Fox- *sigh* soon I'll be in school getting lost in those damn hallways.

Jin- How big is the school?

Fox- It's a freakin maze! The only thing I found so far was my locker!

Rinku-… That's good…

Fox- No it's not my homeroom is number 204M and my locker is B-100! Where the hell is 204M damn it!?

Touya-… Fox doesn't own anything…

Kurama- *Hugs Fox*Will you chill out now?

Fox-… I'll think about it.

Previous (3rd POV)- They looked up and noticed a girl walking towards them with a bike in hand and a small cat in the basket in front of her. She was about a year or so younger then them with long dark purple pulled back into a loose ponytail and dark purple eyes. She wore a lavender shirt and dark purple pants that were slightly baggy for her.

"Who is she?" Jin asked.

"Don't know must be new," Yusuke said.

They looked at each other and nodded. It was the girl Koenma was looking for or at least looked like her.

~*~Hoshi's POV~*~

I walked up to them smiling and stopped in front of them. They were all a year older then me meaning I was going to see them in classes.

`Great,' I thought sarcastically, "Excuse me but I'm new here can you tell me where a nearby grocery store is?"

"Why don't we show you instead? We're lousy at directions," the one with slick back hair said.

`What are they up to? Could they be apart of the Negaverse?' "Sure."

I walked next to them with my bike as the ugly one with orange hair looked at Tsuki, "Cute cat what's her name?"

"Tsuki," I said as she tried to cover her crescent moon mark on her head.

"So where do you come from?" the one with red hair asked.

"Tokyo," I replied making sure nothing funny was going to happen.

"That's pretty far," the one with slick back hair said.

I nodded as we appeared in front of a grocery store. A few blocks from it was a restaurant that said `Help wanted' in the window. I smiled. `Two birds with one stone.'

"Well here you go. Do you need some help on the way back home?" the one with slick back hair said.

"No that's all right. Thank you very much," I said and chained my bike to the nearby post.

Tsuki jumped on my shoulder and I walked inside, "Hoshi…"

"I know I felt a weird vibe too. We'll have to keep an eye on them," I said as we started shopping.

~*~with the guys~*~

Yusuke glared and began to glance around the area, "She sensed it too."

They all glanced around prepared for anything when Hiei and Shishi came out from the shadows.

"Looking for someone?" Hiei asked in his monotone voice.

"So it was just you guys. That's good," Yusuke said.

"Did you find her?" Shishi asked.

"She's inside shopping right now. You guys will have to try and figure out if it really is her though. She looks different from the picture," Yusuke said and pulled out the picture of her.

"Don't worry we shall find out," Shishi said as he looked inside and saw her paying for things, "She looks quiet beautiful."

"Don't get too attached, now we have to go before she starts to suspect something. Later," Yusuke said as they walked away.

~*~Hoshi's POV~*~

"I can't believe you forgot to ask them where you can find a hardware store," Tsuki said as we walked out.

"Sorry, I forgot ok," I replied as I put the things in the box behind me, "I can get the paint tomorrow."

Tsuki jumped inside the front basket and looked at me, "I guess so but don't you have to start school?"

"Tomorrow's Saturday. I don't go to school on Saturday" I said and got on my bike.

I started up the street but stopped when I heard someone groan. I looked around and noticed a man lying in an alleyway. I gasped and got off my bike while putting down the stand. I walked over to him and lifted his head, "Sir, are you all right?"

He groaned and opened his eyes slowly. He had long blue hair and wore a white gi with blue hamaka. He eyes were a glittering red. He then sat up and hugged me quickly, "My sweet Shina you're still alive."

"Hey wait I'm Hoshi not Shina," I said as he hugged me.

He looked up at me and then let go of me depressed, "Please forgive me it's just that you remind me of my beloved Shina who passed away sometime ago. She looked just like you with your beautiful long hair and soft eyes."

I smiled and looked away blushing, "Oh please I'm not beautiful."

He grabbed my hands in his and looked at me, "But you are."

I looked back at him and noticed that he was coming closer to my face. I blushed and stood up and walked away from him backwards quickly, "Oh sorry wow look at the time. I should be going now. Bye." I got on my bike and quickly kicked up the stand and left for home.

"That guy was weird," Tsuki said.

"You can say that again," I said.

~*~in the alley~*~

Shishi smiled and Hiei came out of the shadows, "Hn."

"Tell the fox that she's coming his way," Shishi said as Hiei sent Kurama a telepathic message that she was coming.

Hiei continued to watch her race away, "That has to be her."

"And why do you say that?" Shishi asked.

"Koenma said that picture was old, isn't it possible that she grew out her hair? And that uniform she was wearing that's for a different school," Hiei said looking at her.

"I guess it's possible but we have to make sure," Shishi said.

Hiei nodded and removed the bandana on his head. His Jagan glowed and he was out of sight.

"I guess he's going to spy on her," Shishi said and walked away.

~*~Hoishi's POV~*~

"Man, the people in this place are real freaks," I said.

"Don't worry, I'm sure things will start looking up," Tsuki said.

"I guess," I said and daydreamed a bit.

I forgot to pay attention to the sidewalk and got lost in the thoughts of the friends I left behind.

"MEOW!!!" Tsuki shouted

I came back into reality and stopped just in time before I hit someone. He was tall with long red hair and green eyes. There was also a small boy next to him in an elementary uniform and had messy brown hair and bluish-green eyes. Under his left eye were 3 stars and in his hands were yo-yos.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention," I said smiling a bit embarrassed.

"Don't worry, as long as no one was hurt everything's fine," the one with red hair said smiling.

I smiled and nodded.

"Aw… look at the cat Shuichi," the boy said as he took a yo-yo off of his hand and petted her.

"Her name is Tsuki," I said smiling.

"She's pretty," the boy said.

I looked at the guy with red hair, "So no hard feelings?" `Weird I'm getting a bad vibe from him and the kid And I have the feeling someone is following me.'

"Of course not," he said smiling.

`He smiles too much.' "Well I should be going now. Bye"

We waved goodbye and I left them in the dust.

~*~Kurama's POV~*~

When they were gone I looked up, "Hiei you can come down now."

He landed in front of Rinku and me.

"Spying on her?" I asked smiling.

"I know she's the girl but I don't know how to find out," Hiei said while looking back at her, "I'm going to slow her for while."

"Alright be careful. If she finds you that might not be good," I said sternly.

"Hn."

He then disappeared and I sighed. `Oh well the worst thing that will happen is that he'll see sweet snow.'

~*~Hoshi's POV~*~

"They seemed nice," Tsuki said as we neared the house.

"Yeah but I got a bad vibe from them," I said as I pulled into the garage.

"You're telling me those first boys gave me a bad feeling," Tsuki said.

"I know but I can't pay attention to that now. I have to find Beryl and stop her before she finds out I'm alone," I said and gathered the bags and walked inside but not without looking back to see if anyone was there.
