Sailor Universe: Chapter 1
 
“Serena! We're going to be late for the meeting!!”
“Oh chill Raye! We will get to the meeting! I just wanna say hi to this new girl in school.”
“Oh, all right. Just hurry.”
They approached a young girl who was sitting on a bench. She had long, flowing, pure white hair that was done up in a style similar to Sailor Pluto's. Her eyes were blue-gray and full of emotions.
“Marlena? Hi! I'm Serena, I'm in Ms. Hurana's class with you! This is my friend Raye.”
“Oh, hi. Um, maybe you could help me with something.”
“Sure!”
“Uh, Serena, the meeting!”
“Oh, yeah. Hmm, is it something you need help with right now? Or can it wait?”
“Well, actually, I was wondering if you could help me find the Sailor Scouts. I've been having weird dreams lately that I think might have to do with them. They might be in danger.”
“THE SAILOR SCOUTS?! Ah, Marlena, why do you think we could find them??”
“I wasn't sure if you could. Something inside of me just told me to ask. Could you?? I'm worried they will get hurt if I don't contact them.”
<Raye, maybe we should take her to the meeting. We could say that we could rely messages to, well, ourselves. >
<I don't like it Serena. It is too risky. She might realize we are the Scouts. But if what she says is true, then I guess we have no choice. Invite her to go with us. >
“Hey, Marlena, why don't you go to our meeting with us? We might be able to help you.”
“Ok…”
“Um, excuse me. I know this might seem strange, but could I ask what your name is?”
“It's Marlena Kaolin. Why do you ask?” She says as she looks up at an alarmingly attractive guy.
“I was just struck by your beauty and had to ask. My name is Colin McCaine. Might we meet sometime?”
“Uh, sure. How bout here? Same time?”
“Ok, I'll see you then. Farewell.”
Colin's thoughts: `Why did I feel compelled to talk to her?? How could someone I don't even know seem so beautiful when no other girls ever have?'
 
**AT THE MEETING**
“Marlena, there is a reason we asked you to come along. We can rely a message to the Sailor Scouts, but we cannot introduce you to them. Their identities must remain a secret, and we are sworn to protect them.”
<Oh, Serena, nice lie. >
<It is not a lie. We are technically sworn to protect our identities from being known, otherwise we'd be dead by now. >
“Well, I guess it'll have to do. After all, they will still be warned. Um, I guess I better start with the dreams. I keep seeing myself as a princess. An evil woman kills me with some kind of spear. There is a knight, though I cannot see his face, I know his name to be Colin. He tries to protect me, but is killed first and dies saying he loves me. The woman, Beryl, says that she wants to kill me before I become Sailor Universe. She says I am the only one who can save some Moon Kingdom. Then after she kills me, I see a queen. She says her name is Serlena, that she is my mother and that the Sailor Scouts and me are in danger. Something called the Kullden is coming to destroy Earth. She says I must warn them. Then I see them, and my dream ends. This has been happening for the past two weeks.”
“WHOA!! That is some dream! We will pass the information on to them, Marlena. Um, that guy we met today. Be careful around him, ok? There is no way of knowing if he is on the side of the Kullden.”
<I don't think he is, Ami. I think he is the knight from her dream. Of course, the Enemy could have created the whole dream. Luna, do you sense anything from her?>
<Yes, Raye, but I am unclear what it is. However, it is not evil.>
“Marlena, we must go to find the Scouts. Be careful. I'll see you in school tomorrow.”
