Yaten opened one eye and consulted his watch.
12:00 am.
It was raining again. Or had it even not stop raining since yesterday?

He looked around-
and found himself lying on Minako´s couch, empty sake bottles
and half-full dishes of crackers around him.

Terrible head ache, a grey rainy day, and he layed with blowzy hair on the
couch...in her appartment.
suddenly there were noises in the bathroom.

Yaten stood up, stumbled into the corridor and reached for the door of the bathroom,
not bothering what might could happen inside.

He opened the door and - his brain may was muzzy but now he got wide-awake-
he saw Minako standing in a towel that
-he had time to notice it- was very semi-fitted.
He couldn´t hide his shocked expression.

Minako turned her head and her eyes widened. Yaten closed - no he slammed-
the door and went into the livingroom, hasty.
When Minako came in ,dressed, he kept a straight face, trying to act as cool as always.

"I´m...sorry", he said composed, not daring to make eyecontact with her.
"No, no it´s my fault, I should have shut the door" she stuttered and laughed nervously. "well, I have to go, now. .....you know....seiya and taiki are waiting for me...at the recording studio" Yaten said, still looking to the ground.
"umm,...okay. ......bye". She wondered about her stiffly tone.
"allright, I´ll call you." he paused "..Minako".

His cheek touched hers when he embraced her, then he walked to the front door.
Minako heard the door shut.
What the hell was that?? what a strange conversation.
So cramped and nervous. With Yaten, her best friend...and once her great love. well, he had seen her in a bikini, when they were
with the others on the beach. But that was so unexpected and they were alone.
Just him and her.
Minako blushed and wondered, if she still loved him.

The feelings she had for him, were not as strong as a few years ago, but they were still .....strong.

She shook her head and decided to act, as if nothing happend the next time they would meet.
