Kouga: Am I dead?

Turtlequeen2: I hope not…well I do not own Sailor Moon, but do own Cynthia. Naoko Takeuchi owns Sailor Moon. I also do not own Inuyasha, Rumiko Takahashi does though.

Last time on Princess Cynthia and Prince Kouga:

******Cynthia POV******

“I love you Princess Serenity.”

“I love you also Prince Endymion.” He smirks, closes his eyes, and becomes still. I shake him, but to no avail. He was dead. “PRINCE ENDYMION!” I clutch his body to my chest and cry. I hear Kagome and Sango cry from behind me.

I shout his name again and our bodies start glowing. My Sailor Moon fuku becomes replaced with a shimmering gown of the Moon Kingdom Princess. My blonde hair grows longer, from when I the Princess. One of my single tear drops glow and hovers above Kouga’s body.

I stare in disbelief as the tear took on a shape of a crystal.

IT WAS THE IMPERIAL SILVER CRYSTAL!

The glow grew brighter and part of the crystal went into Kouga’s body. The light was so bright that I could not see anything in front of me and neither could anyone else see. Out of exhaustion of using the crystal, I collapsed on top Kouga’s body, holding the remainder of the Imperial Silver Crystal. It was still warm and held an afterglow, like Kouga’s love for me.

Chapter 10

The Imperial Silver Crystal and The Cutie Moon Rod

******Cynthia POV******

I awoke in Kaede’s hut with everyone staring at me in worry.

“You’re finally awake Princess. We were afraid you wouldn’t make it,” Kagome says sweetly. I start to sit up.

“You need to rest Princess Serenity,” says Luna.

“You know I’m the princess?”

“Well the mark and dress kinda gives you away,” snorts Inuyasha. I then look around for Kouga.

“Where’s Kouga,” I demand.

“He’s alive, but still unconscious. He was battered up pretty badly. I think part of the Silver Crystal that went into him, helped him regain his life,” Kagome explains. I find the hand that held the crystal was empty.

“Where’s the crystal?”

“You mean this?” Kagome held up the crystal. It was around her neck with the Shikon-no-Kakara. With the two powers around her neck, it made her aura way stronger.

“I want to see Kouga.” I start to get up, but Sango and Kaede holds me down. “Let me go!”

“You were greatly weakened by the use of the crystal child. Ye must save your strength,” Kaede stresses.

“I don’t care about my self. As long as Kouga is safe, I’ll be ok.” I see tears streak down Kagome’s face.

“All right, but you’re not going to like what you see.” Sango sighs.

“I just want my beloved,” I plead. She leads me to another hut closer to the village where Ginta and Hakkaku were staying. When we went in, they were crying over their leader, along with their wolves. When they sensed my presence, they moved out of the way to reveal a terrible looking ookami-youkai. I crouched down beside, and stifled a cry. I hear Sango behind me, crying.

“Why did you have to jump in front of me,” I plead to him. Now, tears leaked down my face. I cradle his head in my lap and hear his labored breathing. “You’re going to survive this because I’m not going to wait another lifetime to be with you! I can‘t!” I cry myself to sleep, collapsing from exhaustion overtop of him.

******No one’s POV******

At Naraku’s castle, the dark lord ranted over his injuries made by Sailor Moon.

“Damn that Sailor Moon! I had underestimated her powers. Now I am forced to be vulnerable in the face of my enemies. She will pay dearly for this!” A knock came on the sliding paper door. Behind it was the shadow of what seemingly appeared like a little girl.

“You may come in Kanna,” Naraku said. The door slides back and Kanna walks in slowly. “What news do you have for me?”

In her eerie voice, she says,” Naraku, I have interesting news to offer about Sailor Moon.”

“What is it?” Kanna shows her the images on her mirror. After it was over, Naraku smirked. “So Sailor Moon and that wolf are the reincarnations of the Princess and Prince I once killed. Better yet, she now processes the Imperial Silver Crystal. With that and the Shikon-no-Tama, I shall become unstoppable!” Kanna leaves and leaves Naraku to his thoughts.

“This gives me an interesting idea…” he says, starting to laugh darkly.

*****************************************

“Where is Princess Serenity,” Luna demands from Sango, who walked back into the hut.

“She’s with Kouga,” she choked out. Miroku ran to her side to try to comfort her.

“It’ll be ok Sango. You know Kouga is too stubborn to die from Naraku’s hand that easily,” he reassures her. She sniffles and nods her head that is against his chest.

Kagome was still crying, which caused Inuyasha to be uneasy.

“I’m gonna go think for a while,” he mumbles and jumps out of there faster than his legs can carry him. Shippo just sighs, also crying.

******Kouga’s POV******

I awoke to the scent of my woman. It was filled with sadness, worry, and worst of all: guilt. I slowly open my eyes to find myself in the arms of my princess. I smile gently, but find her beginning to wake up.

“Hey,” I say gently. Her eyes immediately shoot open and glance down at me in relief.

“Kouga! You’re awake! I was so worried that you wouldn’t make it. How are you feeling,” she says frantically. I then recognized Ginta and Hakkaku’s scents as well.

“Kouga! We were afraid you were dead,” Ginta wailed.

I sit up and bellow out,” As if Naraku could me that easily you idiots!” Then I cringe as pain shoots up my back from my quick movements.

“Kouga, you’re still hurt Ginta, Hakkaku, could you get Kagome, Kaede, and Sango and tell them that Kouga woke up,” asked Princess Serenity.

“Right away sister,” they both say and run out. I smile as I see her blush at the name.

“So have long have I been in your lap,” I ask smirking.

I see her blush several more shades of red, then she stutters out,” I’m…s…sorry Kouga. You’ve been in my lap since last night.”

“Glad I wasn’t out for long. Thanks for watching over me,” I added gently. I lean up to kiss her lightly. She sighs against my mouth and kisses back. We would’ve of kept kissing, if I hadn’t the hut door flap open. We both pull away and blush.

“Oh, I’m so glad you are awake,” Kagome exclaimed in tears. Serenity set me down on a mat. The tajiya, Kagome, and that old miko, started to clean my wound. I growl out in pain at the herbs they applied to me. After they were done, they left me alone with Princess Serenity.

******Cynthia POV******

I was so happy that Kouga was alive. Everything was fine except for the fact that Naraku was still alive. At least he wouldn’t bother us for a while so Kouga could recover.

“Why do you feel guilty about what happened to me? You can’t lie because I can smell the guilt coming from you,” Kouga says out of the blue.

I felt immediately sad again. “If you wouldn’t have jumped in front of me, you would’ve never been hurt. I should’ve noticed sooner that Naraku would do something like that. I’m sorry that I didn’t move when I did. You would be fine if it wasn’t for me.”

He growls and grips my hands since I’m next to him. “Dammit Cynthia! It’s not your fault. You know that you couldn’t have seen it coming. It’s my job to protect you since you’re my woman. I’d gladly give up my life any day to make sure that you’re safe!” I was shocked at his outburst.

“You want me to be your woman,” I ask in shock. He blushes and nods. I start crying tears of joy.

“What did I do,” he whines.

I smile through my tears and say,” It’s nothing. Of course Kouga! I’ll be your mate.”

He grins and says,” Seriously?!” I nod and lean down to kiss him. Our happy moment became ruined when I heard Luna’s voice.

“Um, excuse me,” she says.

I turn and glare at Luna for interrupting. “What is it Luna,” I demand.

“I’m sorry to bother you princess, but there is a matter of things I would like to discuss with you.”

“Then you can say it in front of Kouga then.”

“As you wish,” she says and tries to bow. I find it terribly funny and start giggling. She glares back at me.

“S...sorry…it just looks…s…so funny when a cat…b…bows,” I choke out. Kouga smirks behind me.

“Well I want to discuss the issue of the crystal with you.”

“Ok, go on.”

“Your mother told me to give this to you when you discovered Moon Crystal Power,” Luna says and does a flip in the air to reveal the Cutie Moon Rod I have only seen in the anime. It landed in my hand and I looked it over in fascination.

“What is it,” Kouga asks.

“The Cutie Moon Rod,” I breathed in awe. “This is awesome Luna,” I squeal.

“Do you still have your brooch?”

“I think so,” I reached in my dress and pulled out the new and improved brooch I got from when I attacked Naraku.

“Good. I didn’t expect you to find your power so fast. Neither did I expect you to be the princess either. My, I am so stupid to not have known this sooner,” Luna said.

“Don’t beat yourself up over it, Luna. I didn’t even know for sure. Now that the crystal is out in the open, I expect a lot of demons to come after its power.”

“Probably more than the demons that come after the Shikon-no-Tama because this one is not in shards,” Kouga murmurs.

“Luna, when you mentioned ‘my mother,’ did you mean Queen Serenity,” I asked.

“Of course,” Luna responded like it was obvious.

“Wow…”

“So I’m the protector of the Earth right,” Kouga asks.

“Yep,” I say with much cheer.

“So this must make me powerful right,” he asks.

“I guess you could say that.” I then turn to Luna and ask,” Why did I never use the Moon Wand?”

“The Moon what,” Luna asks with much confusion.

“Obviously, it was a fictional thing made by Naoko Takeuchi right?”

“Most likely. You still have greater power. You need to put the crystal inside of the brooch in order for it to work.”

“Right.” I leave Luna to watch over Kouga and go to find the rest of them.

After reaching Kaede’s hut, everyone jumped out at me.

“How’s Kouga doing,” Kagome asked.

“Is the wolf doing ok,” growled out Inuyasha.

“OK! OK! One at a time. Before that, I need to use the crystal.”

“Why,” asked Kagome, who was handing it to me.

“Luna says my new brooch won’t let me transform without it inside of it. It’ll help me protect it better,” I say.

“Ok then,” she says and hands it over to me. I pull out my brooch and push it inside of it. It starts to glow and the crystal fuses into it. I hold it out in front of me and show everyone else.

“I bet ye will gain more strength now,” Kaede says.

“Yea, that’s what Luna just said,” I say back.

Suddenly, Inuyasha starts to growl.

“What is it Inuyasha,” Kagome asks.

“A youkai,” he says, running out. The rest of them go also. I take this time to try my new transformation.

“MOON CRYSTAL POWER, MAKE-UP!” I hope up my brooch and in a matter of seconds, I am once again Sailor Moon. With the crystal in my brooch, I feel more power surge through me.

I run out to join the others who are already fighting the youkai. Kouga of course wasn’t out there because he was still too weak.

Inuyasha jumps up with Tetsusaiga to attack the bear youkai, shouting,” KAZE NO KIZU!” The bear gets out of the way fast.

“Sailor Moon,” Kagome shouts.

The bear youkai turns to me,” I knew that you had the Silver Crystal! Hand it over along with the Shikon-no-Kakara!”

“No chance bastard,” I shout. I pull out my Cutie Moon Rod and shout,” MOON PRINCESS HALATION!” The pink light flies out of my scepter and annihilates the youkai in one stroke. Everyone looks on in amazement.

“That was incredible, Sailor Moon,” Shippo exclaims.

“Indeed, that was more powerful than your previous attacks,” Miroku mused.

“I guess it’s because of the Silver Crystal,” I admit. “I do feel a lot stronger.”

“Keh! Not bad,” Inuyasha says sheathing Tetsusaiga. I was about to detransform until I sense the presence of a powerful youkai. “Sesshomaru,” Inuyasha growls.

Well hope you enjoyed the action and fluff!!! Sorry if some of you guys liked the Moon Wand, but I wanted to speed the Sailor Moon upgrades up so we can meet the sailor senshi. Yes that’s right, finally they will come in soon.
