The Revolution Prophecy
In the beginning, there was Harmony and Chaos.
Two closely intertwined forces, destined by the Creator to force evolution throughout the universe, Harmony and Chaos chose champions through the endless ages in the never-ending battle for supremacy. Neither good nor evil, only two entities never to rest until the other was gone.
But there can be no light without the darkness to define the difference.
So the conflict between exists throughout the millennia, the battle fought between Harmony's champions, known throughout the universe as Sailor Senshi, and Chaos' champions, simply referred to as the Enemy.
Many millennia ago, a great battle between the forces of Harmony and Chaos occurred, known far and wide as the Sailor Wars. Lasting countless years, it cost the lives of countless millions.
In the years before the end of the war, a child came to Serenity, the Queen of the Kingdom of the Moon, who held rule over the Milky Way Galaxy. A special child, she relayed to Serenity a dream she had seen. A vision of the future bestowed by the Creator.
In her dream, a black hole steadily grew larger and larger until it was surrounded by ten of the brightest stars she had ever seen, so bright that she could not look upon them directly. The dark hole raged against the stars trying to swallow their light, and succeeded in destroying five of them.
In a crystal clear moment, the light of the five dying stars swirled around the black hole and flew into the remaining five stars. The light they produced began to expand, crushing the black abyss in all directions until finally, the abyss was no more.
Serenity listened as the child spoke, her voice full of the innocence of her youth. She told Serenity that a voice told her that the Revolution would occur, a great battle to determine the final victor in the Sailor Wars, but it would not occur for thousands of years.
A warrior named Galaxia listened to this story and spat in anger, having seen the devastation brought about by the Sailor Wars. She declared that as the most powerful of all Senshi, she would end the threat of Chaos herself, declaring the girl's story a dream borne of an idle child's mind.
She set off to fight the Enemy herself, never to be seen again for a thousand years.
The child turned back to Serenity, her voice changed as she spoke, “In three thousand years, Harmony's greatest champions will fight Chaos one last time. Five will fall, and two become one. Only then will Harmony's Silver Star penetrate light into the heart of darkness.”
Serenity watched the child's eyes as they suddenly focused once more, and she bestowed her beautiful smile upon the child, and produced the Silver Crystal of legend.
And the Revolution Prophecy was born.
