know ya like 'em! So! I know you're gonna take sides with me, right?
Kudoso: I don't know.
Kudosai: What do ya mean you don't know!
Nuriko: Maybe he want to be on MY side.
Kudosai: You wish!
Siri: Okay, why don't we just flip a coin or something. I can see that this is gonna turning into another argument.
Kudosai: Hmm...sounds good.
Nuriko: Only because you were losing.
Kudosai: That had nothing ta do with this, ya?
Siri: Okay, who's got a coin?
Elaine: I do.
(Elaine gives Siri the coin.)
Siri: Okay, Heads will be Sugartown, Tails will be Spicetown.
(Siri flips the coin. She catches it , and opens her hand to reveal that the coin landed on...heads.)
Siri: Its heads.
Kudosai: All right! We're goin' to Sugartown!
Nuriko: Siri, that couldn't be fair!
Siri: Sorry, Nuriko.
Kudosai: We're goin' to Sugartown! Yeah!
Nuri: Hey Kudosai! Do they have lots of good, sweet stuff there?
Kudosai: The town is called Sugartown. What do ya think.
Nuri: Cool!
Siri: So, when do you guys wanna leave?
Kudosai: How 'bout tomorrow morning
Nuriko: Morning...I don't like the morning.
Kudosai: Don't worry. We'll be in forest most of the time. The sunlight can't get to ya.
Siri: We'll meet you here at the quad tomorrow. Oh, and Shinn, You're staying with Nuriko.
Shinn: WHAT!? WHY!?
Siri: So you don't run away again. I don't trust you.
Shinn: Fuck that! I ain't stayin' with her!
Siri: Yeah you are.
Shinn: No I'm not!
Siri: Yes you are.
Shinn: No I'm NOT!!
(Minutes later, everyone went home. Nuriko and her gang as well as Shinn went to the restaurant and closed it down.)
Nuriko: Sum, I'm leaving you in charge of the restaurant while I'm gone. Kay?
Sum: (Kinda disappointed) Okay, Nuriko-san.
Nuriko: What's wrong?
Sum: Well its just that I wanted to join you on one of your adventures. I wanted to see what it was really like to be a warrior. I wanted my life to be a little more interesting. I wanna learn how to protect myself for once. And maybe one day, I can return the favor and maybe, be able to save you and not the other way around.
Nuriko: Sum, your life is interesting. Being a warrior isn't everything. There are down-sides to being one. You risk your life every second when you go out on adventures and what not. You haveta train really hard. Too hard. And you get hurt a lot too. Besides, You're saving me by watching the restaurant. <touches his cheek> Hey, how 'bout I teach you how to fight when I get back, kay?
Sum: You mean it?
Nuriko: Yeah sure.
Sum: Domo, Nuriko-san! (Thanks)
Nuriko: Doittashimashite. (You're Welcome)
Kurou: Hey, Nuriko! Better hurry! Your shows almost on!
Nuriko: Okay! I'll be there in a minute, bandit boy!
(Nuriko walks up to Shinn, who is by the front door.)
Nuriko: You're staying here in the restaurant until morning.
Shinn: HA! You can't make me!
Nuriko: Uh, yeah I can actually. You see, I've got a barrier put up outside. If you go even an inch past the front door, It'll electrocute you. And it'll hurt a lot.
Shinn: Okay, than where do I sleep at?
Nuriko: On the floor. Where else?
Shinn: Aren't you gonna give me a futon or somethin'?
Nuriko: Nope.
Shinn: That's fucked up!
Nuriko: No it isn't. Not for you anyway.
Shinn: Yeah it is!
(Nuriko walks back to Sum. She takes out a necklace with a cross with shiny sapphire color designs that seemed to glow.)
Nuriko: Hey. I wanted to give you this necklace. Its a special necklace that we can communicate with. No matter how far apart we are. I gave Takea one of these, but he never uses it.
Sum: Arle wa! (WOW!) Thanks so much, Nuriko-san!
Nuriko: You're welcome. Now lets go. My shows gonna come on.
Sum: Okay.
(So, Nuriko turns off the lights and walks in the hall leading to the secret room.)
Nuriko: G'night, Shinn.
Shinn: Yeah good night! Whatever, ya little...
(Shinn lays down on the floor as Nuriko closes the door to the secret room.)
Shinn: Stupid bitch! Thinks she can keep me here! I oughta...
(Shinn falls asleep. Soon after, morning arrived. Nuri was walking in town. There were quite a few people stirring around in the town but not many. Nuri walked to the quad area. She had seen Xuyen sitting down at one of the tables. Xuyen notices her and gets up and walks up to her.)
Xuyen: Hey Nuri.
Nuri: Why are you here?
Xuyen: Why, I came to see you, Nuri.
Nuri: Why, why are you hurting my friends?
Xuyen: Nuri, I'm not-
Nuri: Why do you..,.act like a different person at night? I don't know who you are anymore. Who are you! Xuyen, or Hitomi?
Xuyen: Xuyen. You know I'm Xuyen. Hitomi is gone. Or...did she come after you guys again last night?
Nuri: No. It was you. YOU came after us last night.
Xuyen: Nuri, I love you. Aishimasu itsumo! Aishiteru! Wo ai ne! Mehal Keta Aloha! Te amo! And stuff like that! I wanna be with you. I love you and this is true. And I can say it in more languages than you can count too.
Nuri: Xuyen, I'm sorry. Very sorry. Sorry indeed. But we cannot be together. I still...love Shinn. And I wanna be with him.
Xuyen: Forget him! He doesn't even like you! He can't stand you! He wants you gone!
Nuri: I know that and that's okay. 'Cause I know that deep down inside he loves me. And we're destined to be together.
(Tears began to run down Xuyen's face. She gets down on her knees and looks up at Nuri.)
Xuyen: Nuri... please...If you didn't have feelings for me, why did we make love that day? Was it all for lust?
Nuri: Xuyen, you were coming on to me. I was...it just happened so fast. It wasn't supposed to end up that way.
Xuyen: Why did you tell me that you loved me?
Nuri: I-I didn't mean it in that way...Xuyen I just met you!-
Xuyen: Nuri, I love you...Ai..a...shi...ma...su...itsu...mo...Mehal keta! Mehal keta! Me...hal...ke..ta...
Nuri: I know...that you love me...
(Xuyen stands up and holds Nuri's hand.)
Xuyen: I just...hate being lonely...
Nuri: Xuyen, we can still be friends. We can be good friends. If you want, You can join us on our adventure. I'm sure Siri won't mind.
Xuyen:...No, I can't join you. I've...I've gotta go.
Nuri: I guess I'll see you around.
(And Xuyen walks off. Soon, the rest of the gang had arrived. Sum walked Nuriko to the quad.)
Sum: How long are you gonna be gone?
Nuriko: Don't know. It'll probably be a while.
Sum: Well, goodbye, Nuriko-san. Take care of yourself.
Nuriko: Likewise. See ya later.
Kurou: Take care, Sum.
Aka: See ya.
Sum: Bye guys!
(Sum goes back to the restaurant.)
Kudosai: All right! Lets go!
(And so, Everyone went off. They ended up following Kudosai to a huge concrete gate with doors with two guards guarding the doors.)
Guard 1: WOAH WOAH WOAH! What are all of you up to?
Kudosai: We have business in the northern parts.
Guard 2: Oh yeah? Well you're not goin' anywhere past this point without the password!
Kudosai: The password. Ah yes, the password! The password is...move the fuck outta our way before we kick your asses!
Shinn: Kudosai, stop playin'! I'm not in the mood to fight these wimpy guards.
Guard 1: Wow! He actually got it right! Every word.
Nuriko: THAT was the password?
Kudosai: Yes actually.
Siri: You're kidding right?
Kudosai: Nope. Not kidding, ya?
Guard 2: Oh yeah? Well there's another password! What is it?
Kudosai: Hmm...-
Guard 2: You don't know! Oh well I guess you can't enter then if you don't know the second password!
Kudosai: Shut up you idiots! I'm tryin' ta think, ya? Now lets see...its...Ramen noodles!
Guard 1: He got that one right too.
Siri: Are you serious?
Nuriko: Some password. two dumb guards alright.
Guard 1: Hey! Don't call us dumb! We work very hard at what we do!
Guard 2: Just let 'em in!
(The guards opened the doors and let them walk in. All of the shops and stuff looked nicer and much more expensive. The people walking around obviously had to be more richer than the other townspeople. The group passed through all of this.)
Elaine: Wow! Everything looks so nice here!
Nuri: Wow!
Siri: Look at this! We're like one big gang here!
Kudosai: I know! No one can stop us, ya!
Kurou: They've got some nice stuff.
Nuriko: Don't even think about takin' anything, bandit boy.
Kurou: Aw c'mon, Nuriko. You know me.
Nuriko: Oh I know YOU alright.
Kurou: I could steal ya somethin' you want.
Nuriko: I don't think so.
(So the gang walked on until there was another set of doors the same as the first. There were two guards that opened the doors for them. They exited out of the town and onto a field, which led to a forest.)
Kudosai: So, Siri, do ya have any idea on what these demons look like?
Siri: Well...they change their disguises every once in a while. So I don't really know. The last time I saw them, They were disguised as bishonen.
Kudosai: Great. That helps. There are lots of Bishonen around. We'll never find them. Okay, did they have a scar or a strange symbol or something?
Siri: Well, One of them did have a darkness symbol on their forehead. In fact, I think all three of them had it.
Kudosai: Darkness symbols on their foreheads. Okay, that gives us something to go on. Okay, I heard that this forest is pretty long and sometimes hard to get out of. We should all stay together.
Shinn: Whatever. I'll go where I want.
Kudosai: Stop being so stubborn, Shinn.
Shinn: I ain't stubborn!
Kudosai: Yeah you are!
Shinn: No I'm not! <sigh> I need a drink.
(So on they walked. They walked. They soon left the fields and went into the forest. The forest seemed dark and evil. All kinds of creatures crawling and climbing all over the trees. As they went deep into the forest, it soon started getting misty and foggy and very hard to see. Shinn was in the front of everyone else. It was pretty tough to get around due to the fog. To Shinn, the sounds of the footsteps of everyone started getting fainter. Then, he didn't hear any footsteps besides his own. He just ignored it and continued walking.)
Shinn: Yo Kudosai, you're so quiet all of a sudden. Kudosai?
(Shinn turns to find that Kudosai isn't there. Nor anyone else.)
Shinn: Yo Siri! Kudosai! Where are ya!
(There is no response.)
Shinn: Pimp! Shido! Are ya anywhere around!
(There is still no response.)
Shinn:...Nuri! Nuriko! Are ya here!
(Again, no response.)
Shinn: Great. I lost them. Oh well. I guess I'll just continue to walk.
(Shinn continued to walk. Suddenly, he hears a scream from the left of him. He stopped.)
Shinn: Who was that screaming? Might be someone from our gang. Maybe I should go check it out.
(He starts walking left to where he heard the scream. So far, he didn't see anything strange around. It was still foggy and kinda hard to get around. He continues walking for several minutes until suddenly, he sees a pair of green eyes several feet in front of him. The eyes seemed to be rushing at him and he soon saw the red, scaly-like head and body that the eyes were connected to. Thinking quickly, He spun around once while taking out his sword and jammed it straight into the monster's chest. He removed it and the monster fell to the ground.)
Shinn: What the hell was that thing? Never mind that. Gotta go find out who's screaming.
(So he walked on. Nothing strange or anything went on for a few minutes as he walked on. He continued walking for another minute before stopping to look around. He still didn't see anything strange, so he continued walking. Suddenly, he heard a voice that was somewhat similar to Kudosai's.)
Voice: Yo Shinn!
(Shinn turned to the right of him where the voice was coming from. He didn't see anyone.)
Shinn: Yo Kudosai! Is that you?
(Shinn then heard footsteps and such as if someone was coming. Then, Kudosai appeared walking up to Shinn.)
Shinn: Hey.
Kudosai: Hey. You seen anyone yet. Siri? Nuriko?
Shinn: No. I heard someone screaming though earlier.
Kudosai: I heard it too. I hope it wasn't Siri.
Shinn: Nah! She's alright. She'd probably slap the shit outta whoever tried to come after her.
Kudosai: Yeah. She's a feisty woman. I kinda like that.
Shinn: What are you saying?!
Kudosai: I'm not sayin' nothin', ya?
Shinn: You're strange. Lets just go see if we can find anyone.
(So, Shinn and Kudosai walked on. They still don't see anything strange. They walked on for several minutes. Soon, they started seeing white, silky-like threads, resembling spider web threads, all across the trees in front of them, getting in their way. The two cleared the threads from their path and continued to walk.)
Shinn: Damn! What the hell is up with the cobwebs?
Kudosai: Spiders are all over the place here, Shinn.
Shinn: Yeah, but this many cobwebs in one area? That's pretty weird. Plus these cobs webs are big and thick. As if one huge spider did this.
Kudosai: One huge spider? I don't think so. There's no such thing as huge spiders. It must've been by a bunch of tarantulas or something.
Shinn: I don't know man. I think its a huge spider.
(They continued clearing out the cobwebs and walking. They soon end up out in a part of the forest where no trees were growing and trees just surrounded this area in a big circle. They stopped when They got to got to the middle of the area. They look around when suddenly, they see a huge spider web to the right of them connected to the trees surrounding it. This web was huge! It must've been about 15 or 20 feet in length and about 12 feet in width! I don't know, but it was huge! Shinn and Kudosai dropped their jaws in shock as they stared at the web.)
Shinn: DAMN!!! That web is HUGE!! That's the biggest spider web I've ever seen!
Kudosai: Shit! That web is big! Like it was made by one huge spider!
Shinn: That's exactly what I said a minute ago, man.
Kudosai: Hey. Check it out, man. It looks like the spider caught something before it left.
Shinn: Lets go see what it is.
(Shinn and Kudosai walked up to the spider web. They saw that the thing wrapped in the web was actually a person. And that person happened to be Nuri.)
Kudosai: Holy shit man! That's Nuri, Shinn!
Shinn: That IS her.
Kudosai: Lets get her out.
Shinn: Naw. Let her stay there. She'll be outta my life for good if she gets eaten.
Kudosai: C'mon, Shinn. she's a crazy little bitch, but it wouldn't be right to just leave her. Not while she's in danger, ya?
Shinn:...Alright, but lets make this quick.
(Kudosai and Shinn pull Nuri from the web and carefully lay her on the ground. They removed all of the sticky web from her. They noticed that Nuri looked a little pale.)
Kudosai: Damn! She looks hella pale!
Shinn: Yeah. Is she even alive?
Kudosai: Don't know. Lets check.
(Kudosai checked to see if Nuri still had a pulse. It was still there. It was just a little slower than usual. She was also still breathing, but that was slower too.)
Kudosai: Well, she's still breathing. And she has a pulse, but its slow. I guess she's just unconscious.
Shinn: I guess the spiders poison is just to knock you out. Then it eats you right then and there. But I guess it was just too busy to eat Nuri.
Kudosai: Well, lets grab her and go find the others.
Shinn: I ain't carrying her around! She might as well get her ass up and carry herself around.
Kudosai: How can she carry herself around, Shinn?
Shinn: Her two feet and legs can do that.
Kudosai: Uh, wouldn't that be called walking? I asked you how she was gonna CARRY herself! Keyword: carry!
Shinn: Her two feet! That's how! If you're so worried about her, then carry her yourself!
Kudosai: I can't carry her! She likes YOU the most! YOU carry her!
Shinn: No! You!
Kudosai: No you, ya!
Shinn: Fine! I'll carry her! But if she tries to kiss me or anything...
(Just then, the huge spider appeared from the trees. It was huge! It was twice as tall as Shinn! It slowly sneaked behind Shinn and Kudosai. Shinn was getting ready to pick up Nuri to carry her when Kudosai turned around and seen the big spider.)
Kudosai: Uh, Shinn?
Shinn: What?
(Shinn looked up and saw the spider. He immediately dropped Nuri and took a step back in shock.)
Kudosai: I guess your bullshit huge spider theory is true!
(Kudosai took out his iron blades as Shinn took out his sword. The spider rushes at Kudosai to try and bite him. Kudosai quickly jumps up and lands on top of the spider. The spider starts moving backward to try and get Sai off of it. Shinn rushed the spider and slashed one of it's legs off as Sai jumps off the spider and landing safely on the ground, his back facing the spider. The spider rushes Shinn to try and bite him, but Shinn quickly moves to the right and the spider misses. Kudosai spins around once and slashes one of the spider's legs on the opposite side. The spider attacks Sai but he moves back. Shinn slashes another one of it's legs off. As the spider attacked, Kudosai slashes another leg off. This continued until Shinn and Kudosai finally slashed all of it's legs off. The spider rolled over twice and then stopped moving. Shinn and Kudosai looked at the spider, waiting to see if it would do anything, but it didn't.)
Shinn: Well, I guess that's it then.
Kudosai: That was easy. Too easy, ya?
Shinn: Well, lets go see if we can find anyone else.
(So, Shinn picked up Nuri and they walked on. Meanwhile at another part of the forest, Nuriko kept walking around, trying to find a scent that was familiar to any of the group members.)
Nuriko: Where is everybody? We couldn't that far apart from each other.
(Suddenly, she was able to catch a familiar scent. It was the scent of Siri. She followed the scent which led straight ahead. Then, she caught another familiar scent. It was Lue's scent, which must mean that the two found each other at some point. She kept following the two scents. Then, she caught two more scents, Kurou and Sarou's. So, she continued to follow the scents. Soon, she started hearing familiar voices.)
Sarou: Face it, Kurou. We're lost.
Kurou: We're not lost! The way to Sugartown is that way!
Sarou: No its not! Its this way!
Lue: Actually, I think its straight ahead.
Sarou and Kurou: No its not!
Lue: Yeah it is.
Kurou: No its not!
(Nuriko walks a little further and she soon sees Lue and Siri as well as Josh, and then Kudoso, Kurou, Sarou, and Aka. They notice Nuriko coming their way.)
Josh: Hey Nuriko! What's up!
Nuriko: Hey guys.
Josh: We were just trying to find you.
Lue: Yeah, we all just now got here and we're trying to find out which way Sugartown is.
Nuriko: Oh! Sugartown is just straight ahead.
Lue: Told ya.
Kurou: So!
Siri: Okay, we have to find Shinn and the others.
Josh: We don't know where they are. Nuriko, did you happen to catch anyone else's scent?
Nuriko: Other than animals, no.
Josh: Lets just go to Sugartown.
Siri: Josh! We can't do that! It wouldn't be right to just leave them behind.
Nuriko: Actually, some of them we can leave behind.
Josh: Yeah! Besides, they can probably find their way out of the forest on their own. Plus I'm tired of being in this forest all day.
Nuriko: Its not that bad. At least the trees shade us from the sun.
Josh: Yeah, still I just wanna get there already.
Kurou: Me too. We're wasting time.
Siri: Well we should at least try to find Elaine, Suki, and Shido. None of you hold grudges against them, do you?
Sarou: Not really.
Kurou: No, I guess.
(Speaking of Elaine and Suki, those two were actually close by. The two were walking in the right direction to Sugartown, they just lost the group.)
Elaine: Where is everyone? Its like they all lost the direction.
Suki: They did. Though we're in the right direction. Lets just keep walking.
Elaine: But Suki, we can't just leave everyone behind.
Suki: Actually, some of them we can leave behind.
Elaine: Yeah, maybe, but not everyone. Nuriko is cool. And I don't have anything against her friends. Just Shinn.
Suki: Well if you're so worried about them, then why don't you just use your psychic powers to find them.
Elaine: Oh right! I forgot. Thanks for reminding me, Suki. Hmm...okay, I can try to contact the person who's the closest to us through telepathy. Okay...
(So the two women stop walking and Elaine closes her eyes for a few seconds. Then, Keeping her eyes closed, she starts to speak.)
Elaine: Hello...this is Elaine. Can anyone hear me?
(Soon, Elaine is able to sense Nuriko not too far away.)
Elaine: Nu-Nuriko? M-Miss Nuriko? Can you hear me?
(Nuriko and the others soon started hearing Elaine's voice.)
Elaine: Hello? Miss Nuriko? Can you hear me?
Kurou: Whoa! Did you guys hear that?
Siri: I heard it too. It was Elaine. I think she was talking to you, Nuriko.
Nuriko: Well, am I supposed to just speak back?
Elaine: Miss Nuriko? Is that you?
Nuriko: Th-this is Nuriko. Are you still there Elaine?
Elaine: Yeah. Hey, Miss Nuriko. Are you okay? I'm glad I'm able to contact someone with my powers.
Nuriko: I'm okay. Its me, Kurou, Sarou, Aka, Lue, Siri, Josh, and Kudoso here.
Elaine: That's just about everyone except Shinn and Nuri. And Kudosai too.
Josh: So its just you two around?
Elaine: Yes.
Aka: Hey Elaine, can I ask you something?
Elaine: I guess so.
Aka: Are you a virgin?
Elaine: Um?
(Elaine blushes slightly. She hears a smack, indicating that Nuriko just smacked Aka in the back of the head.)
Nuriko: Don't ask her that! Are you crazy!
Aka: Ow! Nuriko! I didn't mean nothin' by it!
Nuriko: You can't-, do that to our friends!
Aka: Who said I was gonna do that?! I was just askin' her a question!
Nuriko: Aka, I know what you meant. You aren't asking her that for the hell of it.
Elaine: Um...
Nuriko: Its okay Elaine. You don't haveta answer him. So, do ya have any idea where you are?
Elaine: I'm kinda close to you if I'm able to sense you.
Nuriko: Well, try to follow my energy 'til you find us. It shouldn't be too hard if you're at least somewhat close. We'll wait for you.
Elaine: Okay well I'll do that. I'm signing off now.
Nuriko: Well see ya when I see ya!
Elaine: Bye!
(Elaine opens her eyes again, and tries to sense Nuriko's energy.)
Suki: That guys weird.
Elaine: Who?
Suki: The guy that asked you if you were a virgin.
Elaine: Oh. (Blushes slightly) Th-that guy?
Suki: Yeah. I mean, its not like you're gonna let him sleep with you, would you?
Elaine: Well...(Blushes) I am a virgin. It would be, well, kinda, nice to experience that-well I mean, well, I, I, I um, I, I, I would-I...oh man, I'm screwed.
Suki: I mean, jeez!
Elaine: I mean, well, him saying that kinda, um...lets just go. I can sense that Nuriko is to the left of us.
(So, Suki and Elaine walked to the left of them and eventually, they found Nuriko and the gang. Meanwhile, Kudosai and Shinn (with Nuri wrapped in his arms) were walking in the direction to find Nuriko.)
Shinn: So tell me, Kudosai, why are we still going west?
Kudosai: We're trying to find out who's screaming.
Shinn: We already found out who was screaming! Its was Nuri!
Kudosai: And how do you know that?
Shinn: Duh! She was attacked by a spider! What do ya think she would just look at the huge ass spider about to kill her and go: "Oh look a giant spider! how cute!" Of course she would scream! That's all she's good at!
Kudosai: Well damn! I guess you're right, ya?
Shinn: I'm getting tired of carrying her heavy ass around! Lets go back north and go to Sugartown.
Kudosai: But Shinn, we can't do that! What if the others are in trouble? We can't just leave them behind.
Shinn: Actually, some of them we can leave behind. Alot of them.
Kudosai: Yeah but not everyone. Lets just go.
Shinn: Fine, but YOU can carry Nuri now.
Kudosai: Naw! She's your woman.
Shinn: SHES NOT MY WOMAN!!! How many times do I haveta tell you!
Pimp: Dang! Shinn, you're loud as hell!
(They noticed Pimp standing in front of them.)
Shinn: Pimp! Where the hell were you?! Where are the others?
Pimp: I was still walking. And how the hell should I know where the others are!
Kudosai: Well at least we found you.
Shinn: Good! Lets go now!
Kudosai: No not yet! Just at least until we find Siri.
Shinn: What is it with you and that girl! Why are you so worried about that strict-ass, sake confiscating, priestess bitch!
Kudosai: Well because she's the reason why we're going to Sugartown. Why else are we going.
Shinn: To find the keeper of the light. And because you just want some of those expensive-ass sugar cookies!
Kudosai: Well, they are good, but that's not the real reason why.
Shinn: Yeah it is.
Kudosai: No its not!
Pimp: Hey! Instead of fighting, why don't you just fuckin' go! Just go look for Siri!
Shinn: Don't you tell me what the fuck to do! Ya little shit!
Kudosai: Alright you guys! Lets just go, ya? Jeez!
Shinn: Fine but YOU carry Nuri!
Kudosai: No!
(So the three got ready to go, when suddenly, Kudoso appears right in front of them. Kudosai takes a step back in shock.)
Kudosai: Kudoso?
Kudoso: Hey brother.
Kudosai: Look at you! You're...dressed in all black and shit! She changed you!
Kudoso: Brother, I'm a vampire now. Things will change and Nuriko-
Kudosai: I don't care if you like it or not! I don't like it!
Shinn: Will you guys just shut up and go already! Shit!
(Then, Nuriko and Siri appeared behind Kudoso.)
Siri: Hey, Kudoso. You found them.
Nuriko: Good. Now lets go.
(The rest of the group came around, including Elaine and Suki.)
Suki: Not surprised. You could hear them arguing all the 20 miles away.
Josh: Good. we found them.
Shinn: (sarcastically) Great. We're one big happy family again. (angrily) Now lets go!
Elaine: Ohmigosh! Shinn, what happened to Nuri?
Shinn: Don't worry about it! She just got bitten by a spider that's all!
Elaine: A spider!? Is she dead?!
Shinn: She's fine! She's not dead! She's very much alive! Lets just go!
Siri: Okay, well it looks like everyone's all here.
Shinn: Lets go!
Nuriko: Okay then!
(Now that the gang has been reunited, the gang moves on in the right direction to Sugartown. They soon leave the forest and entered nice, green fields. They already knew that it wouldn't be much longer before they would arrive because they seen all kinds of statues of cookies and lollipops all around from far away. At this point, there was no way a person could miss Sugartown, obviously by the statues. Anyway, the group was close, but they still had about a mile or so of these green, grassy fields before they would arrive. So on they walked.)
Siri: We're almost there.
Kudosai: Yeah. It'll be fun. They have lots of neat things to do there.
Siri: That's pretty cool.
Nuriko: I really don't know exactly why we're going there anyways. A nice, "kid-friendly" place like that wouldn't have any demons around.
Josh: You're right. So Kudos, -sai, why are we going there. There aren't any demons there. Demons don't like sweets.
Kudosai: Well, uh-
Siri: Maybe because at dark and corrupted places, there aren't many innocent, pure hearted people there. So they might want to go here there are innocent, un-corrupted people and corrupt them. Right?
Kudosai: (Being surprised on the count of him not really having a good reason and never thought of that reason. He agrees with Siri) Uh, Yeah that's why. Ya took the words right outta my mouth, ya Siri?
Josh: That's a good point, Siri, even though I was asking Kudosai.
Shinn: (Thinking) Damn! Why the hell hasn't Nuri waken up yet! She's heavy as hell!
Elaine: We're almost there! Are you excited Suki?
Suki: (Dully) Yeah. I guess.
(So, the group kept walking. Soon, it was late afternoon, and the group reached two statue lollipops that had all kinds of colors on them, and a sign on top going across the two statues that read... Welcome to Sugartown.)

Leave Me Alone!!!
(The woman walks up by the table where Shinn was to go to the restroom. As she passed, she gave Shinn an evil look. Shinn looks at her and her green eyes that glowed even in the light. Shinn looked at her with a confused look on his face.)
Shinn: (Thinking in mind) Hmm...she looks familiar. She looks like that one girl...that one girl I fought earlier.
Nuriko: Something wrong, Shinn?
Shinn: No!
Nuriko: If you're gonna give me dirty looks like that, I can kick you out.
Shinn: I wasn't looking at you!
Nuriko: Yeah you were!
Shinn: No! There was this one girl who went to the bathroom, she looked at me weird!
Nuriko: Yeah, whatever.
Siri: Hey guys settle down! Now Shinn, don't look at Nuriko like that. Lets just finish eating.
Shinn: You know, if there's one thing I hate, besides all of you, its being blamed for something I didn't do!
Siri: Shinn, just let it go.
Shinn: No! I can't!
Nuriko: Siri, can I just kill him now?
Siri: No, Nuriko. Not now.
(Just then, the woman came out of the bathroom. Shinn immediately gets out of his seat and points to the woman. Everyone turns around to the woman.)
Shinn: That's the woman!
Woman: What? I don't know what you're talking about, sir.
Nuri: (Scared) That's Hitomi! She's Hitomi!
Elaine: She IS Hitomi!
Shinn: Hitomi? Who the hell is she?
Hitomi: It sounds as though I don't need to introduce myself to you guys.
Nuriko: Hey! Are you trying to start trouble? If you are, you gonna haveta leave!
Hitomi: Its okay, miss. I just wanna have a word with Nuri and Shinn.
Shinn: What the hell do ya want with me?!
Nuriko: You guys can do whatever, outside.
Hitomi: Very well. We'll go outside.
Nuri: I don't wanna go!
Nuriko: Nuri, just go.
(So, Nuri, Shinn, and Hitomi walked outside.)
Shinn: Okay, I've had enough of this! Who are you and why do you look so much like that Yam-su girl!
Hitomi: I'm Hitomi!
Nuri: Her name is really Xuyen. She's acting like a totally different person. At night, she's-
Shinn: Hmm, so that's why she reminded me of that girl...that beat me up earlier.
Nuri: She beat you?
Hitomi: I am NOT Xuyen! I'm Hitomi! I have been sent here to kill you and take Nuri back to Saketown.
Nuri: Xuyen! Why are you doing this?
Hitomi: I'm NOT Xuyen! I told you!
Shinn: Okay. I've had enough of this!
(Shinn takes out his sword. Hitomi looked at him and grinned.)
Nuri: Wait! You can't fight her, Shinn! She'll kill you!
Shinn: I don't care!
(Shinn rushes Hitomi and tries to slash her with his sword. However, Hitomi suddenly disappears. Shinn looks around.)
Shinn: Where the hell did she go?
(Hitomi just then re-appeared from behind Shinn and kicked him in the back. Nuri runs to him and tries to help him up.)
Nuri: Hitomi, please stop this!
Hitomi: No! I'm gonna kill him.
Nuri: You can't! Why do you want to kill him?
Hitomi: Well lets just say a friend of mine wants him dead.
Nuri: But why?
(Shinn got back up. Back inside the restaurant, Elaine watches in fear as looks at the three through the window.)
Elaine: Do you think they're okay?
Nuriko: I don't know and really don't care.
Suki: Same here.
Nuriko: You don't care either? That's cool.
Elaine: Someone should go help them. I guess it'll be me.
Siri: Hmm...I'll go help too.
Kudosai: Why not. C'mon, Kudoso.
Nuriko: Well, if Siri's going...
Pimp: ...Fuck it.
(Everyone gets up and goes outside and except for Suki. Nuriko walks back in to try to encourage Suki to come out.)
Nuriko: C'mon! Join us!
Suki: I don't care about them, remember?
Nuriko: Yeah, but it'll be fun.
Suki: ...I guess. Elaine's gonna fuck around and get herself killed.
(Suki and Nuriko went outside. Everyone stood behind Shinn and Nuri while Hitomi stood at the opposite end a few feet in front of them.)
Hitomi: Oh! So you've all decided to jump in, eh?
Elaine: We'll fight if we have to.
Nuriko: Well what do ya mean "we" ? ...Just kidding.
(Sum walks out to the front door.)
Sum: NURIKO! BE CAREFUL!
Nuriko: I will Sum. Don't worry.
Kudosai: So...who's fighting first?
Shinn: Stand back guys. I'll take care of her.
Elaine: You can't take her on your own! You'll lose!
Shinn: No I won't!
(Shinn jumps forward and tries to slash Hitomi. However, she moves to the side and then pushes him. He fell face down on the ground.)
Kudosai: Shinn's stubbornness is gonna get him killed, ya?
(Kudosai leaps up high and lands a few feet from Hitomi. He quickly took out his iron blades and slashes at her, She quickly lifted her arm to block the attack. The part of her clothing where his blade touched ripped to reveal to reveal that she was wearing a special armor that protected her arm. Kudosai pulled away and then she punched him on the face. He moved back a few feet.)
Kudosai: Damn! She's good!
(By now, Shinn had got up and was about 20 feet away form Hitomi. He quickly formed a psychic energy ball and threw it at her. Unfortunately, She jumped up high in the air and the ball went straight toward Nuri and the others. They quickly moved out of the way while Hitomi landed on the roof of Nuriko's restaurant. The ball went zooming across the town and went all the way out to the forest, where there it exploded.)
Suki: Dammit, Shinn! Did you really think that was gonna work!
Shinn: Yes actually.
Elaine: You could've gotten someone killed! Not to mention you destroyed a lot of trees! Could've used those trees to make paper, or for firewood.
Shinn: Never mind that. Where the hell did she go?
Nuriko: She's on the roof.
(They turned to Nuriko's restaurant and seen Hitomi on the roof.)
Shinn: Hey you! Come down here and face me! What are ya scared!
Hitomi: Scared of you? Never. Not in a million years.
Kudosai: Lets try this again!
(Kudosai jumps on the roof in front of Hitomi and tries to slash her. She quickly jumps away and lands safely on the ground in front of Shinn. Shinn quickly threw a punch at Hitomi. She dodges and quickly kicks him in the gut and he falls to the ground. Nuriko changes into vampire form and rushes Hitomi. She quickly kicked her in the gut. Hitomi moves back a few feet. Sum was watching from the front door, cheering Nuriko on. "GO NURIKO!" Sum shouted. Nuriko then punched her in the face and swiftly waved her hand, making Hitomi move back a few feet and fall on the ground.)
Sum: ALL RIGHT, NURIKO! YEAH!
Elaine: She's good. Nuriko is a vampire isn't she?
Nuri: She is.
Shinn: (Finally gets back up) Heh...I could've done that too...If I felt like it...
Nuriko: Right...
(Hitomi gets back up.)
Hitomi: Hmm... you're good.
Kudosai: LIGHTNING BLAST!!!
(Kudosai, from the roof of Nuriko's restaurant, launched a lightning blast at Hitomi. It hit her right in the chest and she fell to the ground.)
Kudosai: Heh! I hit her too, ya?
Nuriko: Heh! I hit her first!
Kudosai: Oh yeah? Well mine was stronger!
Nuriko: Mine was stronGEST!
Kudosai: Aw screw you!
(Hitomi gets back up when Shinn suddenly kicked her on the back. She takes a few steps and turns to Shinn. She then tries to punch him, but he moves back a few feet. Nuriko quickly punched her in the gut. Hitomi jumps back a few feet and then smiles all of a sudden.)
Nuriko: why are you smiling?
Hitomi: You're pretty good...vampire girl...but...can you do...this...
(Hitomi laughs evilly and then suddenly disappears. No one sees her anywhere.)
Nuriko: Do what? Where did she go? Come back here woman! Anyone see her?
Shinn: Nope.
Elaine: I don't sense her anywhere.
Kudosai: She must've ran home! Yeah! We were too strong for her!
Siri: I wonder why she attacked us anyway. Nuri, do you know that girl?
Nuri: Well...kinda-sorta.
Siri: What do you mean by "Kinda-sorta"?
Nuri: Well...she's this girl I met from Saketown. I don't know much about her. Like sometimes she's really nice but the sometimes she's real mean. She's goes by different names all the time..I don't know
Siri: Weird. Well, she's gone now, but I don't think we've seen the last of her...

(Somewhere at the battlefield where the duel of Nuriko and Shinn was held, Hitomi re-appeared alone.)
Hitomi: Xuyen, what the hell were you thinking! I would've beat them if you didn't interfere like that!
Xuyen: Well I couldn't help it! I had to see Nuri once more...
Hitomi: First of all...its nighttime. That means it my turn to take over this body. Sec-
Xuyen: So what! This body isn't yours to begin with! This body is mine!
Hitomi: Not for now!
** Xuyen and Hitomi, well their spirits, are trapped in the same body. So when they are speaking to each other, in this particular scene, its like Hitomi is talking to herself. You'll find out more about these two, like how the hell they became like this later in the series. **
Xuyen: Its MY body, Hitomi!
(Hitomi smacks Xuyen. Which is like smacking herself.)
Hitomi: You stupid girl! I was about to kill Shinn for you, but you keep screwing things up! I'm not gonna help you anymore! You take care of this yourself!
Xuyen: Wait! You're not going back to Saketown, are you?
Hitomi: I'm not going back to Saketown...yet. I'll stay until the night after next. Then I'm leaving. So you better be done with this by then.
(Hitomi takes over the body and jumps high in the air. Meanwhile, back at Hometown, everyone met up at the quad area to discuss where they were going to go next for Siri's quest.)
Kudosai: Okay, I say we go north to Sugartown. There might be demons there.
Nuriko: Demons in Sugartown? I don't think so! We should go south to Spicetown. There are demons there.
Elaine: Why don't we go back to Saketown?
Siri: There aren't any demons there. Besides if the demons I'm looking for were there, I would have found them by now.
Kudosai: Okay, so its either Sugartown or Spicetown. Hey Shinn. Which one do you wanna go to?
Shinn: Wherever. Lets just get this over with. Before I die of boredom or somethin'
Kudosai: Jeeez! Okay fine then, ya?
Nuri: Well I don't know any of those towns, but Sugartown sounds sweet.
Pimp: Sweets...or spicy stuff...
Shido: I say we head to Spicetown. The demons could most likely be there.
Kudosai: Okay, ya? That's two for Sugartown and two for Spicetown. Where does everyone else wanna go?
Elaine: Sugartown!
Kudosai: Three for sweets...Siri, Where do you really wanna go?
Siri: I really can't decide.
Kudosai: C'mon, choose Sugartown. Sweets! Everybody likes sweets!
Siri: Not everyone does.
Kudosai: Okay, not everyone. But c'mon. Most people like them.
Siri: I don't know.
Kurou: Aka, Sarou and I will haveta agree on Spicetown.
Kudosai: Damn! Now its five to three! C'mon people! Sweets! Ya know ya like 'em! So! I know you're gonna take sides with me, right?
Kudoso: I don't know.
Kudosai: What do ya mean you don't know!
Nuriko: Maybe he want to be on MY side.
Kudosai: You wish!
Siri: Okay, why don't we just flip a coin or something. I can see that this is gonna turning into another argument.
Kudosai: Hmm...sounds good.
Nuriko: Only because you were losing.
Kudosai: That had nothing ta do with this, ya?
Siri: Okay, who's got a coin?
Elaine: I do.
(Elaine gives Siri the coin.)
Siri: Okay, Heads will be Sugartown, Tails will be Spicetown.
(Siri flips the coin. She catches it , and opens her hand to reveal that the coin landed on...heads.)
Siri: Its heads.
Kudosai: All right! We're goin' to Sugartown!
Nuriko: Siri, that couldn't be fair!
Siri: Sorry, Nuriko.
Kudosai: We're goin' to Sugartown! Yeah!
Nuri: Hey Kudosai! Do they have lots of good, sweet stuff there?
Kudosai: The town is called Sugartown. What do ya think.
Nuri: Cool!
Siri: So, when do you guys wanna leave?
Kudosai: How 'bout tomorrow morning
Nuriko: Morning...I don't like the morning.
Kudosai: Don't worry. We'll be in forest most of the time. The sunlight can't get to ya.
Siri: We'll meet you here at the quad tomorrow. Oh, and Shinn, You're staying with Nuriko.
Shinn: WHAT!? WHY!?
Siri: So you don't run away again. I don't trust you.
Shinn: Fuck that! I ain't stayin' with her!
Siri: Yeah you are.
Shinn: No I'm not!
Siri: Yes you are.
Shinn: No I'm NOT!!
(Minutes later, everyone went home. Nuriko and her gang as well as Shinn went to the restaurant and closed it down.)
Nuriko: Sum, I'm leaving you in charge of the restaurant while I'm gone. Kay?
Sum: (Kinda disappointed) Okay, Nuriko-san.
Nuriko: What's wrong?
Sum: Well its just that I wanted to join you on one of your adventures. I wanted to see what it was really like to be a warrior. I wanted my life to be a little more interesting. I wanna learn how to protect myself for once. And maybe one day, I can return the favor and maybe, be able to save you and not the other way around.
Nuriko: Sum, your life is interesting. Being a warrior isn't everything. There are down-sides to being one. You risk your life every second when you go out on adventures and what not. You haveta train really hard. Too hard. And you get hurt a lot too. Besides, You're saving me by watching the restaurant. <touches his cheek> Hey, how 'bout I teach you how to fight when I get back, kay?
Sum: You mean it?
Nuriko: Yeah sure.
Sum: Domo, Nuriko-san! (Thanks)
Nuriko: Doittashimashite. (You're Welcome)
Kurou: Hey, Nuriko! Better hurry! Your shows almost on!
Nuriko: Okay! I'll be there in a minute, bandit boy!
(Nuriko walks up to Shinn, who is by the front door.)
Nuriko: You're staying here in the restaurant until morning.
Shinn: HA! You can't make me!
Nuriko: Uh, yeah I can actually. You see, I've got a barrier put up outside. If you go even an inch past the front door, It'll electrocute you. And it'll hurt a lot.
Shinn: Okay, than where do I sleep at?
Nuriko: On the floor. Where else?
Shinn: Aren't you gonna give me a futon or somethin'?
Nuriko: Nope.
Shinn: That's fucked up!
Nuriko: No it isn't. Not for you anyway.
Shinn: Yeah it is!
(Nuriko walks back to Sum. She takes out a necklace with a cross with shiny sapphire color designs that seemed to glow.)
Nuriko: Hey. I wanted to give you this necklace. Its a special necklace that we can communicate with. No matter how far apart we are. I gave Takea one of these, but he never uses it.
Sum: Arle wa! (WOW!) Thanks so much, Nuriko-san!
Nuriko: You're welcome. Now lets go. My shows gonna come on.
Sum: Okay.
(So, Nuriko turns off the lights and walks in the hall leading to the secret room.)
Nuriko: G'night, Shinn.
Shinn: Yeah good night! Whatever, ya little...
(Shinn lays down on the floor as Nuriko closes the door to the secret room.)
Shinn: Stupid bitch! Thinks she can keep me here! I oughta...
(Shinn falls asleep. Soon after, morning arrived. Nuri was walking in town. There were quite a few people stirring around in the town but not many. Nuri walked to the quad area. She had seen Xuyen sitting down at one of the tables. Xuyen notices her and gets up and walks up to her.)
Xuyen: Hey Nuri.
Nuri: Why are you here?
Xuyen: Why, I came to see you, Nuri.
Nuri: Why, why are you hurting my friends?
Xuyen: Nuri, I'm not-
Nuri: Why do you..,.act like a different person at night? I don't know who you are anymore. Who are you! Xuyen, or Hitomi?
Xuyen: Xuyen. You know I'm Xuyen. Hitomi is gone. Or...did she come after you guys again last night?
Nuri: No. It was you. YOU came after us last night.
Xuyen: Nuri, I love you. Aishimasu itsumo! Aishiteru! Wo ai ne! Mehal Keta Aloha! Te amo! And stuff like that! I wanna be with you. I love you and this is true. And I can say it in more languages than you can count too.
Nuri: Xuyen, I'm sorry. Very sorry. Sorry indeed. But we cannot be together. I still...love Shinn. And I wanna be with him.
Xuyen: Forget him! He doesn't even like you! He can't stand you! He wants you gone!
Nuri: I know that and that's okay. 'Cause I know that deep down inside he loves me. And we're destined to be together.
(Tears began to run down Xuyen's face. She gets down on her knees and looks up at Nuri.)
Xuyen: Nuri... please...If you didn't have feelings for me, why did we make love that day? Was it all for lust?
Nuri: Xuyen, you were coming on to me. I was...it just happened so fast. It wasn't supposed to end up that way.
Xuyen: Why did you tell me that you loved me?
Nuri: I-I didn't mean it in that way...Xuyen I just met you!-
Xuyen: Nuri, I love you...Ai..a...shi...ma...su...itsu...mo...Mehal keta! Mehal keta! Me...hal...ke..ta...
Nuri: I know...that you love me...
(Xuyen stands up and holds Nuri's hand.)
Xuyen: I just...hate being lonely...
Nuri: Xuyen, we can still be friends. We can be good friends. If you want, You can join us on our adventure. I'm sure Siri won't mind.
Xuyen:...No, I can't join you. I've...I've gotta go.
Nuri: I guess I'll see you around.
(And Xuyen walks off. Soon, the rest of the gang had arrived. Sum walked Nuriko to the quad.)
Sum: How long are you gonna be gone?
Nuriko: Don't know. It'll probably be a while.
Sum: Well, goodbye, Nuriko-san. Take care of yourself.
Nuriko: Likewise. See ya later.
Kurou: Take care, Sum.
Aka: See ya.
Sum: Bye guys!
(Sum goes back to the restaurant.)
Kudosai: All right! Lets go!
(And so, Everyone went off. They ended up following Kudosai to a huge concrete gate with doors with two guards guarding the doors.)
Guard 1: WOAH WOAH WOAH! What are all of you up to?
Kudosai: We have business in the northern parts.
Guard 2: Oh yeah? Well you're not goin' anywhere past this point without the password!
Kudosai: The password. Ah yes, the password! The password is...move the fuck outta our way before we kick your asses!
Shinn: Kudosai, stop playin'! I'm not in the mood to fight these wimpy guards.
Guard 1: Wow! He actually got it right! Every word.
Nuriko: THAT was the password?
Kudosai: Yes actually.
Siri: You're kidding right?
Kudosai: Nope. Not kidding, ya?
Guard 2: Oh yeah? Well there's another password! What is it?
Kudosai: Hmm...-
Guard 2: You don't know! Oh well I guess you can't enter then if you don't know the second password!
Kudosai: Shut up you idiots! I'm tryin' ta think, ya? Now lets see...its...Ramen noodles!
Guard 1: He got that one right too.
Siri: Are you serious?
Nuriko: Some password. two dumb guards alright.
Guard 1: Hey! Don't call us dumb! We work very hard at what we do!
Guard 2: Just let 'em in!
(The guards opened the doors and let them walk in. All of the shops and stuff looked nicer and much more expensive. The people walking around obviously had to be more richer than the other townspeople. The group passed through all of this.)
Elaine: Wow! Everything looks so nice here!
Nuri: Wow!
Siri: Look at this! We're like one big gang here!
Kudosai: I know! No one can stop us, ya!
Kurou: They've got some nice stuff.
Nuriko: Don't even think about takin' anything, bandit boy.
Kurou: Aw c'mon, Nuriko. You know me.
Nuriko: Oh I know YOU alright.
Kurou: I could steal ya somethin' you want.
Nuriko: I don't think so.
(So the gang walked on until there was another set of doors the same as the first. There were two guards that opened the doors for them. They exited out of the town and onto a field, which led to a forest.)
Kudosai: So, Siri, do ya have any idea on what these demons look like?
Siri: Well...they change their disguises every once in a while. So I don't really know. The last time I saw them, They were disguised as bishonen.
Kudosai: Great. That helps. There are lots of Bishonen around. We'll never find them. Okay, did they have a scar or a strange symbol or something?
Siri: Well, One of them did have a darkness symbol on their forehead. In fact, I think all three of them had it.
Kudosai: Darkness symbols on their foreheads. Okay, that gives us something to go on. Okay, I heard that this forest is pretty long and sometimes hard to get out of. We should all stay together.
Shinn: Whatever. I'll go where I want.
Kudosai: Stop being so stubborn, Shinn.
Shinn: I ain't stubborn!
Kudosai: Yeah you are!
Shinn: No I'm not! <sigh> I need a drink.
(So on they walked. They walked. They soon left the fields and went into the forest. The forest seemed dark and evil. All kinds of creatures crawling and climbing all over the trees. As they went deep into the forest, it soon started getting misty and foggy and very hard to see. Shinn was in the front of everyone else. It was pretty tough to get around due to the fog. To Shinn, the sounds of the footsteps of everyone started getting fainter. Then, he didn't hear any footsteps besides his own. He just ignored it and continued walking.)
Shinn: Yo Kudosai, you're so quiet all of a sudden. Kudosai?
(Shinn turns to find that Kudosai isn't there. Nor anyone else.)
Shinn: Yo Siri! Kudosai! Where are ya!
(There is no response.)
Shinn: Pimp! Shido! Are ya anywhere around!
(There is still no response.)
Shinn:...Nuri! Nuriko! Are ya here!
(Again, no response.)
Shinn: Great. I lost them. Oh well. I guess I'll just continue to walk.
(Shinn continued to walk. Suddenly, he hears a scream from the left of him. He stopped.)
Shinn: Who was that screaming? Might be someone from our gang. Maybe I should go check it out.
(He starts walking left to where he heard the scream. So far, he didn't see anything strange around. It was still foggy and kinda hard to get around. He continues walking for several minutes until suddenly, he sees a pair of green eyes several feet in front of him. The eyes seemed to be rushing at him and he soon saw the red, scaly-like head and body that the eyes were connected to. Thinking quickly, He spun around once while taking out his sword and jammed it straight into the monster's chest. He removed it and the monster fell to the ground.)
Shinn: What the hell was that thing? Never mind that. Gotta go find out who's screaming.
(So he walked on. Nothing strange or anything went on for a few minutes as he walked on. He continued walking for another minute before stopping to look around. He still didn't see anything strange, so he continued walking. Suddenly, he heard a voice that was somewhat similar to Kudosai's.)
Voice: Yo Shinn!
(Shinn turned to the right of him where the voice was coming from. He didn't see anyone.)
Shinn: Yo Kudosai! Is that you?
(Shinn then heard footsteps and such as if someone was coming. Then, Kudosai appeared walking up to Shinn.)
Shinn: Hey.
Kudosai: Hey. You seen anyone yet. Siri? Nuriko?
Shinn: No. I heard someone screaming though earlier.
Kudosai: I heard it too. I hope it wasn't Siri.
Shinn: Nah! She's alright. She'd probably slap the shit outta whoever tried to come after her.
Kudosai: Yeah. She's a feisty woman. I kinda like that.
Shinn: What are you saying?!
Kudosai: I'm not sayin' nothin', ya?
Shinn: You're strange. Lets just go see if we can find anyone.
(So, Shinn and Kudosai walked on. They still don't see anything strange. They walked on for several minutes. Soon, they started seeing white, silky-like threads, resembling spider web threads, all across the trees in front of them, getting in their way. The two cleared the threads from their path and continued to walk.)
Shinn: Damn! What the hell is up with the cobwebs?
Kudosai: Spiders are all over the place here, Shinn.
Shinn: Yeah, but this many cobwebs in one area? That's pretty weird. Plus these cobs webs are big and thick. As if one huge spider did this.
Kudosai: One huge spider? I don't think so. There's no such thing as huge spiders. It must've been by a bunch of tarantulas or something.
Shinn: I don't know man. I think its a huge spider.
(They continued clearing out the cobwebs and walking. They soon end up out in a part of the forest where no trees were growing and trees just surrounded this area in a big circle. They stopped when They got to got to the middle of the area. They look around when suddenly, they see a huge spider web to the right of them connected to the trees surrounding it. This web was huge! It must've been about 15 or 20 feet in length and about 12 feet in width! I don't know, but it was huge! Shinn and Kudosai dropped their jaws in shock as they stared at the web.)
Shinn: DAMN!!! That web is HUGE!! That's the biggest spider web I've ever seen!
Kudosai: Shit! That web is big! Like it was made by one huge spider!
Shinn: That's exactly what I said a minute ago, man.
Kudosai: Hey. Check it out, man. It looks like the spider caught something before it left.
Shinn: Lets go see what it is.
(Shinn and Kudosai walked up to the spider web. They saw that the thing wrapped in the web was actually a person. And that person happened to be Nuri.)
Kudosai: Holy shit man! That's Nuri, Shinn!
Shinn: That IS her.
Kudosai: Lets get her out.
Shinn: Naw. Let her stay there. She'll be outta my life for good if she gets eaten.
Kudosai: C'mon, Shinn. she's a crazy little bitch, but it wouldn't be right to just leave her. Not while she's in danger, ya?
Shinn:...Alright, but lets make this quick.
(Kudosai and Shinn pull Nuri from the web and carefully lay her on the ground. They removed all of the sticky web from her. They noticed that Nuri looked a little pale.)
Kudosai: Damn! She looks hella pale!
Shinn: Yeah. Is she even alive?
Kudosai: Don't know. Lets check.
(Kudosai checked to see if Nuri still had a pulse. It was still there. It was just a little slower than usual. She was also still breathing, but that was slower too.)
Kudosai: Well, she's still breathing. And she has a pulse, but its slow. I guess she's just unconscious.
Shinn: I guess the spiders poison is just to knock you out. Then it eats you right then and there. But I guess it was just too busy to eat Nuri.
Kudosai: Well, lets grab her and go find the others.
Shinn: I ain't carrying her around! She might as well get her ass up and carry herself around.
Kudosai: How can she carry herself around, Shinn?
Shinn: Her two feet and legs can do that.
Kudosai: Uh, wouldn't that be called walking? I asked you how she was gonna CARRY herself! Keyword: carry!
Shinn: Her two feet! That's how! If you're so worried about her, then carry her yourself!
Kudosai: I can't carry her! She likes YOU the most! YOU carry her!
Shinn: No! You!
Kudosai: No you, ya!
Shinn: Fine! I'll carry her! But if she tries to kiss me or anything...
(Just then, the huge spider appeared from the trees. It was huge! It was twice as tall as Shinn! It slowly sneaked behind Shinn and Kudosai. Shinn was getting ready to pick up Nuri to carry her when Kudosai turned around and seen the big spider.)
Kudosai: Uh, Shinn?
Shinn: What?
(Shinn looked up and saw the spider. He immediately dropped Nuri and took a step back in shock.)
Kudosai: I guess your bullshit huge spider theory is true!
(Kudosai took out his iron blades as Shinn took out his sword. The spider rushes at Kudosai to try and bite him. Kudosai quickly jumps up and lands on top of the spider. The spider starts moving backward to try and get Sai off of it. Shinn rushed the spider and slashed one of it's legs off as Sai jumps off the spider and landing safely on the ground, his back facing the spider. The spider rushes Shinn to try and bite him, but Shinn quickly moves to the right and the spider misses. Kudosai spins around once and slashes one of the spider's legs on the opposite side. The spider attacks Sai but he moves back. Shinn slashes another one of it's legs off. As the spider attacked, Kudosai slashes another leg off. This continued until Shinn and Kudosai finally slashed all of it's legs off. The spider rolled over twice and then stopped moving. Shinn and Kudosai looked at the spider, waiting to see if it would do anything, but it didn't.)
Shinn: Well, I guess that's it then.
Kudosai: That was easy. Too easy, ya?
Shinn: Well, lets go see if we can find anyone else.
(So, Shinn picked up Nuri and they walked on. Meanwhile at another part of the forest, Nuriko kept walking around, trying to find a scent that was familiar to any of the group members.)
Nuriko: Where is everybody? We couldn't that far apart from each other.
(Suddenly, she was able to catch a familiar scent. It was the scent of Siri. She followed the scent which led straight ahead. Then, she caught another familiar scent. It was Lue's scent, which must mean that the two found each other at some point. She kept following the two scents. Then, she caught two more scents, Kurou and Sarou's. So, she continued to follow the scents. Soon, she started hearing familiar voices.)
Sarou: Face it, Kurou. We're lost.
Kurou: We're not lost! The way to Sugartown is that way!
Sarou: No its not! Its this way!
Lue: Actually, I think its straight ahead.
Sarou and Kurou: No its not!
Lue: Yeah it is.
Kurou: No its not!
(Nuriko walks a little further and she soon sees Lue and Siri as well as Josh, and then Kudoso, Kurou, Sarou, and Aka. They notice Nuriko coming their way.)
Josh: Hey Nuriko! What's up!
Nuriko: Hey guys.
Josh: We were just trying to find you.
Lue: Yeah, we all just now got here and we're trying to find out which way Sugartown is.
Nuriko: Oh! Sugartown is just straight ahead.
Lue: Told ya.
Kurou: So!
Siri: Okay, we have to find Shinn and the others.
Josh: We don't know where they are. Nuriko, did you happen to catch anyone else's scent?
Nuriko: Other than animals, no.
Josh: Lets just go to Sugartown.
Siri: Josh! We can't do that! It wouldn't be right to just leave them behind.
Nuriko: Actually, some of them we can leave behind.
Josh: Yeah! Besides, they can probably find their way out of the forest on their own. Plus I'm tired of being in this forest all day.
Nuriko: Its not that bad. At least the trees shade us from the sun.
Josh: Yeah, still I just wanna get there already.
Kurou: Me too. We're wasting time.
Siri: Well we should at least try to find Elaine, Suki, and Shido. None of you hold grudges against them, do you?
Sarou: Not really.
Kurou: No, I guess.
(Speaking of Elaine and Suki, those two were actually close by. The two were walking in the right direction to Sugartown, they just lost the group.)
Elaine: Where is everyone? Its like they all lost the direction.
Suki: They did. Though we're in the right direction. Lets just keep walking.
Elaine: But Suki, we can't just leave everyone behind.
Suki: Actually, some of them we can leave behind.
Elaine: Yeah, maybe, but not everyone. Nuriko is cool. And I don't have anything against her friends. Just Shinn.
Suki: Well if you're so worried about them, then why don't you just use your psychic powers to find them.
Elaine: Oh right! I forgot. Thanks for reminding me, Suki. Hmm...okay, I can try to contact the person who's the closest to us through telepathy. Okay...
(So the two women stop walking and Elaine closes her eyes for a few seconds. Then, Keeping her eyes closed, she starts to speak.)
Elaine: Hello...this is Elaine. Can anyone hear me?
(Soon, Elaine is able to sense Nuriko not too far away.)
Elaine: Nu-Nuriko? M-Miss Nuriko? Can you hear me?
(Nuriko and the others soon started hearing Elaine's voice.)
Elaine: Hello? Miss Nuriko? Can you hear me?
Kurou: Whoa! Did you guys hear that?
Siri: I heard it too. It was Elaine. I think she was talking to you, Nuriko.
Nuriko: Well, am I supposed to just speak back?
Elaine: Miss Nuriko? Is that you?
Nuriko: Th-this is Nuriko. Are you still there Elaine?
Elaine: Yeah. Hey, Miss Nuriko. Are you okay? I'm glad I'm able to contact someone with my powers.
Nuriko: I'm okay. Its me, Kurou, Sarou, Aka, Lue, Siri, Josh, and Kudoso here.
Elaine: That's just about everyone except Shinn and Nuri. And Kudosai too.
Josh: So its just you two around?
Elaine: Yes.
Aka: Hey Elaine, can I ask you something?
Elaine: I guess so.
Aka: Are you a virgin?
Elaine: Um?
(Elaine blushes slightly. She hears a smack, indicating that Nuriko just smacked Aka in the back of the head.)
Nuriko: Don't ask her that! Are you crazy!
Aka: Ow! Nuriko! I didn't mean nothin' by it!
Nuriko: You can't-, do that to our friends!
Aka: Who said I was gonna do that?! I was just askin' her a question!
Nuriko: Aka, I know what you meant. You aren't asking her that for the hell of it.
Elaine: Um...
Nuriko: Its okay Elaine. You don't haveta answer him. So, do ya have any idea where you are?
Elaine: I'm kinda close to you if I'm able to sense you.
Nuriko: Well, try to follow my energy 'til you find us. It shouldn't be too hard if you're at least somewhat close. We'll wait for you.
Elaine: Okay well I'll do that. I'm signing off now.
Nuriko: Well see ya when I see ya!
Elaine: Bye!
(Elaine opens her eyes again, and tries to sense Nuriko's energy.)
Suki: That guys weird.
Elaine: Who?
Suki: The guy that asked you if you were a virgin.
Elaine: Oh. (Blushes slightly) Th-that guy?
Suki: Yeah. I mean, its not like you're gonna let him sleep with you, would you?
Elaine: Well...(Blushes) I am a virgin. It would be, well, kinda, nice to experience that-well I mean, well, I, I, I um, I, I, I would-I...oh man, I'm screwed.
Suki: I mean, jeez!
Elaine: I mean, well, him saying that kinda, um...lets just go. I can sense that Nuriko is to the left of us.
(So, Suki and Elaine walked to the left of them and eventually, they found Nuriko and the gang. Meanwhile, Kudosai and Shinn (with Nuri wrapped in his arms) were walking in the direction to find Nuriko.)
Shinn: So tell me, Kudosai, why are we still going west?
Kudosai: We're trying to find out who's screaming.
Shinn: We already found out who was screaming! Its was Nuri!
Kudosai: And how do you know that?
Shinn: Duh! She was attacked by a spider! What do ya think she would just look at the huge ass spider about to kill her and go: "Oh look a giant spider! how cute!" Of course she would scream! That's all she's good at!
Kudosai: Well damn! I guess you're right, ya?
Shinn: I'm getting tired of carrying her heavy ass around! Lets go back north and go to Sugartown.
Kudosai: But Shinn, we can't do that! What if the others are in trouble? We can't just leave them behind.
Shinn: Actually, some of them we can leave behind. Alot of them.
Kudosai: Yeah but not everyone. Lets just go.
Shinn: Fine, but YOU can carry Nuri now.
Kudosai: Naw! She's your woman.
Shinn: SHES NOT MY WOMAN!!! How many times do I haveta tell you!
Pimp: Dang! Shinn, you're loud as hell!
(They noticed Pimp standing in front of them.)
Shinn: Pimp! Where the hell were you?! Where are the others?
Pimp: I was still walking. And how the hell should I know where the others are!
Kudosai: Well at least we found you.
Shinn: Good! Lets go now!
Kudosai: No not yet! Just at least until we find Siri.
Shinn: What is it with you and that girl! Why are you so worried about that strict-ass, sake confiscating, priestess bitch!
Kudosai: Well because she's the reason why we're going to Sugartown. Why else are we going.
Shinn: To find the keeper of the light. And because you just want some of those expensive-ass sugar cookies!
Kudosai: Well, they are good, but that's not the real reason why.
Shinn: Yeah it is.
Kudosai: No its not!
Pimp: Hey! Instead of fighting, why don't you just fuckin' go! Just go look for Siri!
Shinn: Don't you tell me what the fuck to do! Ya little shit!
Kudosai: Alright you guys! Lets just go, ya? Jeez!
Shinn: Fine but YOU carry Nuri!
Kudosai: No!
(So the three got ready to go, when suddenly, Kudoso appears right in front of them. Kudosai takes a step back in shock.)
Kudosai: Kudoso?
Kudoso: Hey brother.
Kudosai: Look at you! You're...dressed in all black and shit! She changed you!
Kudoso: Brother, I'm a vampire now. Things will change and Nuriko-
Kudosai: I don't care if you like it or not! I don't like it!
Shinn: Will you guys just shut up and go already! Shit!
(Then, Nuriko and Siri appeared behind Kudoso.)
Siri: Hey, Kudoso. You found them.
Nuriko: Good. Now lets go.
(The rest of the group came around, including Elaine and Suki.)
Suki: Not surprised. You could hear them arguing all the 20 miles away.
Josh: Good. we found them.
Shinn: (sarcastically) Great. We're one big happy family again. (angrily) Now lets go!
Elaine: Ohmigosh! Shinn, what happened to Nuri?
Shinn: Don't worry about it! She just got bitten by a spider that's all!
Elaine: A spider!? Is she dead?!
Shinn: She's fine! She's not dead! She's very much alive! Lets just go!
Siri: Okay, well it looks like everyone's all here.
Shinn: Lets go!
Nuriko: Okay then!
(Now that the gang has been reunited, the gang moves on in the right direction to Sugartown. They soon leave the forest and entered nice, green fields. They already knew that it wouldn't be much longer before they would arrive because they seen all kinds of statues of cookies and lollipops all around from far away. At this point, there was no way a person could miss Sugartown, obviously by the statues. Anyway, the group was close, but they still had about a mile or so of these green, grassy fields before they would arrive. So on they walked.)
Siri: We're almost there.
Kudosai: Yeah. It'll be fun. They have lots of neat things to do there.
Siri: That's pretty cool.
Nuriko: I really don't know exactly why we're going there anyways. A nice, "kid-friendly" place like that wouldn't have any demons around.
Josh: You're right. So Kudos, -sai, why are we going there. There aren't any demons there. Demons don't like sweets.
Kudosai: Well, uh-
Siri: Maybe because at dark and corrupted places, there aren't many innocent, pure hearted people there. So they might want to go here there are innocent, un-corrupted people and corrupt them. Right?
Kudosai: (Being surprised on the count of him not really having a good reason and never thought of that reason. He agrees with Siri) Uh, Yeah that's why. Ya took the words right outta my mouth, ya Siri?
Josh: That's a good point, Siri, even though I was asking Kudosai.
Shinn: (Thinking) Damn! Why the hell hasn't Nuri waken up yet! She's heavy as hell!
Elaine: We're almost there! Are you excited Suki?
Suki: (Dully) Yeah. I guess.
(So, the group kept walking. Soon, it was late afternoon, and the group reached two statue lollipops that had all kinds of colors on them, and a sign on top going across the two statues that read... Welcome to Sugartown.)
