The Sweetest Peach

Chapter 11: I'm here for you

As Momo struggled with Toji she realized he was a lot stronger than he looked. She clawed and bit at him but it had no effect. She was about to give up all hope when her door was flung open.

Her mother stood in her doorway. Her mouth was hanging open. "Oh My God. I'm so sorry." She said as she quickly closed the door.

She stood outside the door for a moment and then realized she was the mother and this should not be going on in her house with her baby girl.

She turned around and threw the door open again. She raced to the bed grabbed Toji by the ear all the while yelling and cursing at him for dragging her lovely daughter down the wrong path and how she thought he was such a nice boy and how could he do something like this.

Momo was amazed her mother could so easily dragged Toji away from her. She would be eternally grateful for that.

Momo quickly dressed and followed her mother through the house as she dragged Toji. She watched as her mother opened the front door and threw him out. "And I don't ever want you to see my daughter again." She yelled as she closed the door.

Momo stood in the hallway.

"Are you alright honey?" Her mother turned and looked at her.

Momo's lips began to quiver. Her mother hushed her and sent her back to bed.

Momo lay in her bed trying desperately to fall asleep. `I didn't think it would end like this. What got into him?' She wondered as she began to sob uncontrollably.

She could think of nothing else but Kiley. She wanted him here now more than ever. But could she just call him in the middle of the night? She stared at her phone as if it would give her the answer she sought.

She picked up the phone. In a few rings he answered and said he would be right there.

When he finally arrived at her house he climbed through her window and crawled into bed with her. She tightly wrapped her arms around in him and started to cry.

He held her "What's wrong?" He asked.

`I can't tell him. He'd kill him.' She thought while she was very mad at Toji she didn't wish harm on him.

"Just hold me." She said.

And he did. He held her tight all through the night.

"I'll always be here for you." Was the last thing she herd him say to her before she finally fell asleep.
