Bound Heart

Chapter 3:

Awkward... Yes awkward was the only word that could describe the pair in the morning.

Neither had slept.

They had come so close to finalizing their vows, but Kiley. Kiley turned away from her.

Momo was hurt and confused.

She knew he wanted her, or was all his talk really just pretend?

She felt rejected. If he would not `except' her the marriage would be annulled and she would be forced to accept the consequences.

Kiley could not bring himself to look her in the eye. He couldn't believe the way he acted towards her. He was so cold, forceful, and just so uncaring.

What was she expecting from him? He would love to be with her but not under these strange circumstances. He just… He couldn't do it.

Momo glanced at him while he was lost in thought. Was there something wrong with her? Was this his first time two? She almost certain he had done that before.

What was she going to tell Toji? What could she say? Sorry I got married to my best friend over the weekend. He won't understand. She kept repeating in her head.

Well I have a month to do this. She thought as they arrived at her house. I better make the best out of this.

Kiley helped with her things and she thanked him for it.

After he left she turned to her mother and tears rolled from her eyes.

She explained what had happened on the trip and her mother merely nodded along.

"Well as I see you may have to seduce him." Mrs. Adachi said.

"Mother!" Momo squeaked.

"You know what will happen if you don't." She said patting her daughters head.

"I know." Momo whispered.

"Would you like me to help pack your things?" Her mother asked.

"No I can handle it." Momo replied.

She knew one of the rules was she now was going to live in the home of her husband.

Later that evening Momo showed up at Kiley's door. She was fully equipped with luggage.

"What's all this?" He said with an eyebrow raise.

"My things." She replied matter-o-fact like.

"Ok. Why?" He said slowly.

"Well since we are married now rules say I must live with my new husband." She said.

Kiley not wanting to argue invited her in.

Momo knew from past visits where everything was. And that only Kiley and his brother lived there. Ryo was never home. So they would have the place all to themselves.

Ok yeah sorry about the delay but I have all these ideas for Peach girl stories that I'm working on so I kinda drew a blank on this one. Oh and the story will get a ratting change to an R Damn I just can't help but offend. Should it change? I need feedback. But I am still working on this thanks for all the support.
