chapter Four
Ami looks up from the floor "I don't know what's going on all of my memories are changing but one thing isn't"
"what's that Ami chan?"
"my love for you but my love for Mamoru keeps getting stronger" all of sudden blonde streaks appear in Ami's hair
"Ami chan you don't love Mamoru San remember that" wraps Ami into a hug "please Ami chan I love you don't leave me"
"I am not going to leave you Makoto love I can never forget the love I have for you"
"Ami chan your hair what will your mom say?"
"I will just tell mom that I have streaked my hair in memory of Usagi"
"Ami chan" gently starts to cry "please fight the changes I don't want to lose you"
4 days went by and there was no apparent changes in Ami
Scene changes to Moon Kingdom Usagi gets up from watching Ami and walks over to her mother
"Mama Ami is fighting the changes what are we going to do?"
"Ami San is also getting very tired and won't be able to fight much longer but the changes should slow down she's rejecting your memories and is falling deeply in love with Jupiter."
Scene changes back to Ami chan in her apartment and Ami is asleep from fighting the changes Makoto is watching over her from the chair in the corner.
"Ami love your so tired is it my fault am I making you tired?"
Princess Usagi appears in front of Makoto.
"Yes, it is your fault I understand you don't want her to change but her heart WILL always belong to you"
"Usagi chan I don't know what to do."
"All you can do is love her Mako chan and after the change is complete she will start falling in love with you again but I don't know how long you will have to wait for that to happen"
"then Ami will never really be gone?"
"Her mind and memory will be gone but her heart will always be the same. But before I go please do not tell Ami chan of this conversation or that she will fall in love with you after the change is complete and please tell her not to fight it anymore" Princess Usagi then disappears in a flash of light
"hai Usagi chan but I hope you didn't lie to make me feel better"
Ami stirs in the bed
"Ami chan are you awake"
"Yes Mako Chan"
"Ami chan you need to" sighs "stop fighting the changes"
Ami sits up and looks at Makoto "but I thought you wanted me to fight them"
"its making you tired my love"
"but..."
Makoto walks over to the bed and sits beside Ami who looks like a cross between herself and Usagi "Ami love no matter who you turn into you'll always be my Ami I love you"
all of a sudden Ami's Hair turns completely blonde and she cries out in pain as all of Usagi's memories start to flood her mind.
"AMI CHAN!!!!!?"
"AWWWWWWW" The memories continue to flood her mind
"AMI LOVE?????????!"
Ami's hair is still the same length
"I'm fine Mako chan but now I have all of Usagi's memories all the way up until she died"
"are you still Ami..." Makoto looks away from Ami and tightly closes her eyes waiting for the answer
"I don't know who I am" all of a sudden she starts remembering how Usagi died and what she was doing right before she lit the match
"Ami chan...?"
Ami starts telling Makoto of what was happening
"I was looking for matches to light the candles on Ami's cake and then I started to smell something funny I didn't know what it was so I closed the vents to make the smell go away and then I sprayed some fruit spray to make it smell better. I walked into the living room where Ami was sleeping and then struck the match......"
Makoto thought sadly 'she said Ami she's no longer Ami'
Ami remembered who she was "so that's what Usagi was doing for me...." Ami fell asleep again
"Ami chan?" 'she's still Ami thank god'
Hours later Ami/Usagi woke up
"Ami love?"
"Yes, Mako chan?"
"your still Ami chan ne?" sounds hopeful
"I guess I am for now"
"Ami chan" runs over to her and falls into her arms
"so how do I look love?"
"honestly?"
"Yes honestly"
"...like Ami chan with crystal blue eyes and blonde hair"
"do you think my mom will notice?"
"your losing your intelligence aren't you?"
"quick ask me a math question!!!!!!"
"if x is ten and 2x is five how many times can 2x go into x?"
"uhhhhhhh"
"Ami chan come on think"
"Oh I know twice!" Jumps up excitedly
"um yeah that's right Ami love are you feeling all right?"
"i think so"
"Ami love your acting so much like Odango"
"How can you say that I only thought Rei chan was that mean"
"Ami chan?"
"Yes,?"
"do you know what you just said?"
"Yes, but I don't know why I said it"
"ah OK love"
"Oh no I am starting to act like Usagi" Sighs and mumbles "that's not a bad thing is it?"
'I wonder' catches Ami's lips with her own.
Ami responds with only the passion that a lover can by returning the kiss in full force
"you really are still Ami chan" looks very happy
"Bleach I cant believe I just kissed a girl"
