Hello, all. It's 8:07AM and I'm about as happy as possible when writing on a laptop. At least LionHeart has a trackball…Oh well. Yeah, it took me five chapters to get to the plot. I know…But I had to introduce everyone and stuff. That takes me a while. And I haven't written about Seiji's feeding because he only feeds once a month. There will be a looming evil in this and, most likely, this story will have a lot of chapters. Aisha is going to be another major mover and shaker and so is Rya, Ryoko's daughter. Lloyd is from Legend of Dragoon, a videogame by Sony. Go play it!

Aisha kept her gaze level and her face dispassionate as she spoke with the MERMAID representative Posei Doneis.

"Surely, Aisha Clan-clan, you would give the information to the Daemon responsible?" Doneis asked.

"You're no Daemon, and if you speak of my fiancée, the Fated One, then I must ask that you be more respectful." A new voice said.

Aisha watched Posei look up. A woman who could not have been older than twenty-three was standing in the doorway. She walked closer and Aisha knew that Doneis could tell that the woman was Nasuti Yagiyu. Or, as he insisted on calling her, Nasumi Yagiyuichi.

"Nasumi, welcome back. We've not dropped charges."

"I know you haven't. I was watching," Nasuti replied evenly.

"Then why are you here?"

"I would like to inform you that WyrdCasters are to be allowed in."

Doneis nodded his head. A few WyrdCasters entered the room.

Nasuti faced the SeeingStones and spoke, "I have come to inform MERMAID that they have been placed under the Juridiction of the Daemon Council. All members of MERMAID are to hand over their credentials and to extricate themselves from Siren territory."

Doneis stood, demanding, "Jurisdiction! That's cruel!"

"So," replied Nasuti icily, "is Inquisition. Please report to the nearest Council outpost."

Jurisdiction removed all possibility of legal action, so they were forced to drop the charges against Seiji. Nasuti turned and smiled at the camera, then at Aisha.

"Aama, Aapa…maybe I will come home now,"

Seiji smiled as the door to his home swung open. He stepped in, Nasuti's parents behind him. He looked around the Front Hall, though it was more of a rotunda than a square hall. It was spacious and had a dome roof. Archways and columns supported the weight of the roof and shadowed and sheltered the halls, which led in every direction.

"Have you a pond?" Jacques Yagiyuichi asked.

"Better. I live on the sea, so Nasuti can swim to her heart's content, as long as she comes home before dark." Seiji replied.

"And stone? Do you have places for her to perch and sing?" Usagi Yagiyuichi asked.

"Many. But really, I'd rather not give away secrets about my house. Nasuti can discover what coves she likes and doesn't. I also have a forest with a stream for when she wants trees. Don't worry, your daughter will be happy."

"And in the Human Realm? Will she be well provided for?"
"Her grandfather was a wealthy man and so am I. Not only that, but my Yeshu is in Sendai, so she will be near enough to water."

Usagi stepped close to him, pulled his face close to hers, "Do you love her?"

"More than you can know." Seiji replied. He was serious.

"Very well, we give you our blessing."

He hadn't particularly needed their blessing but it was best to go along with them. Seiji found himself staring at the ottomans that were scattered about the Front Hall. He motioned for them to take a seat. They declined. He shrugged and moved on.

"This," Seiji said, motioning to a small path, "is the beach walk. I also have a large and a small inlet. The small is surrounded by rocks." Nasuti smiled.

"Seiji, your home is very large. Most Yoshu are small…" The implied question made him smile gently.

"Here, power is wealth. If you are powerful, you are wealthy. But sometimes wealth comes from a family of powerful people and the heir is weak. It's like your grandfather. He was powerful here and so are you, but your parents are Skips. They aren't anywhere near the power of your grandfather."

She nodded and ran down the path ahead of him.

"H-hey! Naa-ko!" He called, running after her. She only ran faster. He finally managed to catch up with her. He tackled her, sending her sprawling onto the sand.

"Unhand me! Off, you!" She shouted as he kissed her all over.

8:10AM. Wow, that's the longest I've ever taken to decide where to cut a story (see, it's taken me 24 hours). Gee… I thought I'd give some real home-y scenes, unlike the rampant not-quite-planned-and/or-wanted sex. And yes, more sex! I know, "bad girl!" but he is an Incubus…so, you know…
