Nobody Calls Me Baby!




Nuriko: Lue whats wrong? What happened?

Lue: I...I think I've found the treasure.

Siri: You have?

Lue: Yeah...I think so. When I touched it...I felt a negative, demonic energy all around me.

(Nuriko picks up the treasure and she also feels a negative, demonic energy surging all around and inside her. The treasure started glowing in a light purple color like before. And the treasure started glowing in the moonlight.)

Nuriko: Yeah. Thats the treasure alright.

(Nuriko gives the treasure to Siri. When Siri holds the treasure, she too feels the negative energy that Nuriko and Lue felt.)

Siri: This must be it.

Josh: Okay, since we have the treasure, what do we do now?

Siri: We'll haveta wait here with the children until morning.

Josh: Why do we haveta stay here?

Siri: Well we can't leave the children here all alone like this.

Josh: Well we can't stay here all night! There’s nothing to do.

Siri: Well you'll haveta find something to do here.

Lue: Why don't each of us take turns on watching the children.

Siri: Sounds good. We'll flip a coin.

(So, the four flipped a coin to see who would watch the children first, second, and so on. They agreed to watch them for an hour. Siri wrapped the treasure in a cloth, tied it tightly, and put it in her small backpack that she was carrying before they flipped the coin. The result came out to Lue being the first to watch the children. The second one would be Nuriko, the third one was Josh, and Siri was the last. So, Siri and Josh went back to the hotel. Nuriko decided to hang out with Lue for a bit. They both sit down on two of the chairs by one of the display windows, looking outside.)

Nuriko: ...What do you think we should do now? ...About the treasure?

Lue: Don't know. We can do one of two things: continue to go after the demons, or, we can wait around until the demons find us. Unless we can find out exactly what they're planning on doing with the treasure and try to stop them.

Nuriko: Well, they won't do anything too bad now that we have the treasure.

Lue: Yeah.

(So, the two just hung out. They both started to talk about other things, like how Shinn is such a jerk, how annoying Nuri is, and so on. They both decided to go around the store and try some of the different candies. Soon, it was Nuriko's turn to watch over the children. Lue decided to stay with Nuriko on the count of her staying with him during his turn. So the night went on and the gang ended up having their turn to watch. Dawn had finally arrived. The store owners and some of their workers were seen walking to their stores to start opening. Within hours, the children were safely returned to their homes. The four went back to the hotel and went to sleep. The rest of the party stayed asleep on the count of them staying up all night. And so, time wore on. It wasn't until 2 in the afternoon when the party started to wake up. Meanwhile, in the most deepest darkest recesses of hell, the demon that Siri and the others slayed, walked inside a room that was supposed to be some kind of meeting place. Inside the room stood two bishonen-looking men (obviously demons in human form),awaiting the demon's arrival.)

*NOTE: Nikushimi is the name of the demon that Siri killed. Demon 1: Kashikoi, Demon 2: Kurai*

Demon 1: Nikushimi, you have embarrassed us with your horrible performance! How could you lose to a couple of mere mortals!

Nukushimi: Shut up, Kashikoi! I just let my guard down! Thats all.

Kashikoi: Don't even get me started on how that drunk of a bounty hunter found you.

Nikushimi: Hey! That was no ordinary drunkard bounty hunter! He was apparently hiding alot of skill in order to find me.

Kurai: You've underestimated them. They may be mere mortals, but the worst thing you can do is underestimate them.

Nukushimi: Okay, so I underestimated them. You don't think our lord will be angry, would he?

Kurai: Hes VERY angry with you. It doesn't look good for you. He will be arriving shortly.

(Just then, orange and red flames the color of fire appeared all around in the room and surrounded the three demons. Suddenly, another bishonen-looking guy with black hair that had absolutely no shine and wearing something similar to an grim reaper outfit, appeared out of nowhere in front of the three demons. The three demons bowed down before the guy, who was none other than Lucifer himself in human form.)

Nikushimi: My lord! P-please forgive me for losing sight of the last treasure. It seems as though I underestimated the humans.

Lucifer: Your performance has sickened me, demon Nikushimi. You've failed in every task since you've been assigned to this mission.

Nikushimi: Yes my lord. But, if you can find it in you to let me continue with this mission, my performance will be better, your highness. I assure you.

Lucifer: I have given you far too many chances, demon Nikushimi. You no longer have any purpose here in my domain.

Nikushimi: PLEASE MY LORD!! PLEASE RECONSIDER!

Lucifer: ...It is time for your end.

(Suddenly, flames the same color as when Lucifer entered the room, shot up all over Nikushimi. Nikushimi yelled and roared as he was engulfed in the flames. In seconds, the burning demon's roars and yells turned to faint cries. Seconds after that, the flames cleared, and there was nothing left of Nikushimi. Not even any ashes.)

Lucifer: Let this be a lesson for you. You two will suffer the same fate if you fail this mission.

(The two demons bowed down to Lucifer once again.)

Kurai: Yes, my lord.

Lucifer: There is only one treasure left to gather. The holy girl, Isiriana has it now. You must take it from her, and see to it that she knows nothing of our plan.

Kashikoi: Yes, my lord.

Lucifer: Very well. DON'T screw this up!

Kurai: Yes, your highness.

(And with that, flames surrounded the walls of the dark room, and Lucifer disappeared. In the meantime, the party sat at the main cafeteria of the Sugartown hotel eating lunch. (Technically to them, it was breakfast.) Siri, Josh, Nuriko, and Lue sat next to each other so that they could discuss what they should do next. Kudosai and Shinn sat across from them so that they would know what was the plan from here on out.)

Siri: Well...I'm sure Gabriel will send me some new information about what to do next soon. We really don't know exactly what this treasure is being used for. Something sinister I'll bet. One thing is for sure, the other two demons will be after us soon.

Nuriko: Do you think Gabriel knows what they plan to do?

Siri: I don't know.

Kudosai: Hey who is Gabriel anyway?

Siri: A fallen angel.

Kudosai: Whoa. Is he really an angel from heaven?

Siri: Yeah.

Kudosai: Thats pretty cool.

Siri: Not really. Its not too good to be an angel cast out of heaven.

Kudosai: Whoa. He got kicked out heaven, ya?

Siri: Yes.

Shinn: Yeah yeah thats cool. Just decide on where we're gonna go next for Gods sake.

Siri: Hey now Shinn! You better watch it! We're still trying to figure things out.

Kudosai: Well I say we go back to hometown for a while. Just until we figure out what we're gonna do. As long as we have that treasure, its not good to stay in one place for too long. We gotta keep moving.

Siri: Yeah you're right. I guess we could do that. Should we leave right away or go at night?

Kudosai: I say nighttime.

Shinn: Yeah. Nighttime would be better.

Nuriko: Nighttime is good.

Siri: So far, everyone agrees.

(Elaine finishes her meal and puts her plate in the middle of the table when Aka helps her with her plate.)

Elaine: Thanks.

Aka: No problem.

Suki: So tell me: why are you treating Elaine so nice?

Aka: I just wanna do something nice. There’s nothing wrong with that, is there?

Suki: No, I guess not. Just wondering.

Elaine: Suki, they just wanna be nice.

Suki: Guess so...

Aka: Hey, I can be nice to you too if ya want.

Kudosai: Alright. Does everyone agree to leave Sugartown tonight?

(Everyone agrees.)

Siri: Kay well, I guess we're going back to Hometown.

(In about 20 minutes after that, the party finished their meals and went out around the town. They all were to meet up at around 8 to have dinner, and they would be getting ready to leave at around 11. Shinn just decided to walk around to find something to occupy his attention. Nuri starts to follow him.)

Nuri: Shi-chan, where are you going?

Shinn: Away from you.

Nuri: But I wanna spend time with you, Shinn.

Shinn: Heh well I DON'T want you to spend time with me.

Nuri: Hey! Lets go get some "romantic candies" to share.

Shinn: (mimicking Nuri's voice) Hey! Lets NOT.

Nuri: C'mon Shinn! You never wanna spend time with me.

Shinn: Gee, I wonder why. Maybe because you're SO FUCKIN' ANNOYING!!

Nuri: Shinn, I'm not annoying. I just love you. Thats all.

Shinn: Well stop loving me. Its getting annoying.

Nuri: Thats not something you can do overnight, Shinn.

Shinn: Well then get as far away from me as possible.

Nuri: Come on, Shi-chan.

(Shinn and Nuri went to the quad area and Shinn sat down at a table with only one chair. Nuri just got a chair from another table and sat next to Shinn.)

Shinn: <sigh> why won't you just leave me alone.

Nuri: No! I wanna be with you! I love you, Shi-chan.

Shinn: Didn't I tell you not to call me "Shi-chan" back in the first episode?

Nuri: Yeah, But that was like ten episodes ago. This is now, Shinn. Oh, I just wanna kiss you.

Shinn: Yeah, well you're not gonna kiss me even in your dreams.

Nuri: C'mon Shinn. There must be something that you like about me.

Shinn: Yeah. I like it when you're not bothering me.

Nuri: Shinn, thats not fair.

Shinn: Heh., Well, life’s not fair.

Nuri: Fine. Hey Shinn, about the keeper of the light. Why do you wanna find her so much?

Shinn: You don't know? You're late. Because she has the power to grant one wish to the one who finds her.

Nuri: When do you think you'll find her? And what is it that you want to wish for?

Shinn: I'll find her when I get away from all of you. And the answer to your second question is none of your damn business.

Nuri: C'mon Shinn. This isn't gonna work if you don't open up to me.

Shinn: Heh. Well I'd rather it not work.

Nuri: Oh, come on Shinn! This isn’t fair.

(Kudosai and Kudoso walked up to Shinn and Nuri.)

Kudosai: Ya havin' girl trouble Shinn?

Shinn: Go ta hell Kudosai!

Kudoso: Thats not a nice thing to say.

Shinn: Well so what!

Nuri: Shinn, you're so mean.

Shinn: I don't care!

Kudosai: Damn Shinn. I was just playin' around. No need to get all serious.

Shinn: Well play with yourselves 'cause I don't want anything to do with it!

(Shinn gets up and walks away from the group. Nuri doesn't follow him this time. Instead, she sighs and puts her head down on the table.)

Nuri: Hes so mean. Why is he so mean? Hes never nice to anyone.

Kudosai: Well, there’s really nothing you can do. Hes been this way for a long time. About fourteen years.

Nuri: <lifts her head up> Fourteen years? How can anyone be so mean for that long?

Kudosai: Don't know. But thats just the way he is now.

Kudoso: Maybe he just hates people...they can be..."annoying" sometimes.

Kudosai: Hey! What the hell is that supposed to mean! Are you callin' me annoying!

Kudoso: (Somewhat nervously) No I wasn't brother. I was just talking.

Nuri: How can I make Shinn like me? How can I find a way to his heart?

Kudosai: I don't know. How the hell should I know! I guess the first thing you need to do is stop being so annoying.

Nuri: Am I really annoying?

Kudosai: Yes. You are.

Nuri: Well, How do I stop being annoying.

Kudosai: Well...first off, don't bother him so much. Angry people like Shinn don't like to be bothered.

Nuri: But...I like talking to Shinn.

Kudosai: Yeah, well you talk too much. Next thing, don't come onto him like you're some kind of horny slut.

Nuri: Wha-! I'm not a horny slut!

Kudosai: Well, you're comin' onto him like one. Shinn runs in to horny sluts and concubines all the time. Especially the annoying ones. You haveta come at him in a more "sophisticated" kind of way. You know, play hard to get. That way he'll want you more.

Nuri: Do I really seem like a whore to him?

Kudosai: Probably. Okay, next off, don't EVER mention marriage. ESPECIALLY to Shinn. The last thing he wants is a commitment like that. Be Patient. Give it some time. I don't see why some women are in such a rush ta get married anyways.

Nuri: Okay, anything else?

Kudosai: Yeah there was, but I forgot all the rest. But yeah. Follow my instructions, and you might be fine.

(Kudosai and So leave Nuri alone to herself and they walked off. Nuri put her head down on the table again. She soon started thinking about Shinn, and how he rejected her. She soon started to feel a familiar ache in her heart. It felt like an empty space inside her. An empty space that only Shinn could seem to fill. She sighed a sigh of sadness and desperation. Then, she soon started to think about Xuyen and some of the things she said to her.)

Xuyen: Nuri:...I love you...Aiashiteru itsumo...

Nuri: Xuyen...

Xuyen: I just...hate being lonely.

(Nuri soon started thinking about all of the events thats happened since the first episode. She was thinking about what she should do next do next. Soon enough, she starts hearing the voice of Siri calling her name. Nuri lifted her head and up and opened her eyes to find that the the sky was black and all the lights of Sugartown were on bright. She turns to the side to see Siri standing next to her.)

Siri: Heh You have a good nap?

Nuri: <moans> Its nighttime? Oh...what time is it?

Siri: Its almost dinner time. 7:55 is the time.

Nuri: <moans> Oh man...

Siri: Are you okay?

Nuri: Yeah I'm fine. Have you seen Shinn?

Siri: I seen him earlier. Hes walking around all pissed off and stuff. The usual.

Nuri: Hey Siri?

Siri: Yeah?

Nuri: Do I see like a whore? I mean...do seem sluty when I come onta him? Shinn I mean...

Siri: I don't think slutty would be the right word. But, you do come onto him way too much. I think you should calm down a little and don't try to seduce him so much. Anyway, we gotta go back to the hotel now. Dinners gonna start.

Nuri: <Sniffs> Kay.

(So, it was now 8:00. And the dinner began. The party ate their share and they were ready to gather their things to get ready to leave town. Nuriko had gotten all of her belongings packed up and was heading out the main lobby. when suddenly, she starts hearing the voice of Sum coming from one of her necklaces.)

Sum: I-wonder if this actually works? Um...hello? Nuriko-san? Can you hear me? ...Nuriko-san?

(Nuriko was now able to hear Sum clearly and then she decided to answer him back.)

Nuriko: Hey. This is Nuriko. Is that you Sum?

Sum: Yes. This is Sum. Hello, Nuriko-san.

Nuriko: Whats up, Sum. Glad to see that necklace I gave you works.

Sum: Yeah it does. Its great! I love wearing it. But anyway, whats goin' on? Are you okay?

Nuriko: I'm fine. We've made progress on our mission. How 'bout you? Is the restaurant okay?

Sum: Yeah! The restaurants fine.

Nuriko: Thats good.

Sum: Well...when do you think you'll be heading home?

Nuriko: We're actually getting ready to go back home.

Sum: Oh really?! Thats good! Thats real good! I was starting to miss you.

Nuriko: Yeah well have everything ready.

Sum: Yeah. we'll have everything for your return.

Nuriko: Make sure you have lots of blood prepared and reedy to drink! Hehe just kidding. <3 But yeah. We'll be there soon.

Sum: Kay! Bye bye, Nuriko-san!

Nuriko: Bye!

(Both Nuriko and Sum gave each other a grin as they went to their destinations. Nuriko ended up being the first person ready. Siri soon followed. Lue and Josh came next followed by Kudosai, So, Pimp, and Shido. They were at the main lobby.)

Pimp: Man...I think I ate too much...

Kudosai: I told you ya shouldn't have eaten all that candy an' shit! But do you kids listen? No! They just go on and eat a bunch of candy! Heh. I remember doin' that too. Damn! I sound like my mom now. Shit! Never thought that would happen. Oh well.

Pimp: ...Aw crap! Anyone got any medicine? This stomach-ache hurts like a bi-

Siri: Hey don't you dare say that word!

Pimp: Yeah well it hurts!

Siri: Sorry, but thats your consequence for eating so much candy.

Pimp: Consequences...I hate consequences!

Kudosai: Ya think Shinn'll show up?

Siri: He might. He’ll probably will, considering that there’s no alcohol here. He'll go nuts.

Kudosai: If ya ask me, I think hes already gone crazy, ya?

(Just then, Kurou, Sarou, Aka, and Kudoso arrived at the lobby.)

Kurou: Hey Nuriko! Whats up!

Nuriko: Hey.

Kudosai: All right. Elaine, Suki, and Shinn are the only ones missing, ya?

Nuriko: Pretty much.

Kudosai: Well what the hell is takin' them so long?

Nuriko: Don't ask me. I don't know.

(In the girls' bathroom, on the first floor where the main lobby was, Suki and Elaine were standing by one of the doors that led to the actual toilets. Sniffs, snorts, and somewhat loud whines were from someone crying echoed in the room.)

Suki: Nuri, will you stop crying! Its not gonna do anything to just sit there and cry!

Elaine: Suki! Quit being so cold! Nuri needs our help.

Suki: I don't see why we even help this girl out all the time. Shes hopeless. She needs to get a life and stop being so obsessed with that drunken, perverted jerk!

Nuri: <sniff> Hes...not that bad. I-I mean...

Elaine: I'm sorry to say this, but Suki is right. You need to move on. Maybe...you and Shinn were just not meant to be.

Nuri: <sniff> But...<sniff> you said that...eventually, me and Shinn would..<sniff> end up being together one day.

Elaine: ...Yeah. I did say that. But...I also said that...you two will have obstacles that you'll have too face. Those obstacles...might be too difficult to face.

Nuri: But...<sniff>

(Nuri starts crying again.)

Suki: Come on and wrap it up, Nuri! We have to meet the others.

Elaine: Yeah. We have to go now. You can cry more when we get back to Hometown. We'll go to my house, I'll make some tea, and we'll talk everything over. Kay?

Nuri: ...Okay.<sniff> I guess so...

(Nuri finally opens the door and walks out of the stall. Elaine grabs some tissue and gives them to Nuri. Nuri starts cleaning herself up and within minutes, the trio left the bathroom and went to the main lobby where the rest of the party was waiting.)

Kudosai: Well, there they are. Shinn is the only one missing now.

Suki: Well then lets just leave.

Kudosai: Nah. He'll be here in a minute.

Suki: Yeah, and exactly how long is a minute to you?

Kudosai: About sixty seconds.

Suki: Heh. Its funny, when you say a minute its usually longer.

Kudosai: Are ya tryin' ta say I don't know exactly how long a minute is?!

Suki: Pretty much.

Kudosai: Well, for your information, I do know how long a minute is! I'm not stupid, ya?

Suki: I can't tell.

(Just then, the main entrance doors of the hotel flew open. Shinn walked inside the hotel with his usual mean, annoyed look on his face as he walked up to the rest of the party.)

Siri: Hey Shinn. Late as usual.

Shinn: Well, better late than never. Now lets just go. I wanna get outta here.

Kudosai: We should probably go around the forest this time. Just so something like last time doesn't happen again.

Siri: Wouldn't that take longer?

Kudosai: It probably would.

Shinn: Lets just go the same way. I don't think another huge-ass spider is gonna bother us.

Kudosai: Well, things usually get worse at night.

Shinn: Well, we got Nuriko and her friends to get us around the darkness. They know how to navigate in the dark.

Nuriko: Yeah but who said we were gonna help you?

Shinn: Well fine! You don't have to help me then! I can get there myself!

Kudosai: Well, what do you guys think? Should we go around the forest, or go through it?

Nuriko: Lets just go through it. there can't be anything else thats scary.

Kudosai: We'll buy a light or something so that we'll be able to see out there, ya?

Siri; Sounds go, but I have no more money.

Kudosai: Well, I ain't got any money.

Siri: Nuriko? Do you have any?

Nuriko: Not with me. I only brought enough to stay at the hotel.

Kurou: I could probably steal a light for you guys if ya want.

Nuriko: You're not gonna steal anything, Bandit boy.

Kurou: Well, why not if we really need it.

Nuriko: Elaine, you guys wouldn't happen to have any money left, would you?

Elaine: Sorry, but I don't.

Kudosai: Great. we're all broke. This doesn't sound good.

(They all turned to Shinn and stare at him.)

Shinn: Don't look at me! I ain't buyin' jack shit! You guys would be better off becoming prostitutes or somethin'!

Siri: Shinn, we only need a little so we can get one lousy light.

Shinn: ...Alright but lets hurry up with this!

Siri: Okay, lets go buy a light.

(So the party left the hotel and went to the nearest shop where they sold all types of lights, candles, torches, etc. They just bought two simple torches and they lit them up. The party would have to take turns holding one of the torches. Shinn and Kudosai ended up being the first to carry the torches. They ended up leaving a bit earlier. At around 10:30PM. Didn't take them that long. the party ended up going through the forest like before. This time, the fog didn't appear, and there weren't any huge spiders that came and bothered them. There were creatures that jumped out occasionally, but most of them were trying to avoid the lights as much as possible. By the time midnight rolled around, they were deep into the forest. They still had quite a bit of ways to go before they would get home. So, the party continued walking.)

Elaine: Nuri? Are you okay?

Nuri: ...I'm fine...

Elaine: Maybe we should stop for a minute. Could we?

Siri: Sorry, but we have to keep moving. If we stop, we won't be able to get to Hometown by morning.

Nuriko: Just let her be, Elaine. I'm sure she'll be alright.

Shinn: Yeah, as long as shes quiet and isn't buggin' the hell outta me, then its cool.

Nuriko: No one asked for your opinion, Shinn.

Shinn: Well ya got it anyway!

Kudosai: Shinn, just be quiet, ya?

Shinn: You shut up! Don't talk to ME that way!

Kudosai: I'll talk to you however the hell I want!

Shinn: No you won't! Unless you feel like gettin' smacked!

Siri: GUYS! Calm down! Its not that big of a deal.

Pimp: Hey you guys. I gotta go to the bathroom real quick.

Shinn: Why didn't you go when we were at the hotel?

Pimp: I did! I just gotta go again!

Shinn: Well we don't have any time to stop! So you're shit outta luck!

Pimp: But I gotta go!

Shinn: <sigh> Alright boy! Make it quick! and try ta go as far away as you can from here!

Elaine: Well looks like we get the short break that we needed. Your feet are probably exhausted.

Nuri: Yeah. They are. They're swollen and dry and-

Suki: Yeah thats a bit too much information.

Elaine: We're not used to walking such long distances.

Nuri: We should've got horses.

Elaine: Yeah but we out of money. We could use a good foot massage right now.

Nuri: Yeah that would be nice.

Aka: Well perhaps I could be of some assistance for you Elaine.

Elaine: Heh <blushes> Well aren't you sweet.

Nuriko: <to Aka> Ahem.

Aka: What?! I'm just trying to help out. They are pretty tired, Nuriko.

Nuriko: Yeah but I know your intentions. And if I find that shes grown fangs or has any craving for human blood or any violent reaction to sunlight, I know who to blame.

Aka: <gasp> Why Nuriko! I would do no such thing to Elaine!

Shinn: God would you guys shut up! You're giving me a headache. And Pimp hurry the hell up!

(Pimp went his way and was able to handle his business and Elaine and Nuri got the break they needed. Soon, the party was able to move on. The break didn't delay them that much. So, time wore on, and the party got closer and closer to home. They ended up singing songs the Shinn did not want to hear to lift their weary spirits. Soon, the black color of the night, and the bright-white stars soon faded to shades of dark-blue. And the shades of dark-blue faded to shades of blue then light-blue, and so on, and the rising sun started to shine. Dawn had arrived. The party came out of the forest and into Hometown. At Nuriko's restaurant, Sum and the rest of the employees had everything prepared for Nuriko's arrival. They just received word that Nuriko and the gang were back in town. Sum and the other employees quickly made the final preparations for the arrival.)

Sum: Okay. That seems to be everything.

Waiter 1: Nuriko is here! She is coming!

Sum: Alright! Everyone knows where to hide right?

Waiter 1: Yeah.

Sum: Okay. Everyone get to your hiding spots.

(Everyone quickly got to their assigned hiding spots, waiting for the arriving vampire and her friends to walk in. Within a minute later, the door to the restaurant slides open regularly and Nuriko and the gang walk inside. The restaurant seemed dark and empty to them.)

Nuriko: Hmm...Well thats weird. We usually open at around this time. Siri, could you turn on the lights?

Siri: Sure.

(Siri goes to turn on the lights. As soon as the lights came on, Sum and the other employees jumped out of their hiding spots shouting "SUPRIZE!!!" Nuriko smiled as her employees rushed to greet her. They had a banner that read "Welcome back Nuriko!" hung up and they had plenty of foods already prepared and ready to eat.)

Sum: Hey, Nuriko-san! So glad to have you back!

Nuriko: Good to see you, Sum.

Sum: Yeah. We decided to Surprise you.

Nuriko: Well this is nice.

Sum: Heh. Thanks

Kudosai: Well, lets just eat.

(So, everyone got ready and within minutes, they started eating. after the meal and a little bit of hanging out, the gang went their separate ways. Kudosai and Shinn went to the old bulletin board to check the latest bounty heads that were at large.)

Shinn: Great. This whole list is filled with small fries. The highest bounty in here is only 30,000.

Kudosai: Not too many criminals on the loose lately.

Shinn: Heh. well, I'm goin' for Chim-po. The shop lifter.

Kudosai: Hey! I'm goin after him.

Shinn: Well how 'bout this: who ever catches him first, gets him.

Kudosai: Fine by me, ya?

Shinn: Hmm...hes a small fry. And small fries aren't too bright. Heh. He might be dumb enough to try and steal something right where I'm lookin'.

(Fortunately, Shinn was correct. There was a man who just stole some things from a market and tried to run off. Shinn ran quickly to catch up to the guy. He constantly bumped into innocent bystanders as he tried to catch up. when the two were almost out of the town, Shinn gets close enough to the shoplifter and he tackles him to the ground.)

Shinn: Heh. That was too easy. You're no good at shoplifting, Chim-po.

Chim-po: Get the hell off me!

Shinn: You're not too bright either. Thats why you're only worth 30,000. Ya worthless bastard!

(Shinn gets off of Chim-po and takes out some rope to tie him up. Kudosai comes up to him running as Shinn is tying Chim-po up.)

Kudosai: Damn! You got to him before me.

Shinn: No shit! You're too slow!

Kudosai: I may be slow, but at least I'm not rude.

Shinn: Yes the hell you are!

Kudosai: No I'm not!

Chim-po: Will you guys just shut the hell up an' turn me in already! Sheesh! I hate you damn bounty hunters!

(Shinn punches Chim-po on his chest.)

Shinn: You'd better shut the fuck up, small fry! You're in no position to talk!

Chim-po: <catches breath> I'll talk whenever I want, bitch!

(Shinn punches Chim-po hard in the face, rendering him unconscious. Then, he picks him up and starts heading to the Shogun's headquarters.)

Kudosai: Yo, I'll catch ya later, Shinn.

Shinn: Alright. Just make sure Nuri or anyone else doesn't follow me.

(Actually, Shinn didn't have to worry much about Nuri following him. Nuri went with Elaine and Suki to Elaine's house. They started talking about Shinn not liking Nuri.)

Nuri: I don't know...I love Shinn so much. I don't know what to do.

Suki: Just move on. They're plenty of guys who are willing to put up with you.

Nuri: True, but I only love Shinn. None of those other guys bothered to save me when I was in trouble.

Elaine: Some would if they had the chance.

Nuri: Maybe, but Shinn was the first.

Suki: You know what, you're hopeless. We should just leave you.

Elaine: Suki! Don't say things like that!

Suki: Well there’s no use in getting anything through that thick head of hers.

Elaine: But Suki...

Nuri: Shes right...I do have a thick head.

Elaine: No you don't. Its just a little hard. thats all.

Nuri: Do you think it should be softer?

Elaine: Well No ones soft headed Nuri.

Suki: This is getting ridiculous. I'm leaving.

Elaine: Suki-

Suki: I just need some time alone.

Nuri: Suki, I'm sorry...

(Suki gets up and leaves.)

Elaine: ...Its not your fault, Nuri. She just gets like that sometimes. Annoyed and angry at the world.

Nuri: ...Should we try to help her?

Elaine: No! Its best if we just leave her alone.

Nuri: ...Sorry, Elaine...

(A little while later, Siri walks into Nuriko's restaurant. She notices Kurou standing over by the bathrooms. She walks up to him.)

Siri: Hey Kurou. Have you seen Nuriko?

Kurou: Yeah. Shes out back teaching Sum how to fight. Just go out that door by the kitchen.

(Siri went out of the door by the kitchen and it led to a backyard. the grass was green as it can be and trees surrounded the yard and secluded it from the rest of the town. Nuriko and Sum seemed to be sword fighting when Siri walks out there. Sum was putting up a pretty good fight. Nuriko noticed that Siri was there. She stopped the fight and quickly ran up to Siri and hugged her.)

Nuriko: Hey Siri! Whats up?

Siri: Just dropped by to see what you were doing.

Nuriko: Well thats cool. I'm trying to teach Sum how to fight. Hes doing pretty good right now. Hes a fast learner.

Siri: Well thats good.

Nuriko: So...you decide what we're gonna do with the treasure?

Siri: I don't know yet. But we can't stay her for long.

Nuriko: Demons will be coming after us soon...

(Sum runs up to Siri and Nuriko.)

Sum: Nuriko-san! I seem to be getting the hang of it.

Nuriko: Thats good. You seem to be doing well on your own.

Sum: Thanks, Nuriko-san.

Nuriko: <to Siri> You told everyone to meet here for dinner right?

Siri: Everyone except Shinn of course.

Nuriko: I don't know whats up with that guy. I don't think hes ever happy with anything.

Siri: Yeah...there’s not much we can do about it though.

(So time passed on. At around sundown, Siri decided to pay a visit to Shinn's house to tell him about the dinner meeting. She knocks on the door and for a while, there is no answer.)

Siri: Guess hes still out in town...

Shinn: Actually I'm not.

(Siri turned around to see Shinn a little over a yard behind her.)

Siri: Whoa! Shinn you surprised me!

Shinn: Of course I did. How the hell did you find out where my house is?

Siri: Nuri told me.

Shinn: Should've known. I should move.

Siri: Anyway, we're gonna have a dinner meeting to discuss what we're gonna do next.

Shinn: Really. Hmm...very nice. well, have fun. I'll just stay here.

Siri: You're coming too, Shinn.

Shinn: Oh really? Thats kinda funny 'cause I remember saying to you just now that I was gonna stay here at my house.

Siri: You have to come, Shinn.

Shinn: You can't make me come with you.

Siri: (takes out a full bottle of sake) Look what I got.

Shinn: Its Sake. So what?

Siri: Come with us and its all yours. And I won't smack you when you drink it either.

Shinn: ...

(Meanwhile, Nuri came back to her house to get ready for the dinner meeting. Of course, she was thinking of Shinn the whole time she was getting ready. As she was spraying some of her perfume, she started to stare at her dresser. She remembered that she got some love potions from Elaine. She thought about using them tonight.)

Nuri: Well maybe...maybe those potions are my last resort. It sounds...evil though. Would I be bad if I do it? Would I be wrong for using them?

Nuri opens the top drawer of her dresser and she takes out the three potions that Elaine gave her back in Episode 3.)

Nuri: Deep down, I know this is wrong...and bad...but...maybe its the only way. Maybe...this is the way Shinn and I were meant to be together.

(Nuri finally makes the decision. She takes the small beakers of potions and puts them in her backpack. She then puts the backpack on as she heads to the front door of her house. She stops to look around.)

Nuri: Yeah...maybe this is the only way.

(Suddenly, there is a knock on the door. Nuri opens the door and sees Elaine and Suki.)

Nuri: Elaine! Suki! What a surprise! I was just heading out the door.

Suki: Yeah well, you're all set right?

Nuri: Yeah, I'm ready.

Elaine: Lets go.

(So, the ladies went off to town to Nuriko’s restaurant. Meanwhile at the restaurant, Sum cleaned off the big party table while Nuriko got other things ready.)

Sum: Nuriko-san. You think I did good in training today?

Nuriko: Yeah. You were awesome. But I'm gonna make it alot tougher tomorrow so you'd better be ready. When I think you're ready, I might teach you a little bit of dark magic. But only a little bit though. alot can be very dangerous.

Sum: Yes, Nuriko-san. I'll be ready.

Nuriko: Kay. We're gonna have to move very fast and its not gonna be easy. I'm probably gonna haveta go outta town again soon. So yeah, I wanna teach you as much as I can before I leave.

Sum: I understand, Nuriko-san.

Nuriko: Hey and don't worry. It'll be hard, but not impossible. You're already a good fighter. This'll make you better. heh I can't believe it. I've actually become a teacher of this stuff.

Sum: Well, you're a great teacher.

Nuriko: And you're a good student. Okay well, take the rest of the night off. I've over-worked you. Go home and rest for tomorrow.

Sum: Really? But what about your dinner meeting?

Nuriko: I'll have someone else take care of it. But right now, I want you to get some rest. You'll need it.

Sum: well...thank you, Nuriko-san.

Nuriko: Hey, you deserve it. Go on home.

Sum: Okay, see you tomorrow.

(Nuriko got someone else to fill in and Sum went to his house. To him, it felt weird going back there because he hadn't been to his house ever since he volunteered to work for Nuriko. He got to his house and went inside. He had his girlfriend cremated and he had her ashes in a wooden box that had very detailed looking flowers carved into the wood. And a pink cloth that was inside to hold the actual ashes showed on the outside. The box was set on a table in front of a wax candle in the middle of two framed pictures. He walked up to the table and kneeled down to his knees. He almost got teary-eyed by the fact that she was no longer with him.)

Sum: ...Oh Natsuko. I wish you were still here...this house...feels so lonely now...so empty...

(Sum stares at the box holding Natsuko's ashes before giving the box a soft kiss.)

Sum: But you're in a better place now. I'm glad that you're in heaven, having all the happiness you always wanted. You're probably smiling down on me from the heavens.

(Sum stands up and walks to his room. He felt more depressed than hungry or anything. He changed out of his clothes into his undergarments and got into his futon.)

Sum: Goodness. I'm starting to sound like Nuri or someone...I kinda would rather keep working at Nuriko-san's restaurant. It feels...safe...

(Sum laid in bad for a while just thinking. Tears started running down his face. He thought he wouldn't be able to get any sleep, but in a few minutes, he fell asleep. Meanwhile, everyone had arrived to Nuriko's restaurant, and the dinner meeting was about to begin. Nuri, Elaine, and Suki had just walked in.)

Nuri: I'm gonna go to the bathroom.

Elaine: Okay. Well, we'll be here.

(Nuri walked into the girls' bathroom. She takes off her backpack pack and takes out the three potions.)

Nuri: Okay...there’s one potion that I'm supposed to drink and one that Shinns' supposed to drink. I'm not too sure what the third potion is used for. Okay, well...I'll haveta put Shinns potion in his drink. Okay, thats the plan.

(So, everyone got seated. Nuri walked out of the bathroom and quickly ran into the kitchen. She tried to be careful so that no one would see her. She looked around to see if any of the drinks were out. She saw a pitcher full of soda, and two glasses with Sake on the counter across form her. She then looks at the potions.)

Nuri: Okay...how am I gonna do this?

(Nuri walked up to the counter where the drinks were. Little does Nuri know, she got the potions got mixed up. She takes the potion that she was supposed to drink and pours it in one of the Sake glasses. Then, she opens the one she thinks shes supposed to drink. But its actually the one Shinns supposed to drink. Suddenly, the waiter that is supposed to take the drinks out appears and scares Nuri, and she accidently spills the potion in the soda.)

Waiter: Hey! What are you doing in here? You're supposed to be at the big table.

Nuri: (She drops empty beaker on the floor) Oh shit! Uh, yeah...hehe see what happened was-

Waiter: Go on in there now. I'm bringing the drinks there now.

Nuri: Uh, I think you should get new pitchers or something. Those look dirty.

Waiter: Nonsense. Those were just washed two minutes ago. Now, go back to the table.

Nuri: Bu-...okay.

(Nuri walks out of the kitchen and walks up to her seat between Elaine and Suki)

Nuri: (thinking) Damn! I don't know whats gonna happen Maybe I should tell Elaine.

Elaine: Hey Nuri. You okay?

Nuri: Yeah. Umm...Elaine there’s something I have to-

(The waiter walks in with the drinks He gives Shinn and Suki the glasses of sake and gives everyone else their drinks. Most wanted soda, so thats what everyone got. Nuri got very, very nervous when everyone started drinking. Elaine took a few sips of her drinks before noticing Nuri in her fearful, nervous state.)

Elaine: Nuri, whats wrong? You look really nervous. What was it you gonna tell me?

Nuri: Well, you're gonna be mad. B-but-

Elaine: (Interrupting Nuri) Nuri, I'm not going to be mad. What makes you think that? Tell me whats bothering you.

Nuri: Well...um... <Starts whispering to Elaine> Y-you know those love potions you gave me way back in, episode 3 I believe.

Elaine: Yeah. You haven't used them yet, have you?

Nuri: Well, um...yeah. I have but, I think I screwed up on them big time. I don't know whats gonna happen.

Elaine: What do you mean you screwed up on them?

Nuri: Well...I was going to put Shinn's potion in his sake, but-

Elaine: Oh no! Oh Nuri! You shouldn't have done that if you didn't know what you were doing!

Suki: Wait...you actually gave her those potions? Why would you do that, Elaine. You knew she wouldn't use them properly.

Elaine: Well I didn't think she would actually use them, Plus that was when Nuri and I first met.

Aka: Wow ladies! Don't mean to be so nosy, but what are you guys talking about?

Suki: Nothing that concerns you.

Elaine: Suki, don't be so mean!

Aka: Hey its alright. I kinda like that Suki. Playin' hard to get.

Suki: <Confused> Um...okay?

Aka: Yeah...you know, I always happen to find you very attractive.

Suki: What?!

Kurou: Well hes not lying'. You are really attractive.

Pimp: Yeah, I didn't realize that either about Suki.

Siri: Okay, exactly what is going on here?

Kudosai: Nada. Except now the "love" girl just happens to be sexy to me, ya?

Aka: I gotta ask ya something, Suki. Are you a virgin?

Suki: What!? Thats none of you damn business!

Aka: Right. You don't look like the Virgin type anyways.

Suki: Wha-!

Nuriko: Okay whats gotten into you guys?

Kudosai: I don't know, but I'm kinda into Suki all of a sudden.

Kurou: I gotta say you are very pretty Suki.

Suki: Okay...<stands up> What the hell has gotten into you all!

Elaine: Oh no! It must be the potions! Nuri somehow got them screwed up and now the guys are falling in love with Suki.

Shinn: Fallin' in love is right. Damn...

Suki: Great. Why'd ya haveta give her those potions, Elaine. You know she can't do anything right!

Nuri: S-sorry Suki. I didn't mean to mess up like that.

Suki: Well, sorry ain't gonna make this go away!

Nuriko: What are you guys talking about? Nuri, what did you do?

Elaine: Nuri messed with the love potions I gave her. And now all the guys like Suki.

Pimp: I sure do! Hey Suki, wanna go out sometime?

Suki: You shut your filthy mouth ya little shit! Besides, you're way too young.

Kurou: What about me? I'm a good guy.

Suki: You're not my type. Sorry. Now GO AWAY!

Pimp: Aw, come on! Don't be like that.

Siri: Okay Elaine, why in the world would you give Nuri, of all people, your love potions?

Elaine: Well I didn’t foresee this happening. It was way back when we first met. I almost forgot I gave them to her.

(Aka gets up and walks to Suki.)

Aka: So, what do ya say, Suki? How-

Suki: I say NO! This is going way too far! Excuse me!

(Suki walks swiftly to the ladies restroom. Aka makes an attempt to follow her, but Nuriko gets up and stops him.)

Nuriko: You can't go in there! Thats the girls' bathroom!

Aka: But Nuriko-

Nuriko: But nothing! Girls need their privacy, ya know!

Aka: Well tell her to hurry up then. Or I'll kick the door down.

Siri: Okay everybody just sit down! The food will be ready soon.

(Aka and Nuriko return to their seats. all the guys chatter about their new found love, Suki. Evidently, the love potion given to them by Nuri, had affected all of the guys of the party. Though the women remained unaffected. Nuri, looking at the empty seat which Suki sat on minutes ago, felt nervous and ashamed of the mistake that she made. Luckily, the food arrived within a few minutes later. Suki didn't come beck for the bathroom.)

Elaine: Suki didn't come out yet. Her foods gonna get cold.

Nuri: Everyones into her now. Even Shinn...even Shinn...If only I didn't-

Elaine: Nuri, we have bigger problems on our hands right now. We need to get them back to normal.

(Nuriko gets up and walks to Nuri and Elaine.)

Nuriko: We need to find a way to get these guys back to normal. All they wanna talk about is Suki.

Siri: <gets up and walks to Nuri and Elaine> Yeah, this is getting out of hand. Plus we need to figure out where to travel to next. We can't stay here very long...

Elaine: Okay, let me check on Suki.

(Elaine walks to the bathroom and goes inside. Nuri lowers her head for a moment before getting up to go to the bathroom. Elaine finds Suki standing, leaning against the wall.)

Elaine: Suki, You have to come out now. your foods getting cold.

Suki: Hell no! I'm not going out there when all those perverts are going ga-ga over me! Not while they're under that spell.

Elaine: Suki, its not that bad. Besides, I thought you wanted that attention.

Suki: Well thats different. They're aren't my type anyways.

Elaine: Really? Well thats what you always say when someone likes you.

Suki: I do not!

Elaine: You do too.

(Nuri walks into the bathroom to find Elaine and Suki.)

Suki: What do YOU want? You came to ruin my life some more?

Elaine: Suki, it was an honest mistake She didn't know any better.

Suki: Well I don't care. I never liked this girl anyway.

Elaine: Suki! How could you say that?

Nuri: I'm sorry, Suki. I really didn't mean for things to go so badly.

Suki: Well you should be sorry.

Nuri: If it helps, I have one more potion left. I don't know what its for though.

Elaine: Wait! Nuri, let me see the potion.

(Nuri hands the potion over to Elaine.)

Elaine: Ah yes! The antidote! Yep! This should fix everyone up with no problem. I'm glad I at least gave you this.

Nuri: All right! I was wondering what the one was supposed to be used for.

Suki: Good. Then lets undo this spell and get on with our lives.

(The girls walk out of the bathroom and go back to the big table where everyone sat. The girls sat by each other and Nuriko speaks.)

Nuriko: Well, what are we gonna do?

Elaine: Don't worry. I've got the antidote.

Siri: Great! Thats good! Now things will be back to normal.

Elaine: Yep! Now all we need is a pitcher of water.

Nuriko: Alright cool. I'll get the water.

(Nuriko gets on of the waiters to get the pitcher of water. Elaine opens the top of the beaker, containing the love potion antidote, and pours it in the water. Elaine then gives the water to Suki.)

Suki: Why are you giving that to me?

Elaine: Suki, you're the one they're infatuated with. They won't listen to anyone else.

Suki: Nuri should do it. She got me into this mess.

Elaine: Yeah, but they won't listen to her. You gotta give 'em what they want.

Suki: Hell no! Not if they were the last men on earth!

Elaine: Come on, Suki You want them to stay like this?

Aka: Hey Suki! Nice to see you're back.

Pimp: Yeah, we missed you.

Aka: Why doncha come over here.

Suki: Okay okay! Give me the damn pitcher! <snatches the pitcher of water from Elaine> Sure! I'll come over there...

Aka: All right! Now thats more like it, Suki.

(Suki gets up and walks to Aka. Aka gets more and more excited as Suki approaches him with the pitcher of water in hand. She gives him a fake smile as she stands behind him as hes sitting with his head turned to her and his eyes fixed on her big, brown eyes. She puts one hand on his shoulder in an seductive fashion, while she held the pitcher in the other hand.)

Suki: Hey there, hot stuff.. Hows the food?

Aka: Delicious. Its even better with you here..

Suki: Well I'm glad you like it. Do you want some water to go with it?

Aka: I would love to to have some of your water, Suki. Suki. such a pretty name.

Suki: It is isn't it? <thinking> I'd like to dump this water on top of your head. <pours the water in Aka's glass>

Pimp: Suki! I want some too!

Kudosai: Yeah "love" girl We want some too.

Kurou: C'mon don't be shy. We won't bite.

Suki: Relax you guys. There’s plenty of me to go around. Everyone will get their turn. <thinking> Be patient you fools!

(Suki goes around and pours the potion water in all of the guys' glasses and they started drinking. Once she fills all of their glasses, she goes back to her seat by Nuri and Elaine.)

Elaine: <snickers> You know you didn't have to be so nice to them. You could have acted like your normal self.

Suki: Well you could have told me earlier.

Elaine: C'mon Suki. Its a love potion. They'd still be in love with you no matter how mean you are.

Suki: Well never mind that. I hope they just go back to normal again.

(They guys continue eating without saying a word. The girls of the group finish eating while observing the guys; trying to see if the antidote to the love potion was taking affect. There is a long silence when finally, Kudosai speaks.)

Kudosai: <puzzled> Hmm...thats weird.

Shinn: What?

Kudosai: Don't know. Nothin' I guess.

Kurou: Something is weird, but I can't figure out what.

Aka: Yeah, what do ya think it is?

Kurou: Don't know.

Kudosai: Me either.

Kudoso: Brother. Whats going on?

Kudosai: Don't know Kudoso.

Shinn: Who cares!

Suki: <mutters> Exactly.

Nuri: <whispering> What are they talking about?

Siri: Elaine, did it work?

Elaine: I think so. Confusion and short-term memory loss are some of the usual symptoms. So I think its taking effect.

Suki: Guess there only one way to find out. But I don't like this one bit.

(Suki gets up and walks up to Shinn and wraps her arms around his shoulders. Shinn is startled by what Suki is doing as he wears a half-confused, half angry look on his face; which then turns into a surprised and weird expression when Suki kisses him. He also blushed just a little bit.)

Suki: <seductively> Hey baby. You feelin' okay?

Shinn: Wha-!

(Shinn immediately gets up and lightly pushes Suki away from him. He moves a footstep away from her.

Shinn: WOAH WOAH WOAH LADY! I don't know WHATS gotten into you, but NOBODY CALLS ME BABY!! Got that!?

Suki: Understood.

(Suki walks back to her seat and sits down. Everyone, especially Elaine, Nuri, Nuriko, and Siri stare at her in shock.)

Suki: Yep! Hes back to normal. The spell is wearing off.

(Silence.)

Suki: What? Hey I had to do that! You're not the one whos gonna haveta bathe excessively for two weeks straight because of this.

Elaine: <shocked> Heh. wow, Suki.

Nuri: Yeah! You were getting WAY too close!

Suki: Please Nuri. Nobody’s even thinking about taking your man. Not in a million years..

Shinn: Oh yeah? Well you just better not call me baby ever again.

Suki: Don't worry. That won't be happening anytime soon.

(Once things return to normal, the party finished eating. On account of the mishap with Nuri and the love potions, the gang did not discuss where they were going to do next. Siri knew however, that the group would have to move swiftly soon. It would only be a matter of time before the demons would find them, now that they held one of the treasures they're after.)

(Siri, Shinn, Kudosai and So, Shido, Nuri and Elaine with Suki, and Pimp exit the restaurant. Nuriko walks them outside to say goodnight.)

Nuriko: Well thanks for coming over. Hope things were okay.

Siri: Just fine. Thanks for inviting us.

Shido: Yes. Thank you so much.

Nuriko: Hey, its all cool.

Siri: We'll have to meet back here tomorrow to discuss where we're heading next.

Nuriko: Demons will be after us soon. I can already smell them...

Siri: That can't be very pleasant.

Nuriko: Trust me, its not something you ever want to smell.

Elaine: Well, we better be getting back home. Its getting late. Thanks Nuriko.

Nuriko: No Problem. See you guys tomorrow.

Siri: <to Shinn> And Shinn, we'll see you tomorrow too.

Shinn: Why! I already came and sat through you bullshit once! Now I have to came back again?!

Siri: Yes you do! You're apart of this mission too! <smacks him> And thats for your foul language. Don't think I forgot about that.

Shinn: OW! Snap! I thought you did.

Siri: Well I didn't. And don't forget that I know where you live now too.

Nuriko: And she knows where to find me if we have a problem with you.

Shinn: Alright! Alright! I'll be here in the morning! Sheesh!

Nuriko: Yeah well you better be.

Shinn: I should move. Too many people know where I live now.

(So the group said their good-byes and went their separate ways. Nuriko walked back into the restaurant and closed the doors behind her. Then, to her surprise, she finds herself still outside where she was before. She proceeded to the door and walks in and shuts the door, just like before. She still finds herself in the same spot outside. She raises an eyebrow in confusion.)

Nuriko: Thats weird...

(She repeats the process of going inside the restaurant only to find herself still in the same position as before. She soon starts to get frustrated as she opens the door to the restaurant to see that the inside was the same as it was before going outside.)

Nuriko: What the hells going on here? Is this some kind of trick or something? Its not a very funny trick.

(She went inside the restaurant once more, Only to have the same thing happen over again.)

Nuriko: Whos ever doing this had better stop right now! This is getting annoying!

(Meanwhile, the others found themselves in a similar obstacle.

Elaine and Suki were heading back to their black magic shop when they soon realized they had been walking in circles. They would be walking a few houses down the direction of their destination, only to find themselves ending up at the same place they started.)

Elaine: Is it just me, or are we going around in circles?

Suki: We ARE going around in circles. We've been doing that for a while now.

(They came to a halt and looked closely at their surroundings. They were still in front of Nuriko's restaurant.)

Elaine: Someone’s playing a trick on us.

Suki: Its pointless to go on.. This is some kind of optical illusion.

Elaine: So what are we supposed to do?

Suki: Don't know.

(Shinn was affected by this illusion as well. Having walked for twenty minutes and still nowhere near his house, Shinn realized that he passed the same store about fifteen times now.)

Shinn: What the hells goin' on!? I keep on passing the same shitty store! I must be walking around in circles. How is this possible? I've only been walking in one direction.

(Shinn stopped walking and observed his surroundings.)

Shinn: This must be some kind of trick. Someones trying to play with my mind.

(Shido found himself in the same position as Nuriko in front of his house.)

Shido: Hmm...Awkward...

(When Nuri realized she was walking in circles, she freaked out.)

Nuri: Oh no! I'm walking in circles! Whats going on? Is this a dream? Some kind of bad dream? ELAINE! SUKI! SHINN! SOMEONE HELP ME!!

Shinn: Nuri must be lost too. I can hear her loud ass from a mile away.

(Siri also had the same difficulty as the others. She was close to the hotel where she was staying, but kept getting farther away from it. She stopped and looked all around.)

Siri: This must be an optical illusion. Someone has to be doing this somehow.

(As she continued to inspect her surroundings, Siri began to feel a huge presence of negative energy all around her. This negative energy grew as the wind began to blow rapidly and seemed to come from every direction. Everything soon became pitch black to everyone outside to where nothing could be seen. Just darkness all around. There was a loud scream that came from a distance that had to belong to Nuri, who was hysterical at this point. Siri now realized what was happening as her fears she had since leaving Sugartown developed into reality.)

Siri: Oh no!

(The demons were in town, and they were hot on their trail. They knew Siri had the treasure they were looking for.)
