wrote this fanfic for my sister. Hope ya like it.Do not be too harsh it is my first fanfic.If you are a major Mamoru/Darien fan do not read, and if you do, please dont throw anything at me.

I do not own Sailor Moon or related characters they belong to Takeuchi, Naoko. Although I would like to own Seiya. Ahh….. Okay so I am getting my mind out of the gutter.

**********Chapter 4
Silver Sailor Moon

Usagi stood on her balcony and overlooked the ruin of her city. Crystal Tokyo had been close to being destroyed, Sailor Moon and her faithful Senshi had fought so hard to save their kingdom.

The queen in her white dress that flowed out behind her looked very much like a mythical goddess. The moon rose before her and the breeze blew wisps of hair, which had fallen from her long ponytails, across her face. Her hair was the color of the full moon on a pitch black night. The crescent moon on her forehead glowed. Her small fingers stroked the small rose shaped crystal that hung on a thin gold chain around her neck. She smiled a secret smile when she saw the red, blue, and yellow shooting stars shoot across the night sky.

"Odang... Queen Serenity!"

The voice behind her broke her from her thoughts. Usagi recognized the voice immediately, but she did not turn around. "I want to hear it." She said softly, almost whispering.

"Hear what?"

"Call me by my nickname...Please."

"Odango?"

"Seiya, my friend, you came!" She threw herself into his arms. She buried her face into his broad, hard chest, sobbing.

Shocked, not knowing what to do Seiya held her small frame close to him; he laid his cheek against her hair, until she stopped crying. "Serenity what has happened?"

She pulled back from him, still holding both of his hands in hers. She looked up into his face; she was stunned by the warm feelings that welled up inside of her.

“You did not come alone.” She said not as a question, but a statement.

Surprised he shook his head. “No, my brothers came with me. In fact they are out looking for Ami and Minako as we speak.” He smiled down at her.

She reached out to touch his face, dropped her hand. Usagi dared not to.

She noticed how truly good-looking he was, the same as Mamoru, but so different. Usagi realized that the two men look nothing alike. Yes, they both have blue eyes, but Mamoru's eyes had more purple in them. Seiya was slightly taller, and a little thinner. Not only are they different on the outside, but so much different personalities. Mamoru was always so subdued, Seiya was always so open. Around Seiya she could always be herself, and not ever feel embarrassed. Sometimes Seiya could be just as much of a klutz as she.

Seiya reached out to wipe the tear that slid down her face. He had always been so tender to me. She thought about their night together, and the touch of his hand on her skin made her blush. Quickly she turned from him; she hoped that he didn't notice she looked back over the city.

Seiya noticed Usagi blush, he thought, how she must hate him.

Trying to sound strong, she told him everything. "The day when you left," again she blushed. "Neo-King Endymion came to see me. He gave me a new, more powerful crystal, and a chance to become Silver Sailor Moon."

Seiya could hear the pain in her voice at the mention of her beloved king's name.

"A day later Uranus and Neptune came to me with news that Lucite had built up an army, and were planning an attack. We had our army get as many people out of the city as possible." Usagi's voice cracked. "Unfortunately we could not get everyone."

Seiya nodded, he understood there must have been some casualties. His heart bled for Usagi and her people.

"We battled for what seemed like days, they were so strong, but we ran them out of the city. Lucite has made a pact with the Doom Phantom. He is very powerful now. Wounded and battered we had won the battle, but the war is far from over. They will be back; my army and my Senshi are ready when they do. I fear that the only way to save my city is to use the crystal. I don’t know exactly what will happen, but that does not matter I must save my people."

"I wish I had known." Seiya said with tears in his eyes. "I would have been here fighting by your side. I would have been here trying to protect you."

This time she did take his face in her hands, she looked deeply in his eyes. "I know you would have, that is why I called to you."

"That was you, how?"

Usagi shook her head, "That's not what is important. I need you. I need your strength by my side."

Seiya broke down and sobbed, "How can you ever forgive me for what happened. You needed someone to be there for you, and I took advantage of you. Then I left you."

Still holding his face she looked at him with only one emotion, not that of hatred, but of love. "My dear Seiya, you did not take advantage of me, I feel that I took advantage of you, and your love for me."

He was shocked by what she just said.

"I know how you feel about me," she turned away. "How you felt about me. Over the past year I have grown up a lot. More things make sense to me now. I have to make my own destiny."

He noticed that Usagi looked nothing bike the waif of a month ago. She had gained back her weight and her skin had its beautiful shine back. Her hair, although now silver, was luxurious and long. In her blue eyes, he could see wisdom that had not been there before. Her beautiful aura was back, but this time her aura was powerful and strong. Although she seemed sad, she was not the distraught, lost girl he had been with, what seemed so long ago.

He put his arms around her waist, and held her tight. Seiya whispered in her ear, "Serenity, I will always love you."

With tears in her eyes she turned to him, "And I...love you. I told you to call me Usagi. Serenity is another person with a different destiny. I am Usagi with a new destiny, my own destiny." Usagi stood up on her tiptoes and kissed him on his lips.

After a few seconds Seiya let go and kissed her back, he felt so much love for her. Her soft lips on his, the softness of her caress on his back. All of the emotions he had been holding back came to the surface and exploded. He began to weep.

Around them the fragrance of roses, rose up through the air. Usagi pulled away from him suddenly. Her eyes sparkled with tears.

"I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have.............” Seiya tried to turn his head away.

Usagi stopped him and put her fingers to his lips. She smiled up at him, "Yes, you should." She wiped away his tears and she held him closer to her.

Seiya whispered into her hair. "My Odango let me protect you. I will protect you forever my angel." Until the day I die. He leaned down and kissed her again, he would never let go. This was his destiny.

Footsteps came running towards them, down the hall.

"Usagi, there is someone in the palace. The Senshi are looking...." A tall girl, with short light-blonde hair, and wearing a white and navy blue sailor suit, stopped dead in her tracks. Serenity, their queen, she was in the arms of another man. She was kissing someone other than their king. "Kitten...."

Usagi looked at her friend, suppressed a small smile. "Yes, Uranus, I am quite aware there is someone here."

"Seiya...." Was all Uranus could muster to say. She just stared at them in disbelief. Then anger over came her.

"You bastard," Uranus yelled, "what are you doing here?" She pushed Seiya away from Usagi. She stood between her queen and Seiya; she pointed her finger in his face, threateningly. "Trying to take advantage of a defenseless, vulnerable woman?"

Usagi put her hand on her friends arm to calm her down. She talked softly to her friend. "Haruka, he is here, because I called for him. I needed his help here.”

Looking at Usagi in disbelief, she shook her head. Her long bangs fell down into her eyes.

"Besides, I'm not defenseless or vulnerable." Usagi pouted.

"Seiya." Neptune exclaimed as she stepped out onto the balcony. Irritation showed on Uranus' face, at the familiarity in her girlfriend’s voice.

A loud noise was heard out on the front lawn of the palace, and Mars fire could be seen shining like a beacon in the darkness. "The final battle has begun." Usagi replied.

"Yes, it has. Seiya, looks like you showed up just in time for all of the action. Are you ready to fight, stand beside our queen, and stand by Sailor Moon?" Uranus asked Seiya with venom in her voice.

"I will stand by Sailor Moon till the end." He replied.

“Silver Moon Makeup!"

“Fighter Star Power Makeup!”

Suddenly a blinding light filled the night, where Usagi once stood, now stood Silver Sailor Moon. She was wearing a white sailor suit with a pink skirt and large pink bow. She had small plates of white armor on her shoulders, not unlike that of Neo-King Endymion. Flowing down her back a short pink cape attached to the front with a gold heart shaped broach. She was holding a long pink scepter topped with a golden crescent moon. Inside the crescent moon is a large rose shaped silver crystal.

Sailor Moon, with her long silver ponytails blowing out behind her, looked very much like a powerful warrior angel prepared for war.

Sailor Moon turned around to face Seiya. The man standing before her was stunningly handsome. He was dressed all in black. Black jacket with gold stars sewn into the collar, black leather pants and boots. Around his shoulders he wore a black cape, latched with a gold star with wings. Hanging by his side he had a glittering gold sword. He looked like a fairy tale prince, come to rescue his maiden.

“Are you ready, Star Fighter Knight?” The queen asked her knight.

The four warriors leaped from the balcony to join in the battle that ensued below.

The Senshi and their army were fighting with all of their strength. They were a small group compared with the many brought by the enemy.

"Silver Moon Beam Shine"

"Dead Scream"

"World Shaking"

“Silent Wall”

"Deep Submerge"

When combined their attacks were unstoppable, but this enemy had some dark energy behind them. Powers never seen before. The dark energy would just suck up their attacks and throw them back at the Senshi.

"Mars Fire Bird Flames"
"Jupiter Thunder Dragon Electrocute”

"Venus Beautiful Crush"
"Mercury Freezing Bubbles Smash"

Star Fighter Knight, Star Healer Knight, Star Maker Knight, and the eight Senshi fought strong beside Sailor Moon, but they all, one by one, had fallen. Knowing the only way to end the battle once and for all, Sailor Moon knew she had to use her last resort.

Sailor Moon looked around the battle field with a heavy heart. She did not like fighting or killing. The blood soaking into the ground made her nauseous. She could see that many of her people had fallen, injured or dead. Her Senshi and the Star Light Knights were trying to fight fiercely, but they were beginning to get weak.

Having seen what she intended Star Fighter yelled out to her. "Sailor Moon, no. It will be too strong for you."

Silver Sailor Moon stood in the middle of the battle; she closed her eyes and raised her staff high above her head. She yelled, "Silver Rose Crystal Activation"

A bright light erupted from the Silver Moon Crystal atop the staff and shot up into the air, all fighting stopped immediately. Both armies looked up at Sailor Moon, who was bathed in blinding silver light.

"You will not brainwash my men." Someone yelled out from the crowd. Lucite, the same man who taken the life of her king, rushed toward Sailor Moon. He held the combined black crystals in his hand. He shouted incantations as he aimed the crystal at Sailor Moon.

"No..." a torn and badly battered Star Fighter Knight tried to stop the man, but he was too late. The black crystal emitted a ray of dark energy. Star Fighter was hit directly by the energy. With all he had left in him, he took his sword and impaled Lucite with it.

"You may have killed my body, but you have not killed my spirit." The man laughed at him. "Someday I will have my revenge. Trust me," As he breathed, his last breath. "I am a very wise man." Lucite’s body turned to dust and disappeared, Seiya fell over dead.

“No, Seiya….” Taiki and Yaten run over to their brother.

"Sailor Moon" The Senshi, yelled out in unison.

The light around Sailor Moon only got brighter, and brighter. Suddenly Neo-King Endymion's spirit appeared behind Sailor Moon and put his hands on her shoulders.

Silver light shot down from the sky and washed over the battlefield. The battle was over.

Seiya got the sensation that someone was standing over him, he opened his eyes and sat up with a start. He looked up into the face of the king. Neo-King Endymion reached out his hand to help Seiya, no longer Star Fighter Knight, up.

Seiya looked around; all he could see was fog. Am I dead, is this what death is like?

“No, Seiya, you are not dead.” Endymion chuckled. “Usako saved you and everyone else with her crystal.”

“Then does that mean you have come back for Usagi?” Seiya asked half-heartedly.

"No. I am still dead.” He smiled a knowing smile to Seiya. “She loves you very much, Seiya Star Fighter. You have been in her heart for a long time." Endymion looked directly into his eyes. "She had fallen in love with you many years ago, even though she hadn’t realized it yet. And you love her.”

“King Endymion she loves you. Why won’t you come back to her?”

Endymion smiled sadly. “I chose not to. I chose to give you my golden star seed and my destiny.”

“I don’t understand what you mean. How can I have your star seed? You are the protector of Earth.” Seiya shook his head, but deep down he knew the truth.

“When I died my star seed became yours, now you are the protector of Earth and of Usagi. Seiya, you have taken over my destiny with Usagi, so you had better treat her well. Protect her, or you will have me to answer to."

All he could do was watch Endymion turn to walk off, but he turned back to Seiya. “Star Fighter Knight, Usagi needs you now.” Star Fighter awoke with a start. He looked up into the tear streaked faces of his brothers. They grabbed him into a big hug.

“You’re alive, she saved you.”

Realization hit Seiya; he pushed away his brothers and ran over to his love. She was lying on the ground, lifelessly. Having drained all of her energy she had transformed back into Usagi. He fell down on the ground beside her and pulled her into his arms. The Sailor Senshi and the Star Light Knights came and kneeled around them.

"Usagi....." Mars choked out.

“We can’t loose you.” Venus cried.

Seiya hugged her lifeless body to his. “Odango, I can’t loose you now. I love you.” He leaned over and kissed her lips. A light came down from the sky and bathed them in warm light. The crystal on the end of Sailor Moon’s staff glowed and became whole again.

Usagi stirred and came to. She looked up into the beautiful blue eyes that were so full of worry and love. She wiped away the tears on his cheeks. “Seiya, I love you too. No more tears.” She smiled up at her love, and then she looked around at all of her friends. "We did it, thank you."

"Yes, we defeated Lucite and his army." Uranus took her queens hand. "A few fled before they were healed and with the crystal you rebuilt the city."

Seiya pulled her up into his strong arms, and carried her into the palace.

Usagi laughed at him. “You know, I can walk myself.”

Seiya smiled at her. “I know, but I like it this way.”

Yaten looked at the couple as they disappeared into the palace. “He always has to be the romantic.” He made a face as if he were sick.

Minako walked up beside of him. “Well, you could take a few lessons from him.” She punched him in the arm; his pale green eyes twinkled as he grabbed the blond princess into his arms and carried her into the palace. Minako squealed all the way.

All eyes turned toward Ami and Taiki. Rei said what came to everyone’s mind. “What about you two? Are you going to sweep your princess off her feet and into the palace?”

Ami and Taiki turned three shades of red, and took hold of each others hand. “I think we will take it a little slower.” Taiki answered and led the blue haired princess through the doors.

The remaining princesses looked at each other and laughed, as they followed the couples into the palace.

The orchestra played as couples danced around the floor of the crystal ballroom. Laughter could be heard from all over the palace. The queen and her new king were standing out in the courtyard looking out over their city. Two months had passed since the battle and the city and its people had been restored by Silver Sailor Moon’s Crystal.

“Odango, are you happy?” Seiya asked his queen.

“Yes.” Was all she would say. She had a serious look on her face.

Seiya turned her to look at him. “Why do you look so sad?”

“I’m not sad. I was just thinking about Chibi-usa.”

Setsuna and Hotaru walked up behind them. “Queen Serenity.”

The couple turned around to look at them. “Hotaru had something that she wanted to tell the two of you.”

“Serenity several months ago I had a vision it was of you, King Endymion, and another man. Now I know it was Seiya. The three of you were tied together by a red ribbon; the ribbon symbolizes love and destiny. Endymion cut the ribbon that connected him to you and handed Seiya his destiny with you.”

She stopped for a moment. Tears came to her eyes and made them glisten purple. “Last night another vision came to me. Serenity you and Seiya ran into each others arms and kissed. A glow came between you two and a star was created. The star had a pink aura around it.”

“The vision that Hotaru had last night was about Chibi-usa. Chibi-usa was always meant to be, she may not be the daughter of Endymion, but she will always be your daughter. It’s just that her father is now going to be Seiya.” Seiya and Usagi blushed. “That’s why our memories of her did not disappear.” Setsuna smiled at the two.

She took Hotaru’s hand and turned to walk back into the palace. Hotaru turned to look over her shoulder and look at the couple. “Everything has turned out as it should be.” She smiled and walked through the doors.

Usagi had tears in her eyes. “I haven’t lost her at all.”

“So you have met our daughter.” Seiya looked down at his Odango. “Could you tell me all about her?”

She smiled back up at him. “Well, she has pink hair in a style like mine, and she is just as annoying as you are.” She pretended to push him away.

Seiya pulled Usagi into his arms. “She sounds great; I can’t wait to meet her.”
