The little red musha/knight rubbed his eyes as they started to hurt.

" What's the matter? Baby's gonna cry?" a voice taunted from outside his cage in the shadows.

" You think I'll cry?!" Litho growled. " I won't cry…"

" Oh, really? But you're all alone here and have no one. You parents are going to kill themselves trying to get you back. And I will have you as my prize…" he heard a hiss. " And I bet you will taste delicious…so cry while you still can, little boy."

" No! I won't cry…my heart will break before I ever cry!!" He heard a low laugh.

" Such big words for such a small thing….but then again, your name does imply that you're as hard as stone."

" Just shut up and leave me alone!" Litho sat in the far and of the cage and held his knees to his chest.

" Sorry, but master Kibaomaru says I must watch over you, little one…" Litho closed his eyes tightly.

The next day, Kane said nothing about the mark to Zero, because they couldn't have a moment alone to talk about it since round one of the tournament was to begin today. All the participants gathered in a room in the building.

" Alright everyone!" A fire demon said into a mic he was holding. " Get into your teams so we can get this thing started! Now, each representative comes up here and draws out a paper from this hat!" He then flicked his wrist, making a hat appear out of thin air. " Then they have to figure out the code. When they do, they go to wherever it says. Your opponent will be waiting there. Mind you that if you do not have your code with you at the match, you will be disqualified!!"

The SDG gangs were standing towards a far corner of the room. Kane was leaning against the wall with his hands crossed. " Strange, I wonder what kind of code it is in.." Kane pondered.

" Hopefully we'll get something easy," Shute said while putting his hands behind his head. The other Gundams nodded.

" SDG Force!"

" Oh, I'll go!" Shute said when their team was called. He skated up to the hat, and pulled out a strip of paper. He skated back while looking at the paper questionably.

" Uh…."

" What?" Baku asked while grabbing the paper. He looked at it, then sweatdroped. " There are DOTS! We cannot decode dots!!"

" Actually, it's Morse code," Shute corrected. " Oh, well then since you know it, read it." Shute sweatdroped.

" I dunno how…"

" Oh, juuuuuust great!" Captain took the paper from Baku and examined it.

" It says two team members are allowed at the next fight, which will be held at the Hitiri Hot Springs," Captain said. Everyone except Kane sweatdroped.

" Geeze….We shoulda known you'd know how to decode that!" Shute said. " Okay, so who's going?"

" I'll go!" Baku exclaimed.

" So will I," Zero said. " Okay, so does anyone know where the Hot Springs are?" Everyone went silent.

" You take a right down Murderer's road, then you go until you hit the outside of the city," Kane said. " It's not that difficult to get to."

" Okay then, let's go go GO!!" Baku grabbed Zero's arm and ran off.

" Miss Suzy had a steamboat, the steamboat had a bell!

Miss Suzy went to heaven while the steamboat went to--" Zero covered Baku's mouth.

" For the LAST time will you stop singing that?!" Baku sweatdroped while Zero removed his hand.

" Sorry, I'm just so excited!" Baku exclaimed happily. " We're going to a hot spring!" Zero blinked.

" I fail to see what is so great about this hot spring…" Baku looked at Zero. " Don't tell me you've never been in one…"

" Well, no…" Zero admitted. Baku put a hand on Zero's shoulder sympathetically. " You poor, poor deprived soul," Baku sighed. Zero rolled his eyes.

" Come on." He grabbed Baku's hand and they continued down the rocky path. Baku suddenly started tugging Zero along as he sniffed the air.

" We're getting close!!" He squealed excitedly. Baku then went into a mad dash, towing Zero behind.

" Bakuuu!! Slow down!!" Zero yelled. The samurai suddenly stopped, but he tugged Zero up in front of him.

" Ta-da! A hot spring!!" Zero looked at the many pools filled with hot water.

" Um…right. So where is--" Zero suddenly yelped as Baku pushed him into the nearest pool.

" Oopse, I'm such a klutz!" Baku said innocently. Zero broke his head above the water and looked up at Baku. " Oh, ha ha…"

" Aw, don't tell me you don't like it!" Zero shrugged.

" Well, it is relaxing…" Baku climbed in. " Amen to that!" Baku leaned against the edge of the pool and sighed.

" But what about the match?" Zero said. Baku glanced about.

" Nobody there, and nobody here. No one here, so let's just relax while we can!" Baku splashed water in Zero's face and chuckled.

" Why you…" Zero tackled Baku and kissed him. Baku giggled in the kiss, then pulled away and dunked Zero's head underwater. " Haha!" Zero grabbed Baku's middle and pulled him down. The knight resurfaced, then Baku did. They then commenced to splash each other with water while laughing.

After a minute or two, Zero dived under water, then resurfaced behind Baku and grabbed him from behind while pinning the musha's arms at his sides. " Surrender now, and I might go easy on you," Zero purred. Baku giggled.

" What if I don't want you to go easy on me?" Zero nuzzled Baku's neck. " Who said I was?" Baku laughed.

" Hey! Let's see who can hold their breath the longest!" Baku challenged. " You're on!" Zero dived into the water. Baku chuckled, " Sucker!" He then climbed out of the spring and laughed. " Like I can hold my breath…I bet he can't either." He waited on the edge for a few minutes, then started to worry.

" Oh man…did he go to the deep end?!" Baku stood up. " He can't swim!!---well, neither can I…" He peered into the steamy water. " Zero!?" he called. " Hey!! You better not drown on me!!" Baku started to panic. " ZERO!"

" Looking for someone?"

" Yeah- M-my friend's in the water and--" Baku turned around to face whoever was talking to him, then screamed.

Zero coughed as he came up for air. " Ha….five and a half minutes…" he panted. He looked up, then saw Baku's back to him. " Baku-chan?" He got out of the water and wrung his cape out. He walked up to Baku. " Hey, what's wrong?" Zero saw that Baku was staring transfixed at the trees. He looked, then gasped.

" Ashuramaru?!" The already mentioned musha stepped into view.

" Yes, it is I," he said. Baku still didn't say anything. Zero waved a hand in front of Baku.

" Hunny, helloooo?" Baku glared at Zero, who immediately stopped.

" Didn't the Diashogun give you a new body yet??" Baku finally said.

" He's still trying to find a suitable form for me," Ash said. " But until then, I am to remain in Dark City." Baku nodded in understanding.

" Are you…our opponent?" Zero asked. Ashuramaru nodded. " I am." He walked over to them. " But I wish to fight only Bakunetsumaru."

" Now wait a minute--" Baku held a hand up to Zero's mouth to hush the knight.

" Why? We already fought twice before, and I won them both!" Ashuramaru walked up to Baku. The Blazing samurai looked up at Ashur since he was a bit taller.

" Because I want to fight you for a reason…" he begun. " I want you back." Zero blinked.

" W-what does he mean by that??" Zero asked. Baku glared at Ashuramaru.

" Well, you sure had a funny way of showing that you do!!!" he spat while crossing his arms. Zero looked at them while a question mark loomed over his head.

" Huh? Baku, does he mean that---"

" What do you mean?"

" I MEAN that after we broke up, you wanted to fight with me, THEN I kicked your ass! THEN you joined Kibaomaru and tried to KILL me because of those things….and again, I kicked your ass. But the ass kicking is besides the point."

" What is your point then?" Ashur asked. (A/N: Hey, Ashur, Usher…LOL! X_X)

" Um…guys?" Zero tried to get noticed.

" My point?! You have no respect for me, that's what!" Baku yelled. " First you treated me like a trophy, then when I left, you tried to win me back!!…Then you tried to kill me!!"

" Erm…Baku…?"

" I do to have respect for you! You are a great warrior!"

" Is that ALL I am to you!? You haven't changed a bit!!"

" HEY!!!!!!!" Zero shouted. " What's going on here?!!" Baku and Ashuramaru blinked.

" Oh…um…he used to be my…um…" Baku coughed out what suspiciously sounded like `boyfriend'. Zero's left eye twitched slightly. Baku noticed this. " But I'm with you now, and nothing else matters!!" Baku said, hugging Zero. Zero sighed and hugged him back.

" WHAT?! You're with that frilly knight?!" The former follower of Kibaomaru exclaimed.

" Um, yep." Baku cuddled closer to Zero, making Ashuramaru jealous. The other musha growled. Baku smiled to himself, knowing that he was ticking his ex off.

" I'm NOT frilly…" Zero muttered.

" Zero, I challenge you then!!! The winner gets Bakunetsumaru!!"

" WHAT?" Baku looked at him. " There's no way that--"

" I accept!" Zero glared at Ashur. " But he's not a prize…he is far more valuable than that to me." Baku blinked.

" Hey, wait a sec--"

" Then let us begin!" Ashuramaru said gruffly. Zero pulled away from Baku and summoned his sword and shield.

" Bring it on!" Baku blinked. " Um…guys….? Don't I have a say in this??" They ignored him. Baku hissed something to himself, then stomped over to a rock and sat on it.

Ashuramaru pulled out a spear. " He is rightfully mine, knight!" he spat.

" Yeah, whatever," Zero muttered. Ashur charged and lunged his spear at the knight, but he blocked it with his shield. Zero hit it away with his shield, then thrusted his sword at Ashur. The musha dodged, then hit Zero's sword out of his hands. " Ha! Weakling!" Zero growled.

" I need no sword to defeat you!" He then held out his hand as electric blue energy formed in his hand. " HeeYA!" He then punched his fist forward, making the energy smash into Ashuramaru's chest. The musha was hurled into a hot spring, and landed in it with a loud splash.

" THAT was easy…" He went over to Baku and knelt before him. He held out a red princess rose to him and said, " In the name of our eternal love, I have defeated that idiot who dares suggest our parting." Baku took the rose and blushed.

" You have such a way with words." Zero looked up at the samurai and winked. " I know, baby."

" GET AWAY FROM HIM!!" Zero was suddenly hit away from Baku, and skidded into a pile of boulders. (A/N: >_<; Ow.)

Ashuramaru grabbed the flower and crushed it in his hand. " Bakunetsumaru, I have defeated that unworthy peasant in the name of our love!"

Zero got up and glared at Ashur menacingly. He teleported next to Ashuramaru using his vampire speed, and kicked him away from Baku. " You just stay away from my Baku!" Zero spat threateningly. Baku sweatdroped.

" This fight is going nowhere…" he muttered to himself.

" He was mine from the beginning!"

" So?! That means nothing now!"

" He's mine!"

" Mine!"

" MINE!"

" MINE!!"

" He's mine!!"

" I bet you've never had sex with him, so he's MINE!" Baku blushed from embarrassment.

" WHAT?!" Ashuramaru tackled Zero and the two started wrestling.

" I'm surrounded…." Baku said. He got off of his rock and cleared his throat. The two continued wrestling. Zero kicked Ashuramaru in the face while the musha punched Zero in the side.

" HEY!!! CUT IT OUT NOW!!!!!" The two stopped, blinking up at Baku.

" Yes dear??" They both said, then glared at each other.

" Zero, get up. Ashuramaru, I'll fight you!" Baku ordered.

" B-but--" Zero started. " NOW!" Baku growled. Zero sweatdroped then got up quickly. " Yes, M' love…" Baku drew out his swords.

" Alright, we're gonna do this, and I'm gonna defeat you! …Again!" Baku declared. " And no winner take all crap! I'm staying with Zero no mater what!" Zero smirked at Ashur from behind Baku and made a face at the musha.

Ashuramaru growled at Zero. " Fine, but you might change your mind after I show you one of my moves…"

Zero slapped himself after Ashur said that, giving him a bad image. (A/N: ^^; That came from reading Chibies! The hot dogs…O.o)

" Right, let's go!"
