Kane yawned in boredom. " Wonder when they're going to get done…" He looked over at Shute, who looked pale. " What seems to be the problem now?"

" Um…they forgot this…" He held up the piece of paper. Kane sweatdroped. " We're so doomed to fail this…" He sighed out a mushroom cloud.

Zero suddenly realized that they forgot the paper at the tournament grounds. " Shit!" He cursed. " Um…Baku?"

Baku did a back flip, kicking Ashuramaru in the jaw. He then charged at Ashuramaru.

" Baku!" Zero said a bit more urgently.

" Not now Zero!" Baku snapped while dodging two of Ashuramaru's spears.

" But it's important…!"

" It-- can-- WAIT!" Baku cut one of the other musha's spears in half. " Hahaa!"

" Um…actually, it can't…" Baku ignored Zero as he continued attacking Ashuramaru fiercely. " Bakunetsumaru!!"

" WHAT?!" Baku yelled.

" We forgot the code!!" Baku froze. He looked back at Zero. " WHAT?!" Zero sweatdroped.

" We forgot it…" Baku and Ashuramaru facefaulted.

" That means you cannot fight," Ashuramaru sighed. Zero grumbled.

" Greeaaat, just PERFECT!" Baku yelled. He looked up. " Anything else ya wanna do to us!?"

" Who are you talking to?" Zero asked.

" I dunno-Buddha!"

" Who??" Baku looked at Zero. " He's a Buddhist god, ninny!" Zero blinked.

" What's that?" Baku facefaulted. " That's my religion!" Zero blinked again. " Oh…I didn't know you had a religion." Baku sweatdroped.

" DUH! I'm a SAMURAI!" (A/N: samurai's are Buddhists. ^^;)

Ashuramaru took this time to take something out from a pouch he had around his waist and sneak up behind Baku. He then tossed some pink dust onto Baku.

Baku sneezed as Ashuramaru laughed. " Hey, what did you put on me??" Baku sneezed again.

" At last, you shall be mine once more!" Baku kept sneezing.

" Yeah…whateva…" He sneezed again. " What is dis stuff?!" Baku sniffed.

" Well, it's uh…supposed to be love powder…"

" I'm allergic to that stuff!!!" Zero couldn't help but laugh at Ashuramaru's mess up. Ashur glared at Zero, then grabbed the sneezing Baku.

" Put me---ACHOO!" Baku groaned, " …down…"

" Ashuramaru!!" Zero ran up to the musha and grabbed Baku in a blink of an eye. He held the sneezing samurai in his arms protectively.

" Keep your hands off of him…" Zero growled. Baku's head started to sway slightly.

" Ugh…" He then passed out.

" Baku?!" Zero lightly shook Baku, but only got a sneeze as a response. (A/N: LOL)

" This is all YOUR fault!!" Zero yelled at Ashuramaru.

" No it--" he was going to protest, but he knew Zero was right. Zero cradled the musha in his arms. " I'll hurt you later for this," Zero threatened.

" Ooo, I'm so scared! NOT!" Zero growled at him, then nuzzled Baku's neck.

" Darling…wake up."

Baku groggily woke up, feeling like he had just recovered from a head cold.

" Baku!!" Zero hugged the musha tightly. Baku hadn't opened up his eyes and was about to, but then Kane landed in front of Zero.

" You forgot something, Baka!" Kane snapped. Zero sweatdroped. " The paper…Um…thanks…"

Baku turned to look at Kane. He got up, then walked over to the black knight. Kane blinked.

" Darling!!" Baku exclaimed, then latched himself onto Kane. " Huh?!" Zero and Ashuramaru paled to a sickening grayish white color as their eyes widened. Kane sweatdroped.

" W-what the…?! Baku, get off!" Kane said. Baku pouted cutely.

" You're no fun." Zero snapped out of it and glared at Ashuramaru.

" God damnit, lookatwhatyoudidtohim!!!" Kane blinked in confusion, starting to feel uncomfortable as Baku clung to him tightly. Baku looked up at Kane seductively.

" Say, why don't we go and…be alone for a while…" Kane started to sweat.

" Um….Z-Zero….???" Kane called nervously.

" Well, he should've fallen back in love with me!"

" He was NEVER in love with you in the first place!!!"

" Z-Zeeeerrooo…." Zero looked at Kane. " What??"

" Help me…" Kane pleaded in a squeak. Zero sweatdroped. " Baku, get off of Kane!" Baku clung to the Drain knight tighter. Kane stiffened.

" Kane, just get him off," Zero said. Kane sweatdroped.

" I dunno how…" Zero raised an invisible eyebrow. " What do you mean?!"

" Um…." (A/N: Not only is he girl shy, but he's also not very good with guys like Baku LOL!) Baku grabbed one of Kane's hands, and tried to drag him off, but Kane stood completely still. " C'mon, Candy Kane!" Kane sweatdroped while blushing at the nickname.

" I'd rather stay here …in sight…."

Zero slapped Ashuramaru over the head. " Change him back NOW!" he demanded.

" I uh…didn't make a remedy…" Ashur muttered.

" WHAT?!"

" I didn't think anything could go wrong!!" Zero growled while he restrained the urge to strangle the musha. " Well it DID you IDIOT!"

" Well, it's not hard to make it…" Ashuramaru glanced at Baku, who was now threatening Kane to move by holding a sword up to his neck. He sweatdroped.

" WELL?!" Zero demanded. Ashuramaru went up to Kane and Baku.

" May I?" Kane nodded quickly. Ashuramaru grabbed Baku and started to drag him away from Kane, who was relieved.

" NO! Lemmie go!! I wanna be with my Candy Kane!!" Zero looked over to Kane.

" Say, didn't someone used to call you that back when…"

" Don't even remind me, Zero," Kane snapped.

" PUT ME DOWN!!" Ashuramaru held Baku over his head.

" Whatever you say…" He then tossed Baku into one of the hot springs. Zero sweatdroped.

" THAT was the remedy??" Ashur nodded. Zero slapped his head. He was starting to get a headache from all of this.

Baku sputtered out water. " Heeeeey! Why the heck am I in here?!" Zero jumped into the water and embraced Baku. Baku blinked. " Eh? Did I miss something again??"

" It better that you did miss it…." Kane said flatly. " Now, I'm going to go before something else traumatizes me…"

" Oh yeah, I forgot that you're strait," Zero laughed. " Just shut up and fight…" Baku's eyes started to swirl.

" I'm sooooooooo confuzzled!" Kane shoved the paper into Ashuramaru's hands, then stalked off.

" Right…." Baku then got an idea. " Ashuramaru!"

" Yes?"

" I've decided to take you back!"

" WHAT?!?!" Both Zero and Ashur said in unison. Baku hopped out of the water. " Yeah, just close your eyes for a minute…" Ashuramaru, not using his head, did as he was told. Baku grinned evilly while pulling out his swords.

" TENGYO KEN!"

Ashuramaru was suddenly on his back as a burnt imprint of an "X" was on him. His eyes swirled as he was now knocked out.

Baku started laughing. " BOO-YA! Who'd the man? I'm da man!" He then looked over at Zero, who looked devastated in the water. " Zero?" Zero didn't respond.

" Um…Zero, I-I was kidding! I'd never leave you!" Baku tried to assure the knight. But he still said nothing or moved. Baku jumped back into the water and waded over to him. " Zero?? Sweetheart??" Baku grabbed Zero's hands and held them to his face. " I only said that to get Ashuramaru's defenses down! Oh please say something…" Zero still didn't talk.

" Darling, I love you and no one else! You got to believe me!!" Baku pleaded, feeling really guilty.

" I know you do…" Zero smiled at Baku. Baku blinked.

" ….You just wanted me to say that, didn't you?"

" Um, yes…"

*WHAM!!*

Zero held his now dented head tenderly. " Bakaaaaaaa!!" Baku hissed. " Don't you EVER do that again! I thought you hated me!!" Baku grabbed Zero by his shoulders and glared at him. Zero just smiled.

" You're so cute when you're mad…" Zero said dreamily. Baku blushed, then pushed Zero into the water.

" Quit flirting with me when I'm trying to be mad at you!" Baku spat, though he couldn't help but smile. Zero got back up and kissed Baku.

" I know you'd never leave me…" He kissed Baku again. " I love you.." Baku sighed.

" I hate it when you do that…I can't be mad at you!" He pushed Zero into the water and kissed him.

Hmm…is this the last we see of Ashuramaru??? Probably not. ^^; The tournaments gonna get tougher opponents in too! So look out!
