Chapter 2: I sentence you!!

 

 

BANG BANG BANG! The judge banged his gavel. “Why did you do it?” The judge asked referring to Shadow and Sonic who were on trial for the death of the president. Tails, Amy Rouge, Knuckles, Mario, and Luigi (in that order) were sitting in the audience behind them along with the residents of Station Square.

 

“We were just having a little fun.” Shadow said.

 

“Well unfortunately your fun got the president killed.” The judge shouted.

 

“Sonic, Shadow how do you plead?” The judge continued.

 

“Not guilty!” they both said in unison.

 

“It wasn't my fault. He killed the president.” Sonic cried pointing to Shadow.

 

“What do you mean he killed the president?” the judge asked. “He's the one who threw me into the president's office and then blew it up!” Sonic continued. “You are a hero, are you not?” the judge asked Sonic. “yes I am.” Sonic replied. “then why didn't you stop him?” the judge asked again. Sonic stood there speechless. I'll tell you why, because you were in on it!” the judge accused pointing his gavel at Sonic. “No you got it all wrong.” Sonic said slamming his hands on the table he and shadow were sitting at smashing it into pieces. “First you kill the president then you come into my courtroom smashing tables?!” the judge accused again. Sonic just stood there silent with his head hanging down.

 

“So Mr. Shadow do you have anything to say for yourself?” the judge asks.

 

“Why yes, yes I do. You see it all started when…..”

 

FLASHBACK

 

Sonic and Shadow are running the streets of Station Square but this time Sonic is in the lead. “I'm going to blow the president to smithereens, and there's nothing you can do about it Shadow!” Sonic shouts back to Shadow who is having no trouble with keeping up with Sonic. “No Sonic I won't let you.” Shadow says in a triumphant voice as he is now siding with Sonic. “You don't have to let me I'll do it myself!” Sonic says and brings out the 7 chaos emeralds again and transforms into Super Sonic. “Sonic No!!” shadow screamed but Sonic just picked him up with the scruff of his neck and flew him toward the president's office. When they finally reach the president's office Sonic says “Say hi to the president for me.” Then throws him through the window of the office which explodes after Shadow crashes through the window.

 

END FLASHBACK

 

 

“And that's what happened. I was lucky to even survive that explosion.” Shadow said. Sonic's, Tails', Mario's, Luigi's, Rouge's, Knuckles', and the judge's jaws drop.

 

“Do you expect me to believe that piece of shit story!?” the judge yells at Shadow.

 

“Yeah.” Sonic added on.

 

“You fucking better believe it!” Shadow said as he got up from his chair and began shaking his fist at the judge.

 

“Bailiff silence this fool!” the judge commanded and the bailiff replied with a nod as he shocked Shadow with his taser gun and beat him with his nightstick. Shadow didn't even flinch as the bailiff continued to beat him like a run away slave. “Enough!” Shadow screeched when he punched the bailiff through the wall and he landed on the concrete outside the courtroom.

 

“that's another felony against you.” Said the judge.

 

“I don't give a fuck!” shadow barked.

 

“Watch your tone boy I have the power to put you away for a long time.” The judge threatened.

 

“Are you threatening me?” Shadow asked. (that's what I just said.)

 

“Shadow shut up.” Sonic scolded

 

“That's enough out of both of you!” The judge yelled. “I sentence you, those furries in the back and those two plumbers to spend the rest of your days with Dr. Ivo Robotnik!”

 

Everyone's jawas dropped.
