Sailor Universe: Chapter 3
Everyone but Serena, Colin, and Marlena started to yell, “WHAT??! Why didn't you tell us your powers were leaving?”
“Do not worry. I believe that they will return. I think they were just overtaxed from the last Enemy. I will try to do a reading tonight. Colin, Marlena, I invite you to stay here tonight. If what Queen Serlena says is true, you will need protection from the Kullden until you receive your powers.”
“I don't think that's necessary..”
“Yes it is, Marlena. And Raye, I hate to impose, but I believe that the other Scouts and I should stay also.”
“You are right Mina. We have plenty of room. All of you can have your usual bedrooms.”
“Ok, then. Marlena, Colin, go home and pack a bag for several days. Lita and Mina will go with you. Then they will bring you back here. Be quick.”
“But don't they need to get some clothes too?”
“No, we all keep clothes here just in case we have to stay a while. It's a way of keeping our identities from our families. Go now.”
 
**THE NEXT DAY**
“Raye, did the fire tell you anything?”
“Yes, Serena it did. My powers seem to have returned completely. I think it might be because of Marlena and Colin. Anyway, the fire showed an image of Marlena as Sailor Universe and of Colin as Sunlight Knight. You really should see their outfits. They are spectacular.”
“Raye!! Was there anything else?”
“Yes, there seemed to be a shadow of darkness hanging above them. I could not figure out what it was or why it is there. It might have something to do with the Kullden.”
“Maybe you should check to see if the rest of us have that same shadow.”
“Of course, Serena. I will do it immediately. Um, do you think Marlena might challenge you for the throne in the future?”
“No, why do you think that? You and the rest of the Scouts were also princesses, but none of you have challenged me.”
“Well, she is Sailor Universe. That sounds more like the ruler of all planets than the Moon. Also, Rini never mentioned Marlena or Colin when she was here.”
“Raye, you know as well as I, that the future has changed. It changed the minute we stopped the NegaMoon. It probably continued to change as Rini trained with us. Perhaps, the Kullden would not have come if the future had not been changed. Then Marlena and Colin would never have had the dreams.”
“You are right. I should not have doubted them. However, I would like permission to have Setsuna contact your future self. Just to make sure the future hasn't changed completely.”
“You have my permission. And tell her to say hi to Rini for me.”
“Of course. I will check the fire then call Setsuna.”
“While you are at it, have her contact Haruka, Michiru, and Hotaru as well. It is time for all of the Scouts to be reunited once more.”
“As you say, Princess.”
Serena's thoughts: `Why did she say princess? None of them calls me that except when I use the Crystal.'
