Eggman Strikes Back! (III)

"Welcome home, Ash."

Ash slowly opened his eyes, he noticed he was chained up and inside some labratory. He then noticed the person in front of him...Giovanni.

"Let me out of here you bastard!" Said a furious Ash.

"Certainly! Once I get what I want...Then you may...'Go'."

"What do you mean?!"

"Its really quite simple...Ash...You were the cause for MY face to be like this...Now its YOUR turn Ash!"

"No! Don't do it!"

"Plead all you want! It'll do you no good!"

Giovanni revealed a sharp needle and a drill. He turned the drill on and walked slowly towards Ash.

"No! Help!!!" Ash despritely cried for anyone to save him. Then he noticed Sonic...or, at least what looked like Sonic. His eyes were half open and half closed, like he was a trance of some kind.

Ash didn't notice him for long, though, as Giovanni started drilling away parts of Ash's face. {I know, its gross...Those of you who have just eaten something probably should wait till your food digests! These next parts are pretty gruesome and very graphic! You have been warned!}

Giovanni had a sadistic smile on his face as he drilled through flesh and tissue, blood gushing from the opened wounds all about Ash's right-side of his face. Ash went into shock as the pain overcame him, he didn't move for the entire 'operation'.

After a few minutes of 'teasing' Ash, Giovanni went right to work on his face. He took the needle and inserted it into Ash's right earlobe. Doing this would split open parts of his ear.

Giovanni remained vigilent in his pursuit to ruin Ash's face. {Okay...I just threw up...I'm skipping the gross stuff!}

After about five hours of guresome 'surgery', Ash's right-half of his face was completely roboticized.

Ash woke up two hours later with a bad headache. When Giovanni showed him a mirror, Ash about broke down, he couldn't believe Giovanni had done this.

"Well, don't YOU look better!" Giovanni mocked Ash's predicament.

"You bastard! How dare you do this to me! You'll pay for this!"

"Ha! I highly doubt it! You see, with Sonic under MY control, NO ONE can stop me! Or Eggman!"

"Thats right!" Replied Eggman.

"You two will pay dearly for this!"

"You can't do anything about it! Face it, you've met your match!"

"I won't let it end like this!"

"Well, seeing as you pose no more of a threat to me, I'm going to let you go!"

"What!? I don't think thats a very wise idea, Giovanni!" Eggman said.

"Shut up! I am the one who says what is to be done! Not you! You are just my associate! Understand!?"

"Yeah, sure..."

<Later, in Station Square>

"Oh, my head...Huh? Where's Ash?!"

"Where's Sonic?!" Asked a very nervous Tails.

"Oh, I hope nothing bad appened to Ash..."

"Look! Its him! Ash! Hey, Ash! Over here!"

When Ash became visible, Misty saw Ash's face and fell to her knees in shock.

"Oh my..."

"Giovanni!!!"

"Ash!! What did he do to you?!!" Misty said through tears.

"All I know is...We have to save Sonic..."

"But, how?! He's got that Mind-Control Device! He'll just lease Sonic after us!"

"I know of someone who could help us..."

"Who?!" Asked Misty.

"The one person who knows Sonic more then anyone else...his son, Michael.

<Meanwhile, in Eagle-Eye City>

"Thank you, Michael! You saved my store and my job!"

"Hey, no problem! As long as I help people out!"

"Hey! Michael!"

"Huh? Hey, Misty! Tails! Whats u-"

Michael saw Ash's face and flipped.

"What happened to you, Ash?!?!??!!"

"Giovanni did this to me!"

"Where's my dad?!"

"Thats why we're here...Please understand this..."

"Michael, your dad is under Giovanni's control." Tails stated bluntely.

"Mind-Control!"

"You...know?"

"Giovanni tried the same thing on me!"

"Then, you must know how to mess it up!"

"We must destroy that device!"

"But, how?! Its on Giovanni's head!"

"Oh, no..." Said Michael.

"What?!" replied Amy and Misty together.

"If we destroy the device WHILE its on Giovanni's head, the resulting exdplosion could mess up Sonic as well!"

"How?"

"Well, when someone uses a mind-control device, that persons brain wavelengths are channeled through the device along with the recipient. When this device rupture, the wavelengths are then released back into the victims head...But, if the device is ON the users head when it ruptrues, the wavelengths will orupture as well, causing complete memory loss, or amnesia."

"No..."

"Somehow, we must find a way to get the device off Gioivanni's head and destroy it befoere he can put it back on."

"But, how?!"

"I don't know...I don't know that man very well, except that he used to be the leader of Team Rocket."

"Well, if we can't get that device off his head, we're gonna need a backup plan..."

"Wait! I got it!" Shouted Amy.

"A weakness?!"

"Yes! I know how we can defeat that evil man!"

"How?!"

"Its real simple, my Chemistry teacher told me about this...If one aimes his own brain wavelengths towards that person, and if it is strong enough, then the resulting collision will cause certain partys of that person to see their weakness(s)! If my assumptionis correct, then Giovanni's weakness must be in his PAST!"

"Yeah! He USED to lead Team Rocket! He's a failure! If we can exploit that weakness at the right time, one of us might be able to get the device off his head and destroy it!"

"Sounds like a plan!"

"Well, what are we waiting for?! Lets get Operation "GGG" commence!"

"GGG?" asked a confused Tails.

"Get Giovanni Gone!"
