When Mamoru came to, he was lying in bed. He opened his eyes slowly. His vision cleared. Fiore hovered above him with a concerned look in his light blue eyes. His aqua hair cascaded around his face, hiding his ears completely. “It seems you're finally awake.”

“Thank you, Captain Obvious.” Mamoru groaned. His head hurt. Somehow, he had hit it. Then he remembered how. He could still clearly see Shikyuu stripping Fiore. He could still feel the anger, the jealously. He had tried to stop the Dark Prince. He had been too weak. He had been defeated, knocked unconscious by Shikyuu's power. But if he had lost, why was Fiore with him. The alien belonged with the Dark Prince now. If Shikyuu found out he was here, the alien was going to get hurt.

“Fiore.” He started, sounding worried. “You told him you would stay with him. Oh, God, you lied to him, didn't you. You lied to him to save me. You should be here. It's the first place he'll look. What if he finds you? What if...” Mamoru was silenced by Fiore's finger.

“Mamoru, calm down. It's going to be okay.” Mamoru was going to say something but Fiore beat him to it. “Listen to me. He's dead. That woman made sure of that.”

“Woman?” Fiore nodded. He didn't seem to want to give details. Mamoru wasn't about to press the man. He had his suspicions, but at the moment, he frankly didn't care. “I won't ask.”

“Good.” Fiore smiled. “Because I'm going to be too busy trying to properly ravage you.” The alien practically tackled Mamoru. Mamoru squeaked in surprise. He almost laughed when his shirt ended up like the last on Fiore had gotten a hold of.

From the other side of the door, five figures listened. “I love you, Mamoru. With all my heart.”

“Fiore, I love you too. But you do realize that now that you've told me, it's going to take a crow-bar to pry me off of you.”

“That's supposed to be a bad thing?” The sound of more clothing being removed made the five move politely away from the door.

“Well, what do you know. You were right, Nephrite.”

“See, Jadeite. Everything is written in the stars.”

“We know how hard this must be for you.” Came a voice almost too effeminate to have come from a man.

“Thank you for bringing our Prince back.”

“Kunzite. If you want to thank me, you have to promise to take care of them both. They're both still young and naive.”

“Spoken like a true old bag!”

“Zoisite!” Kunzite reprimanded. “Don't worry, Pluto. You can count on me to make sure they don't do anything too stupid.”

“That's good. I think it's safe for you to go in now.” She remarked drolly, before disappearing with a cryptic, “I'll see you later, old men.”

“See you around, old bag.”

“Zoiiiiisite!”

The four ghosts returned to their crystal homes, but not before checking on their charges. Fiore had his arms wrapped around Mamoru, and was just starting to drift into sleep. “Together at last.” He whispered.

“Together forever.” Mamoru replied in his sleep.
