It was disgusting, absolutely revolting, and he frowned as he glanced at it. What a pathetic aberration. Their experiment to clone Arceus had failed quite miserably. That had been a damnable waste of funding and time!

“Sir?”

“Dispose of it.” Cyrus said with a sneer.

The lead scientist nodded. The creature probably wasn't sentient anyway, just a misshapen, grayish blob. They drained away the nutrient fluid and replaced it with a strong sedative. Slowly, the clone's respiratory system shut down, muscles - if there were any - paralyzed. It was not a good way to die.

“We should focus more on Parukia and Diaruga.” The Leader of Team Galactic instructed. “Start collecting information on those two.”

“Yes, sir.” The scientists chorused, hoping that it would not end in another failure.
