Chapter 1: Deep Thoughts not discovered by Jack Handey (RIP buddy!)

It all began on a bright spring morning. Tails and Sonic were trying to beat each other at Super Smash Brothers Melee, even though it was a perfect day to play some baseball.

Tails: I'll beat you yet!

Sonic: Not against my Marth! Hai-yahh!

Tails: Nuuuuuuu! That's…184 wins for you, and 1 win for me.

Sonic: That's only because I went to the kitchen and you cheated.

Tails: OK OK…one more round?

Sonic: Nah, I don't think so. Gotta do SOMETHING today!

<Sonic checks the mail…Bill…Bill…Sonic Fan Club? (throws away) Ah! It's a letter from Shadow. Dated…hmm, today? Whoa, mail sure goes quick in Mobius!>

<Sonic comes in, not realizing there's an extra piece of mail he's carrying…>

Tails: Whatcha got there, Sonic?

Sonic: Letter from Shadow.

Tails: No, I mean the pink envelope at the bottom.

Sonic: What pink envelope? (looks) Holy shit! (reads it) Amy Rose…

Tails: I KNEW IT! Ha ha, your girlfriend wrote you a letter!

Sonic: (lightly thwaps Tails with the letter) Shut up!

Tails: Hey, why're you blushing?

Sonic: I am not!!!

(Sonic goes to read the letter in his side of the room while Tails snickers)

{Dear Sonic: I just wanted to say you've been invited to a party tonight! It's at my house! I invited everyone…including Rouge and fatass Eggman. Bring Tails, if you want. See you at the party! <kiss mark next to Amy's signature>}

Sonic: (laughs to himself)

Tails: What's so funny?

Sonic: I got invited to a party! Wanna come?

Tails: Will they serve booze?

Sonic: I guess so.

Tails: YEAH!!! I FINALLY GET TO FLY PISS DRUNK!!! YEAHHHHHHHH!!!

Sonic: o_O Uhh…yeah…
