It was 7:50 A.M., a rather unusual time for 14-year-old Tsukino Usagi to be bolting down the stairs. The rest of her family stared disbelieving at the blond haired tornado that had entered the dining room with a small black cat at her heel.
"Mama, where's Chibi-Usa?" Usagi asked in a panicked way. This morning she woke up in a strangely empty bed missing the presence of a certain pink haired girl, even Luna P and all her belongings were gone as well.
"Dare? Now dear, sit down and have some breakfast." Tsukino Ikuko calmly said to her panicking daughter.
"Chibi-Usa is your niece, my cousin!" Usagi replied incredulously.
"Dare, dear?" Ikuko asked again.
~~~
"My computer detect no trace of either Chibi-Usa's or the Dark Moon's energy whatsoever." Mizuno Ami reported to the rest of the senshi. The senshi had gathered for a meeting at Hiwaka Shrine.
"The fire can't find either one of them either." Hino Rei replied from the
Great Fire.
"Mama, Papa to Shingo don't even remember her, it's like she never existed." Usagi said worriedly.
"That's exactly the case." Ami said.
"Nani?!" Usagi, Rei, Kino Makoto and Aino Minako shouted at once.
~~~
Two Weeks Later...
"Konnichi wa Motoki! Have you seen Mamo-chan?" Usagi asked desperately.
Furuhata Motoki straightened up. He pulled together his resolve, preparing to lie for his best friend, but one look into Usagi's teary blue eyes, that resolve fell apart. It was obvious the two really cared for each other. He couldn't understand why his best friend kept on pushing this girl away. "Usagi-chan, I wasn't supposed to tell you, but," Motoki took a deep breath.
"Mamoru-kun's not here anymore."
"What do you mean?" Usagi asked fearfully.
"Mamoru-kun received a scholarship somewhere in America, he left yesterday.
Gomen nasai Usagi-chan." Motoki replied sadly.
Color drained from Usagi's face as she felt her world go up in flames.

Ten Years Later...
Twenty-four year old Tsukino Usagi smiled at the people around the picnic blanket. Ten years had past Chiba Mamoru left Tokyo and she had gone on with her life. For the first three months, she had gone into deep depression but she soon got over it. Over the last ten years, she had made many new friends. Life goes on. Usagi was now a successful actress and he was a successful doctor.
Usagi had graduated at the best acting school in all of Japan and at the top of her class. She was now in the midst of making her second movie, 'Learning
To Love Again,' or 'Manabe ni ai mata.'
To her right is 24 year old Mizuno Ami, senior med. student and at the top of her class. With her 300 IQ, she excelled the rest of her class. At 24, she was ready to receive her degree in June.
To Usagi's left was her close friend, 24-year-old Hino Rei, one of the most profound priestess in all of Japan. Rei had finished her training at Hiwaka Shrine at age 18. The Hiwaka Shrine was highly visited because of Rei's newfound fame. The shrine continued to sell the good luck charms that the shrine has always been famous for.
To Rei's left was gourmet chef, Kino Makoto, who at 24 now owned her own restaurant, the most successful restaurant in all of Tokyo. Her restaurant, Emerald Garden, attached many of Tokyo's elite. Makoto was currently considering opening another of her 5 star restaurants at the Imperial Hotel in Hibiya.
To Ami's right was idol Aino Minako, actress, model and singer. Minako continued to pose as Sailor V, who was back in style, although Sailor Moon and the rest of the senshi have not been forgotten. Minako had just returned from her tour in Europe.
To Minako's right was 25-year-old motor sports champion, Ten'ou Haruka, the fastest racer on the runway. Haruka was the first female to complete in most of the famous racing events and winning them all. Dubbed the "Speed Demon," Haruka was one of the most feared drivers in the world of motor sports.
Sitting next to Haruka was Kaiou Michiru. At age 25, one of the world's most renowned violinist and composer, her music admired by all of the world. A long time friend of Haruka's and partner as well. Besides her motor sports skills, her piano playing showed great ingenuity. Michiru was one of the most cosmopolitan people Usagi had ever known.
Life was good enough, but something was missing in each of them, a void in the heart that may never be filled.
Usagi sighed. She glanced at her watch and stood up. "I have a meeting with Taylor-san in an hour, see ya tomorrow."
~~~
Meanwhile at San Francisco International Airport, a group of five men sat patiently (well sort of) at the terminal, waiting for their flight. One of them was engrossed in the latest medical journal. Another stared out the window and at the starry night sky. Two other battled each other for the last piece of Junior Mint, meanwhile the last one hid embarrassed behind his newspaper.
"Jed, give me that mint before I freeze your ass off!" He growled savagely, his blond hair tied up in ponytail, green eyes filled with anger.
"Over my dead body." Jed laughed. His short blond hair was neatly groomed. His sky blue eyes sparkled with mischief. He sardonically popped the mint into his mouth, chewing the candy for a second, he then stuck out his tongue, showing pieces of the chewed chocolate, "Too bad, Zoi."
Zoi, having taken enough abuse, lunged from his seat and grabbed Jed's neck, choking him violently. As the young man continued to read his medical journal, without looking up he said, "Would you stop that? Last thing I want to do is give you two CPR."
That stopped the two fighting idiots in their track. Leaving them in an uncomfortable position with Jed on top, tugging at Zoi's ponytail with one hand and trying to stretch the left side of Zoi's mouth. Meanwhile, Zoi pulled harshly at Jed's hair with one hand and trying to twist Jed's right leg.
"Jadeite, Zoisite, get off each other. People are looking at us." The young man hiding behind his newspaper peered meekly over his paper. His snow-white hair that fell to his shoulders and ice blue eyes that glanced annoyingly at his friends.
"Give them a break, Kunzite. They'll never grow up, they're worse than Lady Mars and Lady Serenity." The last one commented, turning to face his companions. He had wavy brown hair that fell to his shoulders and azure blue eyes.
"I agree with Nephrite." Chiba Mamoru put down his reading material and took off his reading glasses before turning to his companions. "Their level of maturity will never surpass that of now."
Jadeite reluctantly got off of Zoisite, throwing a dirty look at Zoisite, who was vainly fixing his hair. Jadeite folded his arms over his chest and sat there pouting.
"Spare me you psychological mumble-jumble, doc." Jadeite snorted, continuing to pout like a two-year-old. Kunzite rolled his eyes and turned his attention back to his paper.
"Something is going to happen." Nephrite predicted quietly.
"And how do you know that?" Jadeite inquired. "I'm beginning to believe you're a false prophet, my friend. By the way, why did you tell me to avoid coffee today?"
"The stars know everything." Was Nephrite's reply.
Just then, out of nowhere, a tall blond haired woman stumbled clumsily toward the group of men, trying to stabilize her while balancing six coffee cups in her arms. Jadeite became drenched in the caffeine beverage when she tripped over one of his travel bags.
"Why me?" Jadeite moaned, staring at his stained white shirt.
"That is your punishment for doubting my abilities. The stars know everything." Nephrite stated calmly.
"Would you *stop* saying *that*?! It scared the hell out of me!" Jadeite shouted. "And when are we going to get out of here?! I HATE AIRPORTS AND PLANES!!! DON'T YOU FORGET WHAT LADY SERENITY, LADY MARS AND LADY MERCURY DID TO ME?!?!?!"
"Oh, I'm so sorry My. Martyr." The clumsy blond apologized.
"Be careful, Claudia." Mamoru chuckled, helping his personal secretary up.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Chiba, but balancing coffee was not in the job description." Claudia straightened her skirt, her blond tresses fell past her shoulders and lavender eyes, her figure slightly less than six feet. "I still don't know why you're going to Tokyo."
"I have to visit some old friends." Mamoru replied.
Claudia scowled, 'I hope he doesn't mean that scrawny kid he always keeps a photo of. Why won't he notice me? I mean. I have everything a guy could want. It's not fair!'
~~~
"It's not fair! My father didn't do anything. He shouldn't have to go to jail for something he didn't do!" Usagi stood up abruptly, knocking her chair over. She slammed her fists onto the maple table.
"Tsukino-san, please calm down. We're doing the best we can, but Gojona-san is the one of the toughest prosecutor in the country. Despite that, I have some good news, we are flying in a new team member from the Americas, he's the best attorney money can buy." Usagi's lawyer reassured, strands of dark black hair constantly fell into chocolate brown eyes.
"Who?" Usagi inquired, a cold hand gripped her heart.
"Veracity Kunzite-san."
"Kunzite? Masaka!" Usagi gasped, her face blanched.
*Flash*
Sailor Moon and the inners ran through the cave tunnels, they stopped cold as they felt a dark presence flooded the cavern.
"Energy?!" Sailor Venus exclaimed.
Kunzite then teleported in, "I'd like to show you the way to the Dark Kingdom, but we are not ready. So I will take you to a place more enjoyable." He smiled.
"No more games!" Sailor Jupiter shouted. "Supreme Thunder!"
Kunzite effortlessly dodged the lightning, teleporting closer to the senshi. "Sailor Moon! Hand over the Ginzuishou peacefully and I'll spare you life."
"How about this? If you tell me what happened to Tuxedo Kamen-sama, I won't punish you!" Sailor Moon bargained.
"Enough of your impertinence!" Kunzite tossed his cape. "I will throw you into the Multi-dimensional World of Chaos."
"The Multi-dimensional World of Chaos?" Sailor Moon asked blankly, gripping her Moon Stick tightly.
"You may emerge in prehistoric Africa where the dinosaurs lived, or in Europe during a violent war."
"You'd send us to a crazy place like that? Iie!"
Kunzite put his hands together and shot a lavender beam at them, Venus and Jupiter moved in front of Sailor Moon to protect her. They were thrown back by the intensity of the attack, the Moon Stick fell from Sailor Moon's vice grip.
"The Ginzuishou is mine!" Kunzite cried as he lunged forward.

"I will not let you harm anyone else!" Sailor Moon challenged, Inner Senshi stood firmly beside her.
"Sailor Moon? Masaka!" Kunzite exclaimed as he approached them. "I sent you to the Multi-dimensional World of Chaos!"
"On this world, you will not have your way." Sailor Jupiter sneered.
"Thanks to you, we could recover the memories of our past life." Sailor Venus stated.
"Let me say..."Sailor Mercury began. She stepped forward, followed by Sailor Mars.
"Thank you." Mars finished.
"I will not be mocked by mere children." Kunzite growled.
"Tuxedo Kamen-sama, no, Endymion-sama, give him back." Sailor Moon proclaimed.
"If you peacefully hand over the Ginzuishou, I'll gladly return him to you." Kunzite attacked, a dark mist enveloped the cave as the senshi gasped. Two boomerang-like weapons appeared in his hands, Kunzite threw them at Sailor Moon, slashing her arms and legs. Sailor Moon fell backwards into Venus's waiting arms.
"Sailor Moon!" Venus cried.
"You're even more vile than you appear!" Mercury cried.
"I won't forgive you!" Mars snapped.
Kunzite caught his weapons in midair, "In my dimension, your attacks will not work." He threw his weapons again, this time slashing the inners.
"Minna, combine powers! Protect Sailor Moon!" Venus announced. "Venus Power!" The inners raised their henshi sticks into the air.
"Mercury Power!"
"Mars Power!"
"Jupiter Power!"
A wall of sprinkling light surrounded them and Sailor Moon. Kunzite threw his weapons once more. They continuously attacked the four guardian soldiers who slowly sank to the floor, never letting the shield go.
"Minna!" Sailor Moon cried in horror, she glared hatefully at the Dark Kingdom general. "Even if you buy us much nicer clothes at a haute couture house, I will not forgive you for shredding a girl's clothes!" She stepped out of the barrier, "Tsukini kawatte oshkioyo!" She pulled out her Moon Stick, "Moon Healing Escalation!"
Kunzite draws his cape in front of him. The light from the Ginzuishou melted away the darkness. "I am Kunzite, one of the Four Lords of the Dark Kingdom! I will never say 'Refresh* at you bidding!" He threw one of his boomerangs at Sailor Moon. Using her Moon Stick, she hit the attack back to Kunzite. "Nani?!" Drawing his cape once again, his own weapon stabbed him. "Masaka! By my own weapon I am... Zoisite! The world where your spirit resides... Guide me there!" He stretched his right hand toward the sky and vanished in a mass of bubbles.
*Flash*
"Tsukino-san, daijobu?" The lawyer shook Usagi's shoulders.
"Daijobu, Taylor-san." Usagi replied.
"You should go home and rest, we've been at it all night." Taylor glanced worriedly at his client's daughter, deep concern apparent in his agate eyes. She was pale and tired and would undoubtedly collapse if she didn't get some rest.
"Hai, I should go home. Arigato Taylor-san." Usagi sighed, gathering her belongings. She smiled wearily at the lawyer before walking out the door. One of Taylor's fellow lawyers approached him, patted him on the shoulder and said, "There, there, my friend, you'll get her one day."
"Nani?" Taylor exclaimed.
"It's obvious you have the hots for that girl." The lawyer smirked.
Taylor put his hands up and denied, "Our relationship is purely professional."
"Sure, whatever you say." The lawyer shouted over his shoulder as he walked away.

Sunshine broke through the lacy white curtains of Usagi's penthouse bedroom. She continued to toss in bed, mumbling for her mother to let her sleep five minutes. Well, old habits die-hard.
"Usagi-chan, wake up!" Luna screamed at the top of her lungs, the black cat stared furiously at her ward. In turn, Usagi smacked the cat across the room for making so much noise.
Twenty minutes later, she was out the door, Luna right by her heel. Three blocks from her apartment, Usagi arrives at the Crown Game Center. She waved to Kano Hikari, who was frantically telling her to come over.
"What is it Hikari-chan?" Usagi asked worriedly.
"Usagi-chan, there are these gorgeous men upstairs talking with Furuhata-san." Hikari squealed.
"So?" Usagi asked blankly.
"You're a gorgeous movie star without a boyfriend!" Hikari exclaimed.
"So you are implying?"
"That's like Buckingham Palace without its crown jewel."
"I think you had a little too much sugar today." Usagi raced up the stairs toward the Crown Fruit Parlor to meet her friends.
~~~
"Mamoru-kun, it's been years. Why didn't you come visit sooner?" Motoki frowned at his friend.
"I couldn't get away from work." Mamoru chuckled. "Besides, Jed here is dead scared of flying, hates even being within an one mile radius of the airport."
"That you for you support, doc." Jadeite sulked.
"There, there, my friend, fire shall soon bring light to your soul." Nephrite smiled secretively.
"Uh, sure," Jadeite sweatdropped.
Motoki stared strangely at the pair, his gaze drifted toward the stairs just as Usagi jogged in, Luna not a step behind her mistress. "Ohayo, Usagi-chan!"
Mamoru froze, it can't be, his mind denied, but it seemed inevitable now. He slowly turned around on his stool. His azure eyes met a pair of shocked cerulean. Fate could be so cruel yet so sweet.
Twenty minutes later, she was out the door, Luna right by her heel. Three blocks from her apartment, Usagi arrives at the Crown Game Center. She waved to Kano Hikari, who was frantically telling her to come over.
"What is it Hikari-chan?" Usagi asked worriedly.
"Usagi-chan, there are these gorgeous men upstairs talking with Furuhata-san." Hikari squealed.
"So?" Usagi asked blankly.
"You're a gorgeous movie star without a boyfriend!" Hikari exclaimed.
"So you are implying?"
"That's like Buckingham Palace without its crown jewel."
"I think you had a little too much sugar today." Usagi raced up the stairs toward the Crown Fruit Parlor to meet her friends.
"Mamoru-kun, it's been years. Why didn't you come visit sooner?" Motoki frowned at his friend.
"I couldn't get away from work." Mamoru chuckled. "Besides, Jed here is dead scared of flying, hates even being within an one mile radius of the airport."
"That you for you support, doc." Jadeite sulked.
"There, there, my friend, fire shall soon bring light to your soul." Nephrite smiled secretively.
"Uh, sure," Jadeite sweatdropped.
Motoki stared strangely at the pair, his gaze drifted toward the stairs just as Usagi jogged in, Luna not a step behind her mistress. "Ohayo, Usagi-chan!"
Mamoru froze, it can't be, his mind denied, but it seemed inevitable now. He slowly turned around on his stool. His azure eyes met a pair of shocked cerulean. Fate could be so cruel yet so sweet.
