Chapter 2: The Attack
The attack happened successfully. Nearly everything was destroyed, people were killed or captured, as well as the staff. Or atleast, so Blood and his army thought. Unkown to them, they had forgotten to capture one staff member during the attack.
Blood sat on his throne, using his master computer to scan what remained of Chao Club. Suddenly, something caught his eye. Something out there was moving, but what he did not know. So he ignored it, figuring it was just one of his soldiers he had sent out.
"Sir, there's something you need to know," said a soldier who walked into his king's throne room.
"What is it Mark?" Blood asked the soldier, looking annoyed at having been disrupted.
"We didn't capture all of the staff members," Mark replied.
Blood's eyes narrowed and he said, "Then go out, find him, capture him, and bring him here!"
"Sir, yes sir!" Mark said while saluting his king and marched out of the room.
Blood then turned around and saw Zedd there.
"Zedd, follow Mark. Make sure he does his job and if he doesn't then by all means, kill him."
Zedd replied, " Yes sir, as you wish."
Unlike what Blood thought, that object he saw moving wasn't one of his soldiers. It was a small robot. The robot had a small antenna sticking up from his head, three rectangular fingers on each hand, and elf-shoe type feet. Looking around, the small robot saw something laying in all the debris. From where he was standing, the robot thought the figure was dead but when he walked up to it he discovered that it was a male human and that he was infact alive, just knocked out.
Searching around, the robot found what he was looking for, a bucket. Instead of filling the bucket up with water and pouring the water over the person, like most others would do, he had a different idea. He stood right next to the person and repeatedly banged on the bucket as loud as he could. Sure enough, the person was wide awake after that.
"Stop all that banging!"
"I am sorry sir, but that was the only way I knew how to wake someone up," the robot said.
"Well anyway, what's your name?"
"My name is Rix, I was created by the person who destroyed this place," Rix said.
"The person who destroyed...wait a minute! You work for Blood?!"
"I used to since he was my creator but once I saw what he was doing I decided to escape which was easy for me since I am a robot," Rix replied.
"So you want to stop Blood too?"
"Yes, I do," Rix said.
"Then how's about joining me?"
"I would like to sir," Rix replied.
"Oh yeah, I almost forgot. My name's U.C.M. ..."
