Since the age of five, Kaoru always knew she was different. Her family was broken, and never to be returned to normal. Her mother had been killed during one of her missions. That mission's information is still classified to this day. After her mother's death, her father left the agency to provide a safer life for there daughter. A life with no threats, or kidnappings. Just a normal life, but Kaoru knew she could never have a normal life. But in any case her father taught her Kamiya Kasshin Ryu, a sword to protect. She believed in that method until she was 14, when that fateful night occured. Her father was murdered before her very eyes, by enemies that he had made from his time in the agency. All lead by one man Makoto Shishio. The man knew nothing of her existence, but he tried to kill none the less. Just as the blade fell, her bokken raised to even attempt to protect herself. But it never came, then she wasconsumed by darkness. Someone had saved her that night, all she remembered was red hair. Nothing more. She woke up in the hospital, to find her next guardian. Her Aunt on her mother's side. With her father's dojo burnt to the ground, she had no choice but to move in with her Aunt Taka. Not that she hated her aunt, she was only true relative she had left. Little did she know Taka held the very secrets she wanted answered. She swore revenge on her father's name, even if it broke the teachings of the Kamiya Kasshin. Three years later after these unfortunate events this is where the story truly begins.

 

Author's Notes: Sorry its just like alittle introduction to the story I will begin writing. Just to give you alittle insight. I could have the first actual chapter up in a few days. Oh yes, Taka is my own character. I felt like throwing her in there. I hope everyone will enjoy the story when I post it. So until then, ja-ne!
