This is just a short story and a chapter-by-chapter summary I wrote up to get everyone aware of the setting and the seriousness of this fan fiction.
Though there will defiantly be some humor in the story as well as romance and action.
STORY SUMMARY:
"The future looked promising for the Sailor Senshi after the rise of Crystal Tokyo, but now a dark cloud has covered the lives of everyone. With the secret birth of a second daughter Usagis life was forfeit and now Chibi Usa is questioning why. Tasked with the burden of keeping the second born princess safe from her vengeance bent sister the senshi find themselves torn apart. A frightening fortune telling, "Two of royal blood will fight, sadness will reign, sides will be chosen" prompts Rei to take the child far away from the kingdom, but Chibi Usa gets closer to the truth every day...and as the fortune coming to pass begins to seem inevitable a new senshi is born. Sailor Earth, guardian of the blue planet, sister of the moon, destined to bring about a battle that will only end in tears."
Chapter-by-Chapter Summary:
The begining of the story is actually the end of this story. Usagis spirit comes to the aid of her two daughters and uses the last of her life force to send them back to the past. She hopes that by giving them a second chance they will right their wrongs and instead of destroying the universe they will work together to protect it.
Set many years after the rise of Crystal Tokyo. Usagi, knowing a second birth could prove complicated, secretly gives birth to a second baby girl. Ami, Rei, and Mamoru are the only ones aware of the birth of the child. Sadly Usagi passes away the morning after giving birth leaving behind a vacant devastated shell of Mamoru, leaderless senshi, and a kingdom without a ruler.
Feeling the other scattered senshi need to be made aware Rei sends out a message to them informing them that they need to return to the kingdom because something horrible has happened. While waiting for the return of the last few senshi Rei has a vision of a war torn kingdom and the bloodshed of friends. The words, "Two of royal blood will fight, sadness will reign, sides will be chosen" echo in her head. On the morning of the other senshis arrival her vision is only solidified by a fortune in the fires…one that promises sadness and ill will. The decision is quickly made that Chibi Usa is not to know of her sisters birth. Instead she will be told her mother passed away because of an illness. Ami, being a doctor now, will provide falsified proof if Chibi is not satisfied. Upon the other Senshis arrival they are truthfully informed of all that has happened and the decision to keep it from Chibi and everyone agrees, though some half-heartedly. A letter is sent out to Chibi Usa and Hotaru informing them that they must return immediately.
Once there they are informed of the falsified story, but instead of just being sad Hotaru notices something strange about the situation. Once she has been comforted Chibi is informed by Hotaru that there is more to the picture. “I can feel it…theres something bigger here.” She says and to her surprise Chibi tells her, “I was thinking the same thing.”
