“Are you sure you don't want to change?” Kenji asked nervously as they walked down the road.

“Yes, I'm positive,” Kurai sighed. “Why ar eyou obsessed with trying to get me to change?”

“It's just that my parents are going to be there and I'm worried that if they see you like this they'll call off the engagement,” Kenji admitted.

“Good, let them call it off,” Kurai shrugged as she adjusted her bag on her shoulder.

“Kurai, before you start talking like that, there's a few things that you should probably know about your family right now,” Kenji suggested.

“Why? What's wrong?” Kurai asked, stopping dead in her tracks and turning to face her gay friend.

“Who's that guy?” Chikyuu asked, spotting her friend walking with a boy. “He looks rather…clean….”

“No! This is ruining everything! She's not supposed to be hanging out with someone else! She's messing up all of my plans!” Shinzoo complained as she grabbed Tezuka's sleeve and gripped it tightly in frustration.

“Shinzoo, calm down, you're wrinkling his shirt,” Seeshin sighed.

“Maybe they're relatives,” Akari suggested. “I mean we don't know anything about her family.”

“Yeah, good point, we'll go with that! Good thinking, Akari,” Shinzoo celebrated as she realeased Tezuka and hugged her friend.

“WHAT?” Kurai gasped in shock. “How is that possible?”

“Well, these things happen,” Kenji shrugged.

“Great, that explained the meeting today, they probably want to move up the dead line so that I'll fail that much sooner,” Kurai complained.

“Oh, and another thing…” Kenji rubbed the back of his head.

“What is it?”

“My parents are having a hard time believing I'm straight.”

“Of course they are! YOU'RE GAY!” Kurai smacked his forehead.

“Yeah, but they don't know that,” he pointed out. “And this is they're first time back in Japan in about a year.”

“ANd what do you want me to do about it?” Kurai put her hand on her hip.

“I think they're fighting, “Koorai pointed out.

“Good, good,” Shinzoo celebrated.

“Why are we doing this?” Oishi asked.

“Do you not care about our dear Kurai?” Akari asked.

“Oh, that really hurts, Oishi-kun,” Koorai pouted.

“You're a big meany,” Shinzoo reflected her friend's pout.

“Sis, you're too dramatic,” Raiki shook her head.

“I am not,” Shinzoo growled. “My plan was perfect until this little development. All I can say is that better be her brother or something.”

“You want me to what?”

“Come on, it's just this once.”

“Why don't you just tell them that you're gay for crying out loud.”

“Because…it's complicated.”

Kurai shook her head. “Fine, let's do it.”

With that, they continued on their way.

“Here, let me take that,” Kenji suggested as he slid the bag off of her Kurai's shoulder.

“Oh, you're such a gentleman,” Kurai rolled her eyes.

“Shush, there they are,” Kenji stated between his teeth. “Smile,” he said as he put his arm around her waist.

Kurai rolled her eyes against as she leaned into him. “I'm only doing this for you, got that.”

“Ok,” he agreed.

“What the hell is that?” Hikaji complained, seeing the guy's arm around her friend's waist. “I think someone better call an ambulance.”

“Why? Is someone hurt?” Momoshiro asked.

“Someone will be if he doesn't remove his extremity from Kurai's waist this instant!” Hikaji declared.

“Kaidoh-kun, stop her! She'll ruin everything!” Shinzoo complained as Hikaji charged forward with a look of death in her eyes.

“Why aren't you moving,” Raiki blinked.

“Oh, is Viper afraid of a girl?” Momoshiro smirked.

A hiss swizzled out of Kaidoh's lips as he moved forward and grabbed Hikaji's wrist.

“WHAT DO YOU WANT?” Hikaji shouted, turning around.

Kaidoh released her immediately, spotting the black robe that appeared around her body and a scythe appeared in her hand ready to lop off his head at any moment.

Hikaji returned to her hunt only to be tackled to the ground by Shinzoo, Akrai, and Mizu all at once.

“What's wrong?” Momoshiro asked, noticing the look of shock on Kaidoh's face.

“I saw death,” Kaidoh stated simply.

“Really?”

“Yeah, and she walks among us so watch your step,” Kaidoh nodded as he walked over to a tree, returning to his usual state.

“What do you think you're doing?” hikaji asked as she pulled her head out of the dirt.

“Shh…” Shinzoo begged. “You're going to get us caught.”

“Diane, it's so good to see you again, how have you been, dear?” a woman with blonde hair greeted as she approached Kurai and pulled her into a hug.

“Hi, Mother,” Kurai sighed in annoyance.
