Hello minna!!! Welcome back for those of you who have stuck with me for over a year now while I wrote my story and found time to post it. As some of you may know I have decided once again that I don't like the quality of the story and in an attempt to make it better I enlisted the help of my girlfriend otherwise known to you as Tenshi Moon. It has taken awhile but between the two of us we have managed to re-write the prologue and the first chapter. I hope all of you like the new version the storyline will stay the same however as we get farther along into it some things may change so watch for them. Thanks a lot everyone!!!!! ~Miko~

Silver Star

Prologue

It is a very dark room that we center on; there are no lights, save what comes from a small window in the ceiling. The rest of the room is bathed in darkness but you can just barely make out a form on the back wall. A young girl is slumped against the wall, her hands chained to it, her wrists raw and caked with dried blood from her past efforts to struggle against her bonds. There isn't much left of her once strong body, malnourishment and beatings showing their marks which may disappear but will never be forgotten. Only small strips of cloth are left to cling to her body from the magnificent outfit she once wore.

To most it would seem that the girl had given up hope, but those who knew her would never think that. She has always been the bravest of them all, fighting youma, struggling to never loose hope and protect her home, family and friends. The only recognizable things left on her are the two balls of hair that crown the top of her head. She is Princess Serenity of The Moon Kingdom, better known in this modern time as Tsukino Usagi or Sailor Moon.

Her thoughts run ramped as she struggles to clear her clouded thoughts and organize past events to keep her from insanity. She concentrates on what happened to her and why she is being held captive; painfully she begins to remember….

"They are spread too far apart; we have to bring them together," said one of the Guardians.

"I agree but how are we going to do that?" was the reply from the second.

"I know! We will handle the Sovereign, I have a plan," said the first.

"I don't know, the others will not like this should they find out, but it must be done."

"I will prepare the Star," replied the third knowing the plan would work.

"Married!" She cried, "You're getting married? You've been like an older sister to me! What will I do for a roommate now?"

Two golden eyes watched solemnly at the exchange knowing that everything had been set in motion.
