Sailor Universe: Chapter 20
 
“Lita, is everyone ready?”
“Yes, Earth's troops are in place. They are at some strategic places, you know, the ones our Enemies always attack.”
“Yes, great idea. I guess that it is time for us to leave. Mina, please alert the people to our departure. We will leave in five minutes.”
“Yes, Serenity.”
 
**ON NASU**
“Sailor Universe!! We need that shield!”
“Right! STARRY HEARTS SHIELD!!”
Once again, a shield was formed that protected them from harm.
“Sailor Moon, watch out!”
For some reason, the shield had not formed in front of her, and all of the Enemies redirected their attacks towards her. Sailor Universe dived towards the queen and managed to move the shield in front of her just in time.
“Whew, that was a close one. Nice save, Universe!”
“Thanks, but don't ever scare me like that again!!”
“Of course…”
“Why hello, Sailor Bums! How are you today?”
“JUST FINE, no thanks to your minions. Why don't you just give up now??”
“Naw, I think that I will just destroy all of you. It would be so much more fun.”
“Too bad, because you are the one who will be destroyed!!”
“We'll just see about that! Blackened Hearts attack!”
Millions of seemingly see-through forms appeared and began to march towards our heroes. These shadow-like figures had an eerie grin, as if they did not care who won or lost as long as they got to fight.
“Sailor Moon!”
“What Mars?!”
“Remember the ball after I first became a Scout? Use the Twilight Flash. They are darkness and shadows just as that youma was!!”
“MOON TWILIGHT FLASH!!” The bright light illuminated the area, but was not enough to destroy all of the demons.
“ Try it again! It has to work!”
“Ok, here goes nothing! MOON TWILIGHT FLASH!!!” Serena put all of her strength into that one attack, and it succeeded.
“Way to go, Sailor Moon, but that is not the end of this battle!”
“Oh shut- up, Karimenta, and do your worse already. We are getting bored.”
“How dare you! Well, let's just get rid of your pathetic friends, and I'll battle you, one on one.” The evil queen snapped her fingers and all of the Scouts, except for Sailor Moon, were trapped inside a black sphere.
“Let my friends go, now! You cannot beat us Karimenta!!”
“It's Queen Karimenta to you!”
“Ha! I would never give you the honor of that title. Your parents killed the true rulers of this planet, and we shall free its people in their names!”
“Oh, pluh-lease! You cannot defeat me Sailor Moon! I am much stronger than my sister was.”
“So? We have defeated Enemies ten times as strong as your sister. Ah, forget it. Let's just fight already.” With that, Sailor Moon launched herself at the evil queen. Karimenta was caught off guard and Sailor Moon's punched connected squarely with her nose.
“You brat! You will pay for that!!”
“Sailor Moon! I think it is time to use the Crystal! It's the only way!!”
“No Mars! It could kill her!”
“ NOBODY is going to die! GALAXY STARDUST BEAM!!”
Sailor Universe's attack, fueled by her rage, created a hole in the sphere and the attack temporarily paralyzed Queen Karimenta.
“I'll help you out, sweetie!! GALAXY STAR SPIRAL!!!”
“Sailor Universe and Sunlight Knight are doing it right! We have to give it all we've got!! Just think of everything that Enemies have done. All that they have taken away from us and the people of Earth! CUPID'S ARROW STRIKE!”
“Yeah! Everyone call upon your attacks now! TIDAL WAVE DESCEND!”
(Everyone attacks)
“DIAMOND BLIZZARD FLY!!”
As all of the attacks went after Karimenta, the Silver Imperium Crystal started to fly from Sailor Moon's brooch. Everyone just stared at it then started yelling at Sailor Moon not to use it.
“Guys! It's doing this on its own. I am not controlling the Crystal!”
“It is controlled by the wishes of your heart! Stop wishing to use it!!”
“If that is truly the wish of my heart, then it must be done. Perhaps this is meant to be. This could be what shall defeat her once and for all.”
Out of the Crystal, an image appeared of Queen Serenity with someone else.
“Queen Serlena!”
“Our children, this knowledge is our last gift to you. Use it well so that you may live in peace forever more. The Crystal is the only thing that can defeat this evil queen, but it must be joined with the staff of the one true King of Earth. Oh, Princesses, you are so beautiful. Find Endymion's staff, for it is the only way to use the Universe Containment Sphere. It will create a small sphere around Karimenta that she can never escape from. She will never be able to affect anything, but will be forced to watch on for all of eternity. I love you, Marlena, my child. Take good care of my daughter, Colin.”
“I will, Queen Serlena.”
“And Endymion, you had better take care of Serenity. I love you Serenity. Farewell everyone.”
Everyone had tears coming down their cheeks as the queens disappeared. But Karimenta interrupted their grieving.
“Ha! You cannot defeat me! That staff was lost long ago. Even my sister could not find it.”
“Your sister did not have the one true King of Earth. We do. We will find it, and then we shall return and defeat you once and for all!”
The Sailor Scouts teleported back to the Earth Palace where their generals were waiting for them.
“Did you succeed? Are we finally free from Karimenta's attacks?? Sailor Moon! Why won't you answer me?!”
“What…oh, I am sorry. I was thinking over what happened. No, Karimenta is not defeated yet. We greatly miscalculated her strength. But do not worry, we know now how to defeat her. We must find the staff of the one true King of Earth. Endymion, do you think that your father or you could have hidden it??”
“If I did, I do not remember it, and that would be must unusual. However, my father could have done it if he realized Beryl's true nature in time. Perhaps it is near the old Earth Palace.”
“But that is near the North Pole, where Beryl's headquarters were. Wouldn't she have found it if it was that close?”
“Maybe or maybe not. It might depend on how much she concentrated on finding it.”
“That is true…”
“Um, Sailor Moon, what are you talking about?”
“Oh, sorry, General Kunzite. Everyone, let's detransform and meet in the Strategy Room.”
