InvincibleInuYasha: Hey, I just finished chapter 8. Sorry ff.net readers, I couldn't post because some servers were down. Also, in addition to the Fruits Basket fic I'm weriting which some of you may ahve heard of, I am also writing an Inu Yasha fic. I think I'll hold off on the Fruits Basket one though. Just because of the time. Ah yes, and thanks to all of you reviewers. I'm sorry, but since recognizing you each chapter is time consuming, I will just say an overall thanks to all who review. I love you. lol. Anyway, I'll just start with the chapter.

P.S.- Sorry, if you wanted a lemon. But I made it PG-13 and it shall stay PG-13. Since I am 13 myself.

Trapped

Chapter Nine

Usagi wrapped her arms around her curled legs, crying in agony. What crime had she committed to deserve tis punishment?! Her sobs racked through her body, the motion making her feel sick. Going through that whole ordeal had made her want to vomit. That man had taken her against her will, forcing her to do what she hadn't even done with Mamoru.

Luna paced across the room, her tail twitching every now and then in agitation. She stopped and stared at the two girls in front of her, "I really don't approve of this. They could be in danger. Are you sure you can't do anything about it, find a way?" Minako said, "We can't get in touch with Ami-chan, or even Mamoru-san.Without them, I'm doubt we can get much done." Makoto said, "And if they all couldn't get away, then we have no chance. It would be better if we stayed to protect the city. This might all be a plan for him to attack the city and take over. We have to stand strong for the people." Luna slumped down on the floor and whimpered, "Oh, Usagi-chan. I was supposed to guide you..." Artemis crept up to her, nudgeing her sympathetically, "Luna, there's nothing we can do."

Luna leapt away onto the windowsill, "You... You disappoint me." She quickly jumped onto a tree limb outside of the window and ran away. Artemis jumped on the windowsill, "Luna!" Minako sighed, "I knew she wouldn't like it." Artemis jumped onto the branch and onto the street, following Luna. Makoto sighed similarly, "She should be disappointed in us. It's our job to protect the Princess with our lives. And we call ourselves Sailor Scouts..."

She got up and left Minako's room. Minako lay on her bed, letting a tear slide down her face, "Sailor Moon..."

Skyler was in his study again. His son would be born in just less than a year. Now that this has been taken care of, there was nothing to worry about. everything would go as planned.

A knock on the door made him look up. Marcos said, "Father. I must leave. My presence in this time is no longer welcome." Skyler nodded, "Ah. Yes, I understand. It is because your soul is just beginning to form. It is difficult to exist in another time period when your past soul is existing at the same time." Marcos said, "Yes, I suppose tht's true. But I must go now Father. Please... Take care of Mother. I know now why she warned me that there may be things about her past that I would not wish to see." With that, he left the room, not looking back at his past Father.

Skyler smirked, "Everything according to plan. Just a few more years, and everything will be mine." His future self had given him a record of his past, giving detail about every little thing. In just a few short months, Usagi would begin warming up to him, knowing that she would have to as long as he has her captured and carrying his child. In the meantime, he would create more youma to take over city after city, in his name. He'd have a great deal of the Earth in his hands before the year was out, especially now, with the Prince gone. He would be the new Prince. Everything would be his, and he could give anything to Usagi. And in return, she woudl use the Ginzuishou for him. Skyler chuckled to himself. He couldn't wait.

Luna entered Minako's house, Artemis following her. It was almost three o' clock, the time Minako should be arriving home. Makoto was supposed to come over as well, upon Luna's request. She had decided on something important regarding Usagi's disappearance and what the two remaining scouts should do. The clock bell rang three times, and as if on cue, Minako and Makoto entered the room. Minako said, "Luna. I came straight here when you contacted us. What is it?" Luna sat on the bed and flicked her tail, "I know it doesn't seem right for you, keeping your identities hidden for so long and not having a regular life just for the sake of justice. But I think it's best if you two told Usagi-chan's family about everything. From the beginning." Makoto stared at her, "What?"

Luna said, "Tell them. They deserve to know what happened to their daughter. They need to know who she is and what she was willing to do for the safety of the people. She did so much, and they worry about her. Now that it's unlikely for them to see her again, they have a right to know why their daughter was taken away from them." Minako lowered her head, "Y-you're right Luna. We should tell them everything. And if they don't believe it, we'll prove it. We'll show them who we are." Luna nodded, "Good. I hate to say it, but... without Sailor Moon, the Senshi are finished... It's best if you would go now. Usagi-chan's father and brother will have arrived by the time you get there, and you should let them all know." Makoto got up and went to the door, "And you, Luna? Where will you stay?" Luna looked out of the window, "I should be able to get by alone." Artemis protested, "Luna, you can't!" Makoto said, "You've done so much for us. The least we could do is give you a place to stay." Luna said, "No. I'll only be a reminder to you about the whole thing. There isn't a team of senshi anymore for me to guide. I will leave and I won't bring a burden onto any of you. Thank you for protecting the world until now." With that, she leapt from the window, onto the tree, and sprinted away. Artemis stood on the windowsill, "Luna! LUNA!" Minako said, "She's had too much to deal with. Let's let her go." Artemis lay on the windowsill, his head between his paws, "Luna..."

Makoto knocked on the door of the Tsukino residence, waiting until the door was opened my Kenji Tsukino, still in his business suit and tie. He opened the door widely and stepped aside, "Ah, Makoto-san, Minako-san. Please, come in." They entered and were led into the living room to sit on the couch. Minako said, "We've come to tell your family of something important. About Usagi-chan. We came to tell all of you." Kenji nodded and left, finding Ikuko and Shingo in the kitchen. They entered the living room and sat on the couch opposite them, quietly, waiting for them to say something.

Minako sighed and said, "Usagi-chan... she is more than what you thought she was." Ikuko, on the verge of tears at the mention of her missing daughter, choked out, "Wh-what do you mean?" Makoto answered bluntly, "Usagi-chan is Sailor Moon." The room was silent for a moment. Finally Shigo said, "A-am I hearing straight? Usagi is Sailor Moon?" Makoto nodded and explained, "It started about a year ago. The jewelry store was being attacked by a youma. Luna, the black cat that was always with Usagi-chan, had given her a transformation brooch and taught her to fight. Tuxedo Kamen-sama would help on numerous occasions. Sailor Venus was awakened first but joined the group last. Mercury was the one awakened after Usagi-chan, then was Mars, and finally Jupiter. They all became good friends and fighting partners, all joined together by Sailor Moon. Then, many suspicions and a battle with Queen Beryl brought back our memories from our past lives on the moon, but also killed all of the Senshi and Tuxedo Kamen-sama. Sailor Moon's memories were brought forward by the tune from the moon locket, the same one that Prince Endymion gave her past life. Sailor Moon was Princess Serenity, and Tuxedo Kamen-sama was Prince Endymion, and together they both shared a forbidden love. A battle killed them both and destroyed much of the Moon Kingdom. The late Queen Serenity used the last of her life force and power of the Ginzuishou to revive all of the Senshi, including her daughter, to be reborn on Earth, living normal lives.

"After that battle, Sailor Moon used the rest of her power to have all of us reborn again to live normal lives. But more youma attacks a few months later forced Luna to revive us all over again. Usagi-chan and Mamoru-san were together at the time, now knowing each other's identities and past. Chibi-Usa had arrived later on and had been revealed as their future daughter who had traveled time to train with the Senshi. A little while later on, all of this started." Minako picked up where Makoto left off.

"On the night of Usagi-chan's and Rei-chan's disappearance, we were attacked by a sludge-type youma. It had taken Sailor Moon and Sailor Mars. Then, the youma disappeared too. We tried to track them down the next few days. We found them at a man called Skyler's house. He had wanted to kidnap Sailor Moon for her superior powers. Sailor Mars was taken as well because she had tried to save Sailor Moon. When we found out where they were, Tuxedo Kamen-sama went, since his civilian form was friends with Skyler before all of this was found out. After that we don't know too much. Sailors Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Chibi Moon had all gone to fight. Sailor Venus got injured and Sailor Jupiter took her away to get help. Sailor Mercury and Chibi Moon stayed behind to look for Sailor Moon, Sailor Mars, and Tuxedo Kamen-sama. That is all we know. We have no idea about how they are holding up, or even if they survived. Only Sailors Venus and Jupiter remain."

Ikuko burst into tears, "Why didn't she tell us?! We could have been more careful with her, could have treated her better!" Kenji didn't bother to listen to the sobs since he had heard them since the first day of Usagi's absence. Instead, he asked, "How could you two know so much? And how do we know you're telling the truth?" Minako looked over at Makoto. Makoto nodded and said, "Because we are the remaining Senshi." They both got up and pulled out their transformation pens. "Venus Power, Make-up!" "Jupiter Power, Make-up!" The girls transformed and appeared before the family in their crime-fighting attire.

Shingo looked at them in awe, "So all of you, Usagi and all of her friends... you're all the Sailor Senshi?" Sailor Jupiter replied, "Yes. Ami-chan is Sailor Mercury, Rei-chan is Sailor Mars, Chibi-Usa is Sailor Chibi Moon, and Mamoru-san is Tuxedo Kamen-sama. We're the only two that were not captured. And..." She turned away and covered her face with her hands. Sailor Venus finished for her, "We can't save them." Kenji said, "Why not? You are Sailor Senshi. You are the only ones capable of defeating someone like that enemy." Sailor Venus said, "If it's just the two of us, we will only succeed in being destroyed. We know that there are plans for this Skyler to take over the city. We have to protect the people, first and foremost. Is one of us fall, we keep going. I'm sorry, but it would be impossible. It's hard to go on without our closest friends, but for the sake of the people, we have to move on and protect them." Ikuko sobbed loudly, and Kenji wrapped his arms around her. Shingo looked upset, "So... So you can't save my sister? You can't save Sailor Moon?" Sailor Venus sighed, "I'm sorry Shingo-san. We can't." Shingo bit his lips and suggested hopefully, "But the police... you can call them, they'll-" "It's not so easy to defeat this person. The police forces are not powerful enough." Tears came to Shingo's eyes before he got up and ran up the stairs into his room, slamming the door behind him.

Sailor Venus stepped away into the kitchen and removed her transformation, crumpling onto the floor crying. Sailor Jupiter came in and removed her transformation as well. She said, "W-we should leave." Minako got up and wiped her eyes. They went to the front door. Makoto said shakily, "I'm so sorry. But there's nothing we can do..." With that, they left.

InvincibleInuYasha: Oh man. I'm pooped. I pulled an all-nighter waiting for Case Closed to come on. So I didn't sleep yet and it's 1:30 already. I hope you liked the chapter. Again, sorry for the no lemons thing. But I already said it. If you want a lemon that bad, use your imagination. And sorry it's short too. I'm going to the AnimeNEXT con next weekend and I didn't even start my costume yet (I'm going as Sango, my little bro will be kohaku. Cute!). Plus, I have some research for a project to do, so I won't be getting much writing done, I apologized in advance. Now, why don't you watch the flying cows until I get back? R&R! ;P
