Chapter 3: Tempest

It was dawn in Tokyo. It was a dawn that which would be remembered for all time by those who live through it.

On this day the two most powerful men in this existence would attempt to destroy one another for control of time, space, and above all the fate of the ones they loved. One of these men was none other than Rounde Gemminite, Lord Geminite, in the common tongue. The other Was Nerezach Gemmini, Bearer of Light, In the common tongue.

When the first light hit the ground the familiar sound of steel against steel crashed 300 feet above Hikawa Jinja. "Give up Dark One. You cannot defeat a warrior of my seniority and skill", stated Gemmini.

" Never. I may be just a child in your eyes but I have suffered more pain and anguish than a sheltered old man such as yourself!" Gemminite barked back at the white haired man. The ring of steel began again. After several hours of attacking and receiving Gemminite had mustered up the courage to cast a spell. Gemmini knew what was coming. But he dare not speak for fear that his fear might become truth.

Gemminite was going to cast forever zero, one of the forbidden spells. If the casting was completed he would destroy all things including himself. Gemminite raised his right hand in hopes that the seer's prophecy about him being able to make the Ascension held true. Then he spoke the words to end all. " Fear, Hate, Misery, death, and Shadows. My servants gather round and send this plane into nothingness and silence." He spoke with his raspy voice rising and falling in crescendos and decrescendos of volume. "I hereby summon the forbidden powers of Melbu Framha, Father of Emperors, bring the shadows and let loose the tide of time. Forever Zero." He said with what seemed as tears in the dark emperor's eyes. `So even the Dark Ones feel?' Gemmini thought as the disaster that would cast the earth and all the prime material plane into dormancy was being cast by the only being powerful enough to draw upon the Blood of his ancestors. ----------------Meanwhile in Hotaru's bedroom--------------------------------------------

"Good-bye my dark prince." she said before everything went black and back in the imperial palace Rounde Gemminite truly wept out of lost love for the first time in 10 years.
