Kagome: Does that mean that Kouga likes me less now? *thinks ‘please be true!’*

Kouga: *takes Kagome’s hands into his* Of course not. You’re my woman.

Kagome: *sweat drops* hehehe…Kouga-kun, I didn’t notice you were here…

Inuyasha: *draws Tetsusaiga* Kagome’s not your woman wolf! Why don’t you go claim Cynthia!

Cynthia: *blushes* WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?!

Inuyasha & Kouga: O.O

Turtlequeen2: Um…ok…Sailor Moon nor Inuyasha are my property, but Cynthia is. Sailor Moon is Naoko Takeuchi’s property and Inuyasha is Rumiko Takahashi’s property.

“Well Kouga, are you going to hold up your side of the bargain,” I ask. He grumbles under his breath and he picks me up bridal style. I blush, shouting,” Remind a girl when you’re going to do that!”

He smirks and starts running, leaving a very confused group of people and animals behind.

Chapter 6

Sailor Moon’s Explanation and Kouga’s Dream

Kouga finally stops around a waterfall and sets me down on a rock. He sits down besides me.

“So what do you want to know about me,” he asks.

“Maybe about your life, your family, other things like that. Maybe how you came to know Kagome,” I respond.

“Well there isn’t much to say. I’m leader of the wolf demon tribe. I live in the mountains. My father and mother were also wolf demons. I was born in a pack of eight. As I grew up, my friends and family were brought down by the Birds of Paradise. I was forced to become leader at a young age because of it.”

“Oh that’s terrible. I’m sorry about that.”

“Nah, don’t be. It was a long time ago.” Kouga smiles at me, but his eyes looked sad. He then proceeded to tell me how he met Kagome and the rest if the Inu-Tachi. Also he told me how Ginta and Hakkaku were always slow and how loyal they are.

“So what about you? You mentioned you heard about the lore of Sailor Moon before finding out you were actually her,” Kouga finished.

“Well I was much like Kagome. Well probably before she passed through the well and freed Inuyasha. I lived in the United States most of my life and just recently moved to Japan because of my father’s job change. The ‘lore‘ was from this story we watch on this thing called a television.”

“What is the United States? I never heard of heard of such lands.” I was glad he didn’t ask what a television was. He looked utterly confused and made me laugh at how cute he looked.

“What‘s so funny?!”

“Oh sorry, its nothing. The United States is a country that is across the ocean. It won’t be settled in for another hundred to two hundred years. If you hadn‘t noticed, I am from Kagome‘s time.”

“So that’s why you both wear such short things.” I blushed at that comment.

“I guess. It’s what most of the girls over there wear. Well anyways, I met Kagome a week ago on my first day of school. Then when we walked home, I saw Inuyasha. I guess you can say he blown his disguise.”

“Why did mutt-face have to be under disguise?”

“Well people over there don’t believe that youkai exist. They think its just legend. Most youkai have died out. If there are youkai still living, they are most likely under cover. I think Kagome’s afraid if they find out what Inuyasha is, they might do experiments on him or something.”

Kouga laughed at that thought then turned serious again. “So what about that weird creature that looks like that neko-youkai?”

“That would be Luna, my advisor. She’s I guess what you can call the descendant of neko-youkai. She’s a regular cat, no youkai in her whatsoever. I actually thought she was a normal housecat when I found her, but now that I know that she’s from the ‘lore’ Sailor Moon, I guess she’s not that normal.”

“Oh,” he said confused.

“Well I just found out that one day when I got that crescent moon mark from killing that youkai. I went back home and told her to talk, cause I had a suspicion that she was that particular Luna and I assumed right. Now my goal is to ‘find‘ the moon princess, the other sailor senshi, and the Imperial Silver Crystal.”

“The what crystal?!”

“Well it’s like the Shikon-no-Tama. It’s very powerful, though it’s harder to taint than the Shikon Jewel. It’s called the Imperial Silver Crystal. Of course it would be horrible if it fell into the wrong hands. So if I find it, Naraku would surely be after it also.”

“Wow, I didn’t know there was another jewel like the Shikon-no-Tama.”

“Well there is.” After a few more hours of talking, we decided to go back. He picked me up and ran back. He started flirting with Kagome again, making of course, Inuyasha mad, and then went home after a while.

“So what did you do with Kouga, Cynthia-sama,” Miroku asked, with a sly look in his eyes.

“I know what you’re thinking, and that’s not it at all hentai,” I shout at him blushing.

“Keh! So what were you doing with the mangy wolf,” Inuyasha asked.

“Well earlier we made a bet and if I won, which I did, we would have a talk,” I explained. I told them about some of our conversation.

When I got to the part about the other sailor senshi, Inuyasha asked,” Wait, you mean there’s more of you people?!” I nod. Miroku smirks because they would be all girls.

“I wouldn’t mind Inuyasha. The more the merrier is like they always say,” Miroku said.

“Yea, you’re only saying that because they’re all girls in short skirts,” I say. Sango blushes, muttering hentai, and hits Miroku on the head. Shippo mutters something that sounded a lot like ‘baka’ under his breath. Kaede then comes back to the hut, after being in town all day caring for the sick.

We go inside her hut afterwards. As I go to sleep, I can’t help but think of Kouga’s face.

********Kouga’s POV******

After returning home, I can’t help but think of Cynthia. I have no clue why. Ginta and Hakkaku keep saying that I don’t seem well. I should hit them later for saying that about me. It seems as though every time I’m with Cynthia, I feel at peace. I’m having second thoughts on why I ‘love’ Kagome. Is it only because she can sense jewel shards? I loved protecting her, but when I’m around Cynthia, it feels as though I have an urge to protect her with my life. She is strong woman, being Sailor Moon and all, but so is Kagome. It makes me so confused.

Do I like Cynthia? Her scent is like moon flowers. Kagome’s is like mountain rain. I feel so damn frustrated. I walk into my cave and decide to sleep for the night. ******DREAM SEQUENCE******  

I find myself in these weird clothes with armor. I stand in ruins and I see a woman through the mist. Her scent calms me. Her kimono looks foreign, cascading around her features. Her face is covered by the darkness.

She reaches out her hand to me and I back away in confusion. I turn away from her and start to walk away. She calls out to me in a horror stricken voice. Out of the corner of my eye, I see a shadow with red eyes showing. He holds up a sword and slices through my chest. I fall to my knees, only to feel arms cradling my body.

It is the princess. Her blonde bangs frame her eyes from my view and all I can see from her face are crystal tears falling down her cheeks.

She whispers,” Please don’t go Prince Endymion…”

I feel myself smile and say,” I love you Princess Serenity. May we find each other in the next life…” I realize death is not far away.

The last thing I hear before I slip away, is her crying out,” PRINCE ENDYMION! PRINCE ENDYMION!” Then her form falls onto mine into death. ******END DREAM SEQUENCE******  

I woke up shouting,” PRINCESS SERENITY!” Ginta and Hakkaku immediately run into my den.

“Is something wrong Kouga,” Ginta asks. I shake my head no and tell them it was only a dream.

“What the hell was that all about,” I mutter to myself after they leave. That guy couldn’t possibly be me. I hold my head in my hands and can’t help but hope that that was only just a dream.

Hahahahahahaha…Nice cliffy? Note: We may know whose the princess and prince, but the characters in the story doesn’t know so you’ll be warned, it will be a little while until they find out about it. Does Kouga like Cynthia? Hmmm…

NOTE: I made up the thing about Kouga’s family history, though we can all assume that the Birds of Paradise were the deaths of most of his family.
