Sean's Master Quest, Book One: Kanto Travels

Summary: A story about how a new Pokemon Trainer have my travels in the Pokemon Regions, first region: Kanto. The storyline is based on the outcomes of the Pokemon Games, so I'm going to make it like the Pokemon Games' outcomes. Enjoy!

 

Part One: The Beginning of Sean's Master Quest

Sean is on his bike riding through the lush environment of Route 1 to Professor Oak's lab, getting his first ever Pokemon.

Sean: Man, is it dark in here. I wish I knew Flash, except I don't have a Pokemon yet!

Soon, Sean makes it to Pallet Town, the location of Prof. Oak's lab.

Sean: This is Pallet Town……looks good.

Sean soon spots Prof. Oak's lab, but to his surprise, a whole bunch of people at the lab!

Sean: Holy God! It's Trainer Jamboree!

Crowd: (Shouting): Come on! We want Pokemon!

Prof. Oak: (Opens the door): Ok, settle down! You can get your Pokemon, only if you—

Crowd: (Stampedes into the lab)

Prof. Oak: (Looks at Sean): Hmmm. Why didn't you charge on me?

Crowd: (Holding Poke-Balls, stampede's again)

Prof. Oak: Not Again!!

Prof. Oak is stepped on again by the crowd!

Sean: Now, I can come in!

Prof. Oak: Yes you can!

Inside the lab, Sean begins his selection.

Sean: Uh…Charmander!

Prof. Oak: All out.

Sean: Bulbasaur!

Prof. Oak: All out.

Sean: Squirtle!

Prof. Oak: All out.

Sean: What?! You have to have at least one Pokemon!

Prof. Oak: Well……

Sean: Yes! What is it?!

Prof. Oak: …It's a Rattatta.

Sean: (Opening his jaw): What!

Prof. Oak: Back in the old days, we only gave 3 Starter Pokemon: Pidgey, Rattatta and Spearow.

Sean: Well…I'll have to take it, so ok I'll have it!

Prof. Oak: Ok! Here's a Poke-Belt, five Poke-Balls, a Poke-Dex and VS Seeker.

Sean: What's that?

Prof. Oak: A device that allows you to battle trainers over again.

Sean: I'm off!

Part Two: In Route 1, off to Viridian City, and through the Merrily Road!

Last time, Sean had been given his first Pokemon, and now he is off to Pewter City, for his first Gym Battle. What will happen on the path? Will Sean make it? Find out!!!!

Route 1

PM on the belt: Rattata

PD data: 1 own, none seen.

Location to be: Pewter City.

Route part: 1.

Sean: Hope I find a Pokemon! I need one!

Suddenly, Sean heard something in the bushes. It sounded like: Piiiiiiggggggggeeeeeyy!

Sean: A Pokemon!

The Pokemon revealed itself. It was a….Pidgey!

Sean: Ok! Go! Rattatta!

Out of a red ball, a purple rat with buck teeth and tiny little paws, along with some little claws, emerged.

The Pidgey started out the battle by running towards Rattatta, then pecking. The move was called “Peck”.

Sean: Quick, run and then use Tackle!

Rattata ran out of Pidgey's clutches then headed towards Pidgey and tackled it.

Sean: That's the way! Now, Hyper Fang!

Rattata sent out it's buck teeth, then bite Pidgey with all it's might.

Pidgey then blocked with a Sand Attack by kicking sand at Rattata.

Sean: Rattata, if you can see a brown blur, attack it!

Rattata saw the brown blur (Pidgey) and then tackled it.

Pidgey: Pidg! (Ouch!)

Sean: Now finish it, Pound!

Rattata then hit Pidgey with a slam and Pidgey looked tired.

Sean: It fainted! Ok, Poke-Ball go!

Sean threw a red ball at Pidgey, it shook a couple times, then it bleeped and stopped.

Sean: Yay! I caught it!

After that, Sean reached a town shimmering in lights and beams.

Sean: This is Viridian City!

Sean then saw a gym nearby and tried to open it.

Sean: It's locked!

Sean then went to a Pokemon Centre, healed and left off to the Viridian Forest.

Sean: I'll be back!
